Check the BLS office location given in the appointment mail received and try to reach here at least 15 minutes before appointment time. Make sure your name is in the list of appointments kept by the reception guy. Paid parking zones are available near by but is in limited area. Office is located inside building at ground floor

The worst experience i have ever had. Mr Nihal, supervisor and Ashwiti, documents collector are the most arrogant and dismissive people i have ever met. They have no basic courtesy to speak to a female customer. They were refusing to help with the form and were talking angrily and made us do a complete online application again just to find another mistake later which they failed to highlight before although they had checked the form well. Highly unprofessional people. It was only after meeting Mrs Reshma Nair that we could relax. She handled the remaining procedure well and completed our work in few minutes. Overall, would recommend to use Khaleej center as we always have a good experience there unlike the Deira center.

My experience with BLS deira was goog, I like the service extended by Ms. Reshma Nair

They are sitting there thinking how to make extra money today. To prove that, simply download the passport application, fill by yourself, get a passport size latest photo and go there. Even if your application is 99.999999% correct they will tell there is big mistake and they will make a new form for us for which they charge. Next they will tell your picture is not of correct size. And they will take a new pic from their camera for which also they charge. And you will look terrible in that! All these problems are over and above their poor appointment system integrated in their website. Felt very bad for non-tech normal people came there and struggled booking online. Not to mention waiting time of 2-3 hours.

This is the 4th time in 2 years I am using BLS services for the renewal of passport. Every occasion, I only had excellent experience from BLS. Visited BLS in August for my daughters passport renewal and Ms Shreelakshmi, who attended us was highly professional and helpful. The entire process took around 10 minutes and we had to wait only 15 minutes for our turn.Renewed Passport was delivered within 3 days time.

I had a good experience for passport renewal. Special thanks to Mrs Reshma Nair who helped me with the application.

Take an appointment online and visit the center with original passport for renewal. Form filling and photography facility is available for a payment. Overall the process is easy and not very time consuming. Happy to add that the renewed passport was delivered on the third working day after submission, in spite of choosing the normal renewal service.

I applied for passport renewal. It was quick and easy. The charge is aed 340 for normal passport renewal . However if you do not have the form filled and no photos available they charge 410 aed all inclusive and provide all for you. Good experience and hassle free. Worth the money paid

The actual appointment time was not met, However thru this pandemic I strongly that it was managed well with proper safety measures,Would also like to state that the counter executive Mr. Chetan Tiwari was much obliging, quick and courteous.

They dont accept applications without appointment. You cant take appointment because it is available only online and online it is not accepting appointments also. If you ask them theyll ask you to take premium service.And by the way they accept only cash because, you know, its Covid19 season, best time to promote cash payments

Pathetic experience.Their staff Miss Anjali Madnani & the supervisor gave us one of the worst experiences.Went there with my parents, (mother 65yrs, father 71 yrs) for their passport renewal.The application is quite simple to fill up online but these BLS staff are highly trained to nitpick microscopic errors in it and give you a hard time.They game will be to give you 2 options....Option 1) Take their help to fill the form and pay them 30 AED per application, which takes 2mins to fill & 30 AED is a lot of money for a Labour class person.Option 2) File a new application yourself online from a computer or smart phone and submit again, which will go through the microscopic scrutiny of the BLS staff. They make sure option 2 doesn’t work for you!!!Basically, they will never be happy if you fill your own application online. They will go to any extent to spot or creat problems with your application and eventually most of us give up and become a victim of their bureaucracy.Long story short, Miss Anjali Madnani & the supervisor on that day, were not happy that I did not pay them to fill this simple application form so they decided to harass us by making wait for more than 3 hours in their office with my elderly parents during this Covid times.I kindly request the authorities take necessary action against these people and set the system right & make this world a better place to live.

Very poor appointments management system, online general appointment doesnt show available for two weeks at a stretch , it can be more easy and convinient.

Very bad service they dont have any answer. For any queries their answer is Go for the premium lounge. If premium lounge is the answer then stop normal route. They are holding passport knowing visa expiry and insisting us to pay 570 dhs extra. Very bad marketing service. Can expect with Indian services.

We are asked to fix an online appointment to apply for the renewal of passport but the appointment page gives a message slots unavailable and will be released in the morning or noon. I tried different dates doesnt work. This process is making life difficult as all doors are now closed except the premium Lounge which is too expensive. I request the Indian Consulate to please intervene and look into the matter and provide the citizens an alternate provision as we simply cannot afford the premium service.

Applications are only with appointment (which needs to be taken online). However online appointments are not being accepted. How will an individual get appointment? In the end was forced to take premium service with has additional cost of AED 250. Not sure if BLS is doing this intentionally to earn extra money ? Further more the company used for delivery Blitz Courier does not even have a working number!! Request BLS to address these concerns,

We called to get an appointment for the renewal of passport. They told to apply online. . But always(24 hours) the website page gives message that the slots are opened in morning and post noon. Asked us to try every 30mnts!!!We tried different options and dates and doesnt help.This system is very primitive and no authority is bothered about this. Very sad to say embassy also not checking this kind of system which causes great difficulty to citizens.Or we dont know whether this is their trick to make money thru other options where they charge more money for appointments.( in this difficult situation)

HiVisited today for my Daughters PP renewal.BLS Deira office is accessible easily. Ample parking available front and back side of bldg. All staff are very efficient. Specially Ms Shishira who is entertained our applications is very professional and having well knowledge on the application documents. I am sure Ms shishira is the asset to the BLS group. BLS is really bad at service just to make money they are forcing all to go to premium lounge and there is no response on the phone calls. The website to fix appointment does not work because they can divert all custmers premium lounge This literally show the same nature of Indian govt organisations.Dubai government must look into this ASAP as all these trade licenses are issued by local authority.

I used the services of Deira Branch for my new born passport application. It was smooth. Special thanks to Vijesh - BLS Customer center Manager , who was very helpful. In my understanding Only passport services are offered by the branch, if you need visit visa to india the Khaleej center branch. The application receiving agents were polite and will receive you with warmth, (I was served by agent named shane), which we expect. Truly dubai standards by indian govt. agency.Tips : Book the slot and visit them. Only senior citizen and new born can walk in, however there will be waiting time, so to avoid waiting time everyone can book a slot. Booking slot is very easy on their website.Lunch break is 12 to 1 and not 1 to 2 (please make a note of this)
