Regarding your reply to my review……:It is worst if you now trying to make me seems like the wrong person. I NEVER received any email from visahq.ae. I called on 29 August and was told that it is under process. Now you are saying that it was issued on 28 August. Stop lying to customers!!!!! So now after i complained, cancelled everything…. Now the visa is issued on 7 September.Very BAD service. I applied, paid and got my application request. After that nothing… I had to cancel my trip and flights and lost some money. I called and was promised an email update and my visa 3 days later. It’s now a week later and NOTHING. Only my money was stolen… I demand a refund…

My UK visa got approved last week and I would have not done it without the help and advice of VisaHQs customer service corrdinator, Ms. Ludelyn, shes very approachable and insightful. I will definitely avail services from VisaHQ again in my future travels.

Never make the mistake of dealing with this company, theyre fraud!I booked my visa for Hungary with them, after charging my card they tell me that their charges(which are 3 times more the visa fee) only include arranging documents and not the actual visa fee, I immediately requested for a refund which this lady named Julie Cruz confirmed, and now its been over 30days and Ive been following up almost on a daily basis without any resolution!! THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING THEM!

The worst experience ever. They promised you to do everything, but only thing that they do it’s fill up form and send it to your email. Mine was sent me 3 times because of mistakes. And I send them all my documents with all information that they needed to fill up form. Nothing will be done for you except this. They will not track you application and for sure they cannot do anything to priorities your application and there’s no such thing to do everything to make your visa come in time.They ruined my vacation. No apologies. Nothing.

I got my china visa in 2 days only. Thank you for that but it took more follow-up to get update on submission of passport. The call center no is not easily reachable. VISA HQ Dubai should improve on customer service part. It was hard to get in contact with customer care executive.

Good service and followup but I wouldnt do it again. The process took longer and there were too many hidden costs that kept adding. Like the VFS cost for my visa was not there, the courier cost and the pickup cost from VFS. It would have been much efficient and less costly for me to do my canadian visa on my own.

Big thank you to Julie Cruz! I made a miles ticket booking for 7 May to Baku to visit a friend and then realized that I needed a visa quickly. On 26 April I found the online application, filled it out & paid by credit card - all very easy. That evening I received an email from Julie Cruz to ask about confirming the date of travel, and she secured the submission the next day. I received emails from VisaHQ for every step, telling me to expect the visa by 5 May. But it came on 29 April! Thank you for the great service!

Among all other agencies/companies that I have called who help with Visas, only VisaHQ has good reasonable prices for their services. Communication with Mr Rolando Aguilar who helped me, went via e-mails, including week-ends, which was very handy for me personally as I had more free time on week-end. Despite of huge service charges, the service levels are very poor. After making tbe payment online, had to call them numerous times to initiate the visa process. They need to upgrade their knowledge levels.

My visa to UK was rejected when applied by myself although i had a very strong bank statements and a good profile. Horrible service, did not get my visa on time, had to cancel my trip, the chat people dont reply easily, customer care number is horrible never gets connected, i was behind their back for followup they were not taking any initiative on followup with the embassy, they did needed extra information from me for submission of application for which they did not get in touch with me... i initiated the followup when they informed me they need more information due to which they submitted my application 2 days late n i never got my visa on time. dont want to get started on their exorbitant charges............

My experience is based on dis-Honesty and processing Time. i wanted to apply to Kazakhstan so charged me 2800 for two visas before even telling us any information other than it takes 10-14 days for visa to be issued. so when i contacted them that i need someone to call me and explain all required docs, they informed me that they need invitation to get visa. i then requested to cancel my application as we have no time to wait. but they assured me that they will get letter and visa will be ready in two weeks. a month after they get the letter when it was too late to travel, i informed them that we cannot travel as we have already told you, and requested partial refund. they even refused to do any refund even though it was all their fault. customer service was supportive but management did not even bother to call or email. This dishonesty in service and i have made official complaint.

It was excellent being supported by Julie Cruz on my visa application for Turkey. The visa was issued in no time. She was very prompt and to the point in queries and helping me with the process.

