Had my passport photos taken and printed in two different sizes for 42 AED. The staff seems very professional but the only complaint I have is that the photos turned out a bit whitewashed, other than that, the studio seems a lot more professional than others that offer the same price, they also having a dressing room. It also took less than 10 minutes for my photos to be printed and cut. I drove 30 minutes because of the reviews and was not disappointed, would definitely recommend.

Was welcomed well and got a good service when visited by the Nigerian guy working in the shop, but unfortunately he felt sick next day and someone else had to send me my photos by mail, which he didn’t do.Had to call to ask for the photo and he took my number and Job No. to check and call me back (before closing the line I told him I don’t want you to tell me that you will do it and you don’t). After 2 hours had to call him back to tell him that I didn’t receive anything from you and his excuse was “sorry I didn’t have access to the PC and I just got it” as it’s his first day working there.I would call it a non-professionalism shop which you can’t depend.

Rude staff with an appalling attitude. They cant answer simple questions and will agree for one thing on a phone call but when you go there in person another staff will tell you to come tomorrow. Completely unprofessional and seems like they are just doing everything to provide 0% customer service.

All good, I made my pictures for my visa renewal and paid appr. 30AED-45 AEDThe staff was very well informed about the picture size requirements but unfortunately they could not give me a proper invoice for the payment I did in cash.

I had a full conversation with them on the phone about converting 8mm projector reels and asked him a few technical questions to make sure they do the conversion and he knows what i am talking about and he said they do. When i drove 30 minutes to this place he looked at it and he said they dont do it. Why would you do that? Very frustrating!!!

This is not good place to go for photos. They just want to extract or rather say rob money. We want for photo for out new bornThey said 26 AED but when it was clicked they gave bill of 52 AEDWd asked why then replied two sizes. There was only one size. They striked and made it for 32AED.I again asked why 32 instead 26 then reply is we charge this much only. I said your guy told me 26 then why. Reply is no we charge this much. I said your person told 26 and for two sizes 52 aed then how 32.They were arguing, fighting and adamant. We had to go for passport then we paid n left. I would never suggest anyone.

Very fast and nice servicing

Visited to get the photos for visa renewal. The selected snap wasnt asked to be approved (which is a normal practice at every studio I have ever been) and also the studio seemed a bit unprofessional with respect to light control and suggestions by the photographer for the correct expressions and shoulder position and tilt. The result was a very pale looking snap and slightly tilted. Hence just one star :-(

Shocking customer service. Went to have passport photos taken but when I arrived shop assistant was on her phone, she finished her message and then stood up to serve me. The passport photos on display for Australia do not meet the required criteria and she insisted my hair be behind my ears which is not necessary. Prior to taking the photo I once again had to wait for her to finish with her phone.Whilst the photos were being printed the power went out and all I got was a sorry madam no power. When I pushed she said it happens once a day and will be off for an hour! I never got my photos.

I asked for a VHS transfer to USB. It did not work. I paid 175 and received a USB with audio only-NO PICTURE. Shocking!
