I have been filing visit visa’s before in different places but nothing as been as professional as Gatewayz Tourism.This is my 2nd time doing transactions with them and they were so perfect with their work.Especially Mr.Roshen,a special mention as on both the occasion he was very responsive and polite.

Initially started the business with them but later on it seemed like they took my requests for granted. When providing the visas for processing and providing the payment on time as they requested they do not commit to their services and our clients had to pay fines even when the agent confirmed that it was completed ! This happened 3 times. this is my experience with them. Not customer centric and only worry about the payment to be completed. Post which they are oblivious to our calls and follow ups. Wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone else.UPDATE- please note they have been charging me absurd amounts as I came to know that there is a grace period of 10 days after expiry date and they still charged me AED 180 per day after the expiry date and also note that the overstay fine per day is AED 125. I have proof too which I may take to the court.

Fake and Fraud people.Irresponsible staff specially woman named, Miss Fozia, She is rude and at the next level of misconduct.when you visit, she will not meet you before 2 hours and , if you call she will say text me, if you text she will say I dont have time to respond, when you send voice she will say, I dont have time to listen your voice note.I mean if you dont have time for customer, then why you open a company, isnt that funny.Better to go with some professional company rather than this.Worst services.

I found this service through an add, and I had contacted them for a tourist visa and then went on to visit their office. Roshan was quite helpful, explained the process in a simple manner, and the entry permit was obtained the very same day.I would recommend them to others as well, and they are economical as well.

Unprofessional people, misbehavior and extremely pathetic services ever experienced.there is a lady name Fozia, she is the ultimate unprofessional person, she do not know how to deal, no idea about customer serviceOnce you get register with them they try to trap you by different statements every day, once you paid they will ask you more, and stop responding after payment, when you visit them, they will make you wait for hours, no clients respect.please dont waste your money and time with them.I dont have any option rather than giving only one star.They change their statements, every other day that is why they delete the conversation at the same time.Please dont spoil by checking good reviews, they all are fake by their own staff like Saad Raja, Mehtab, Azhar atta and most of all fake reviews.

I applied my Visa on 4th of January and I got it on the 7th. I have sent all my documents to GateWayz Tourism and they did rest and everything and advised me what I need to prepare to go to dubai obviously its covid situation is happening and he responded my all questions and he was very attentive and helpful.

I applied for the visa online on Friday and got it on Saturday. Super excellent and fast service and they reply very quick. Thanks and I am sure I will deal with them again in the future.
