People sitting there dont deserve the job because they dont have basic manners and etiquette. I visited, upon my token, a gentleman called me. I gave documents of my parents visa, which is delayed in the process.I tried to say a word; Gentleman told me to keep quiet with his hand gesture. I thought he was checking something on the screen.The gentleman took the documents, within few seconds, he returned the papers and said, done.I asked, What is done?He said the message is sent. And called the next customer.I was confused about where he sent a message and what should I do next.I spoke to the security guard who was issuing tokens, and he said, go back home and wait.What a poor performance and lack of basic knowledge. The gentleman should have told me why the process is delayed and where he sent msg. He also should have respected that I took time and visited GDRF because I have a genuine problem. But he didnt have time to say or explain anything.Such officers should understand that because there are customers, they have the job, and they get paid. If there are no customers, they will sit at home.

Is there a chance to give zero review to this so said customer happiness center. The reception guy was good old man . The other was as if he was forced to work. So rash in his behaviour . Didnt even mention the procedure and aske me to leave even i had token with me. Bad experience.

The employees here treat people like slaves,they don’t even talk to you looking at you and do not have the patience to listen to the case. We have been going there 4 times proving all documents and clarification s as requested and each time we were meeting different people( as was allotted to us by them ) and had to explain the entire story .Really pathetic.this is my first experience In Dubai after 8 years and never thought Dubai Gov offices will be like this.felt really sad whn we were treated like this for a genuine case whn all their prerequisite were met .

Very bad service ever seen, some people getting entry approval on same day within 30 min and some people more then 3 or 4 days still not approving.calling 8005111 no support saying wait it get approve,this people dont no what people are facing the issue.

Very sad the way they behave, their attitude is saddening and heavy heartening. That center is considered to be the place for people who needs visa on Humanitarian basis due to the condition or situation they are in. They are not even looking at the face or checking the paper, nor listening. All people visiting there is having some or the other difficult situations and if officers dont have that time, heart or helpful mind then that name is not suitable for that dept. They are rejecting from the desk itself then why they are saying they will check and keep for Humanitarian consideration. After all nothing comes for free. All such cases has deposit. People visit there for a approval and for their one signature with great hope, consideration and for solutions.

Not recommended at all.I agree with above review from Ms Jovial. I am not sure why they called a it as a Humanitarian DNRD office when they have to adapt the regular rules applicable to non-humanitarian cases. The officer did not looked my documents properly. My mother is widow and cannot live alone back in country specially in covid19 situation. all of my siblings are in Dubai. after submitting the docs and explaining the case the officer kept on asking if my salary is 20K or not. I know 10s of people who have got visa for their parents despite salary being much less than 20K or mine. Very sad experience.

Decent place with not many customers. Would recommend you park in the mall nearby for free parking, or pay 25AED for a valet. Even with all customer service desk occupied by personnel, some were busy on their personal phones or chatting with their colleagues in a loud and unprofessional manner.

On 1 st feb 2019 , was traveling to iman via Hatta border when I was told that my residence card has been cancelled.On enquiring , found out that it was due to non entry in system whereas my passport had the last entry stamp .Mr. Sulaim hamad salim alshabani alketbi , helped me fix it . It took a few hours but I seeing him trying to make calls to fix it , gave me a relief and at last I could make my trip which was very important.Mr . Omar too was trying to follow up the case .I thank the officers and the memory of this incident will always bring a smile on my face .Nikky yadavalli

Best area to park your car for free to finalize your transactions is Robinsons parking, then cross through Marks & Spencer.The best place to park for free is where you can follow your transactions with peace of mind. Describe your car in Robinsons and then cross from inside Marx and Spencer. When you go out, you will find it to your left.