VisaHQ Dubai, The worst guys to approach for Visa assistance, 100% fake , no genuinity at all. I will never ever recommend these guys, unless someone want to risk their money as a service charge to them. I approached them thinking that they will provide a professional support and get the visa process done in a proper way, they were prompt till the payment, later that I had to push them hard for updates, even responses were unacceptably slow, all they care about is good feedback and follow up for better online review each time we try to reach them. In my case i have so many doubts about their service, the moment I made the payment, they said the application is submitted to the Embassy for visa process, dont know how that happen in within a minute, before payment they told their visa experts will contact us guide us for proper submission, nothing happened. I doubt they have not filled the correct names on the forms. After much follow up, i got a mail that both my visa applications got rejected, and they have no valuable reason for the rejection. Such an unprofessional guys, I would strongly recommend the readers of this post and my friends to never ever try this guys, I will share this post on my social media and all possible mediums to expose VISAHQ Dubai.

I wanted to apply for a visa to South Africa to save some time on going to the consulate in Dubai. Ive made a payment and received an email asking me to deliver the documents. I called the company asking if they could arrange a delivery for an extra fee and after that I found out that they can only complete a simple 4 page form for me and I will have to go to the consulate myself. Ive asked for a refund and they said they were going to provide it within a few weeks. Its been 3 months and I havent received my money back. Ive emailed/called them multiple times and they just promise and promise... I am making a formal complain against the company.

Sorry but 100% awful service. I applied for a visa for my wife on the 13th December last year. I’ve so far sent 25 emails chasing and to no avail. I believe I’ve had 2 replies so far and still no news on the visa !!! Allegedly a person called karim is looking after the application and apparently is aware I have been chasing but unfortunately has not had the decency to actually contact me at all. !!Money back please !

To be honest if you google it or research the embassy’s of the country’s that you want to go you can collect all the info and papers by your self.. it will be nice that the service of what u pay include the sending of the documents to the embassy’s and a fast way to process the documents . Well probably it’s because of frustration I don’t know but I believe the moment you make an appointment with the Visa Hq their job is to guide you and make sure your documentation is proper and ready to be submitted to the consulate.After going through the process and having all the documentation ready and well presentable I still had a Schengen Visa denial which until now I don’t understand why and how? Their reason was’The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and condition of the intended stay was not reliable’ Well the reason why am still confused is that I had a travel agency do the bookings for me I mean everything so what exactly is their point I literally don’t get it. I think before documentation is handed over you thoroughly check again and again to make sure that all the documents are detailed and are good enough to support Visa approval. Which is the reason why I had to apply my visa through you so that I wouldn’t be disappointed . Now had to cancel my plans because of a reason of denial I have failed to understand. After paying so much honestly this is unacceptable.Unhappy

Make sure that you check/inquire with the agents before paying your visa application online. These people cannot guarantee if your visa is going to be issued or not, they will tell you this after you do the payment. and in case you request for REFUND, it will take more than 1 months to get it even if you follow up with them daily. We keep on getting reasons that the finance manager is not in the office or hes traveling, or hes busy, which is totally unacceptable.

Warning its totally scam and Thieves .They stole my money without getting any service and i had to start the process all over again ,for reference my order number AE386043 i paid the amount they said and it was expensive i thought it will worth it , Mahmoud was the one assigned to my application when i came to office he was in vacation i spoke with another agent Ludelyn she asked to pay more money and she said there is no other way to pay the amount only by cash or transfer to her account .I did the same service after i left the office i paid less than half i paid .Everyone should be careful i will make sure they will have what they deserve .

Helpful place to process your visa especially if its your first visa for this country.

Do not use their service! Most inconvenient and the wrongest choice of the visa agency to work with. They had only one job for our company staff: to arrange the interview at the embassy, and bring the documents ON time which wed prepared all by ourselves. Our employees went to Abu Dhabi from Dubai to the embassy ON time and the representative of Visa HQ was informing the excuse coz he was waiting for the courier. Surely coz we were late for the interview it was cancelled, in the result wed faced to the bad reputation and in-punctuality in front of the partners side who are actually waiting for us.

Hi everyoneToday i went to Visa HQ to drop my passport and all the documents that i was ask to bring. when i get there the Staff LYN stated that they could not take my passport because the Saudi Consulate is not issuing any visa at this moment. which i couldnt understand so after i told LYN that ive been to Wafi to get my fingerprint as they scheduled my appointment with them she called another of her colleague called Mahmoud to put him on the phone with me and just lie on my face by saying that the Saudi Consulate is no longer issuing visa for Umrah.am so disappointed by this people and their company because they are hiding behind their phone and hijacking peoples faith , peoples plan and on the top of it they Lie and they are so unprofessional.Now i cant go anywhere else to process my visa because they waisted my time and if i dont have my visa i cant perform my Umrah.To everyone out here i seriously dont recomande anybody to deal with this Company and go through all this Disappointment.
