Its a true waste of money to process a visa with a golden package!A relationship manager will be appointed while opting for a golden package who wont receive any calls. Moreover whenever they did, they were guiding with false / incomplete information. so disappointing!

It was an absolute disastrous experience. I paid a lot of money to get my student visa in 5 working days only to recieve after 9 working days. Unbelievable customer support, I paid money for a relationship manager who didn’t picking up her phone. Whenever she did, she gave me incomplete information in an unprofessional and rude way.

Hi, I applied for UK Tier 4 Student Visa with Platinum Services additionally I paid 1095 AED extra for a Priority Visa, which is supposed to arrive within 5 business days, but I did not get any response yet or any email or text update (which I also paid extra for). Can you please share any phone number where someone will pick up and can help? its almost 8 working days now and I paid extra so that I could get a quick result. This is really not good.

The Guy on counter asked me to pay Dhs 220 (160 dhs +60dhs) for documents scanning for a family of 2. When i took invoice from him it was written Dhs 100 Scanning documents, 110 Dhs For Courier, Dhs 10 for Sms. I didnt ask for sma or courier. They will give you wrong information to just take extra money. Last time they took Dhs 50 for passport courier but instead of send by courier they called me for passport collection from counter. In simple they need to collect dirhams from you by giving wrong information.

I hope this message finds you well. I had received my visa on 13th December 2020. My vignette expired and was unable to travel. In December I renewed my vignette again, but was unable to travel. Finally in august 2021 I renewed my vignette but I did not receive a decision letter along with the passport, but there was a new vignette . So should I show the same home office document at the airport which I received previously ?

It has been 25 working days since I applied for my Student Visa. There has been no updates, no calls or emails. My course starts in less than a week and all this makes me really worried. I was promised than it will take max of 15 working days.

Such a bad service, I’m a UAE national , I did apply for student a tier 4 but I didn’t receive any further details of my application when I would receive my passport back with the Visa 🙂🙂. Also there’s no contact number to reach you or get updated .How can we track our application , I’m about to start my studies still waiting for the passport 😑😑😑😑.

Hello VFS! i am very unhappy with my experience renewing my Philippine Passport. its been a week now since i got a message my passport has been dispatched and ready for delivery untill now June 17 since (wednesday June9) my passport is not yet delivered by aramex. theres no way i could go thru your costumer service number as its not working and also some lines are keep busy. i have spoken to aramex since thursday and keep calling me every day for my delivery details even i mentioned already. but then they arent sending my passport. it upset the 3rd time they call me is just to verify again my address i told them i should be receiving my passport already why they arent sending me and keep asking for my delivery address. every day im talking to different person and they dont have coordination. and i told them it is urgent. they told me its free delivery. oh well its free delivery? why i paid for the package pick up and return delivery. very disappointed with ARAMEX customer service. the vfs team recommend me to get my passport delivered so its more easier but now its the worse experience i ever had. i could have pick it up straight after renewal than waiting for Aramex till now theres no way i could track them cos the Aramex number they use in calling is not receiving incoming calls. all my documents are expire and im on renewing visa and aramex has the worse customer service. i would never recommend ARAMEX delivery to anyone else if you have urgent matter in getting your passport done. i am writing here hope you are reading reviews and this come to your attention as i really needed my passport ASAP

I have applied a month ago which will be 22 working days for my Student Visa. There has been no updates, no calls or emails. I tried calling VFS global and they kept me on the line for 3 hours with no response. I even went to the center and they told me a message will come once it’s received. It was supposed to take 15 working day max.So unprofessional!!!

Worst Experience!I applied for student priority visa which comes within 5 days. It’s 7th working day now, no text or email regarding my application! Decision has already been taken as I contacted UKVI but VFS didn’t update anything yet about passport dispatch. I know few friends who got their passport within 5 days in VFS Abu Dhabi.. I thought the service would be same in Dubai but very bad experience!!!
