Caution!! I sort out the Consumer Service Contract Trap set by Pacific Migration. Prior to signing the contract with Pacific Migration, please understand the service contract and make sure clauses are not going against you. I found before signing a contract with Pacific Migration (being service provider) Cluses are protecting their own interest and when comes to consumer’s right clause such as (misrepresentation, to have control of consumer immigration profile & in case of any dispute there is no clause for Governing Law of UAE) etc and most of the contract clause favours only Pacific Migration. So TAKE CARE.

Have made finally ! Pacific Migrations truly are a team of professionals. giving you a summary of the journey , I inquired on their phone no to apply for a job in Canada. However, after meeting them in person, I realized that it’s not that easy to get jobs in Canada specially when you are outside Canada labeeb was honest and genuine to say that it will be waste of time and money he made me realized that more than money if i chose a pathway which will take me nowere i could miss the genuin chance of getting a PR. At first, I thought how can soo many people in the market talk about getting jobs in 4-6 months without having a PR but labeeb explained to me about the process of a work permit which was totally opposite to what I have heard so far. labeeb explained to me about the actual proceed and this helped me save my money and time.

They are con, so be aware of them. Till then you don’t pay, they have a big team of lawyers and associates sitting in Canada which have jobs in hands and just waiting for registration. Since you pay them, all those lawyers and associates, that supposed to get a job for you will not be available. Even though, I provided them a good Ielts and WES accredited qualifications with nothing pending from my side, still they are unable to do anything for the past 2 years. It’s is way better to submit document on your own instead of wasting money with them. I am sure that all good reviews are paid reviews.

This firm is fraud as per my experience before one and a half year ago i signed my contract for Canada immigration program and paid my fees and case manager nikki is handling my file they promised getting work permit they didn’t done what they promised and as per agreement 1year passed and applied for my refund in November 2020 first they took all bank details and payment bills in professional way then given approved date of refund on march 28 again they postponed to april 10 then accounts department started telling stories that concerned person is not available then again postponed to may 10 again story from accounts department that they given my account details to concerned person he will transfer and confirm its 16 th may till not refunded my amount and i made decision to file case against director of pacific migration in DED (dubai economic dept) so if anyone facing same problem please contact me we all will file suit against this firmTotally fraud company fraud employees

Trust my word they will first persuade you to pay the whole amount of 8000 AED not installments, telling you within 6 to 8 months you will get your Canada work permit, after 2 years from receiving your money they will do nothing even the person who was contacting me disappeared his name was Ahmed , when i Asked for refund they gave me less than half of my paid amount , I couldn’t complain because i am not in Dubai , stay away and save your money.

Worst service provided.Two years wasted and could not make any progress on my case.They promised to return back all amount, if they could not succeed in getting visa withon six months but it proved to be just a trap and after two years, they were not even able to conduct one single interview as they made high promises before the contract sign.I have all the written evidences of email communications.They could not even show me one single evidence of their work done on my case.They are totally unreliable company. Cant recommend their services to anyone.I have lot to say but literally they are just Absolute time wasters.

Almost more then 14 months. They took money by saying (exact words of Ms. Lubna = your profile is excellent and our associates waiting for you to pay, therefore, we can obtain canadian work permit within 4 months). However, i will wait and update you guys as me and 2 of my colleagues also waiting because we submitted our applications and money almost at the same time. Will see what they will do as right now they are blaming covid situation. Firstly, then change their case manager and now the new manager seems no concern and those associates which have to provide work permit are now vanished. I will update all and let you know the status. Till then think twice before paying full or even a single peny to them.

Good experience for an immigration company. I was just recommended by my friend here in Pacific, he is actually already in Canada. Hoping to be reunited with his family after few years. Recommending this Immigration Company for all who is planning to migrate or get work visa in other countries. They are very professional and very responding. Go to there office if you are doubting, they are a Canadian licensed immigration company. Ask for there ICCRC license, you will know they are legit.

Poor services. Initial sales person (Anwais) went off the radar after the contract was signed and money paid. Case Manager (Mary Lee) was okay providing updates but no job offer materialised despite promises made. When it came to refund, Case Manager just washed her hands and palmed the issue to Accounts Department. That was where the fun and games started. Very diligently obtained the bank details, receipt of money paid etc. to show their professionalism. However, as with most fly by night migration agencies, delay upon delay was encountered. Whilst chasing the refund, I spoke to no fewer than three Accountants (high staff turnover!!!) and finally, after threatening to complain to Dubai Economic Department, the money was refunded - but the joke is that they sent a staff at 11pm to deposit the cash to the ATM when online bank facilities are far more easier to use!!!!I would not recommend Pacific Migration despite the good reviews here.

A year ago I came to know Pacific Migration, had a contract with them to process my migration application. It took time for them to get a nomination for me which I almost forgot about the application. However, last October just when I was in Dubai for a visit, I got a message from Ms. Lynne that I got nominated to one of the provinces. Indeed, great things happen when you least expect it. Since then Ms. Lynne has been consistent in following up for my documents to be completed. My application has been submitted and we are waiting for the response from the province I was nominated to. I would like to thank Pacific Migration, especially to Ms. Lynne for the support.

Highly unprofessional Migration entity that does not perform its obligations very well. They show you rainbows in imaginations and having the best system out there for migration, but all services are worthless, blaming it on their foreign partners performing their administrative tasks in the respected country of selection. Very bad experience with them. They applied for a relative of mine who incurred high costs with them, and finally gets rejected due to a technicality as they stated. Once translated, it was very apparent that the documents and files submitted were not properly structured and organized. They promise you stuff that are not legally acceptable in those countries, but maneuver around the legislations. All in all the fault was on them and their negligent preparation of documents and files. I highly recommend that you do not undertake their services. Beware.

I my submit application for my younger brother in May 2019 for Poland work permit. As per our commitment they have promised to get the work permit within 6 to 8 months. We are in touch with them to follow up the status of my brother application. Please dont believe this people. They all are fraud people. After taking money they will not start any process. They want money only. They dont enough knowledge. They will make mistakes and later theyblame clients. Then they will not give any refund also. Especially manager Omer case manager Deepti and Faisal. They all are not professional.

When I applied my migration process, I did not expect too much from them since I know that when we say application, there is no guarantee that you will be approved. But it surprised me that they were able to get my PR. I think the main reason for your application is to believe in your self and trust the process. Even you are not receiving update from time to time as long as your profile is active, there is nothing to worry about. Now Im referring Pacific to my relatives and friends. Pacific is the right place for our migration process. Especially if your consultant is Jona and your case manager is Lynne, Mary or Nikki.

I had been to many consultancies for my Canada Visa processing but I did not find the transparency in the consultation given by the sales Consultants. They just take money. Before they made the contract, they said I am eligible and they will do all the process. I send all the documents before signing the agreement to confirm. And they confirm, by an immigration officer. After they get the money they said they are not the one doing the ICAS and gave another company. And i paid for assessment. Now they said i cant. Really cheating. Pacific get AED 4300 and they give another contact phoniex global group. They get AED 2500. Total 6800 lost.

Hello,Please be aware of this consultancy, they promise you when making agreement that we will provide job offer with 3 months and when you communicate after provided time, they will simply say we are coordinating with our Attoney in canada always, they are just fake. Done give away your hard earned money, i lost . beware of these. im sure postive comments are paid comments.
