Lack of knowledge to book air ticket and hotel booking.I booked hotel in Canada through Cozmo Travel Bur Dubai Branch, but on Arrival, they booked the wrong room. They should know the rules (3 days quarantine purpose) to book any hotel before booking, even we informed him that this is for mandatory quarantine. Then we book another hotel on the airport. We requested Cozmo Travel to refund our money back and they not responding properly.
Overstayed my visa by one day, But Mr.Saqib was very responsive and help me clear my one day overstay fine as well as get my visa the very same day!

It was a wonderful and satisfactory experience with cozmo and specially the staff name I must have to mention, yes its Mr.Richu.I applied for inside county visit visa through other agency and had a bad experience with them. And my visa application got rejected due to lack of knowledge of their agency or something else.Then I called to cozmo just to ask for the information and the employee mr Richu listened to me and guided me in a very empathetic way regardless of his time and Even though it wasnt fruitful for them just to provide information without expecting any returns. That was the best thing I liked about him and cozmo they provide the information for everyone and help even if they are not their customers.Then anyhow my application got rejected and from the other agency and applied through cozmo as I trust them.Within 2days I got my visa with the continued guidance of Mr.Richu.Im really happy for the way he followed up and resolved the issue. Best service by cozmo.Its not always about the organization or brand its all about the employees working for them and provide the best service.And Mr Richu is one of that employee.

I have visited the Cosmo Travel office in Al Fahidi and had the worst customer service experience ever.The agent who is a lady does not even had the manners to talk to a customer. I left the office immediately as I felt insulted the way she spoke to me.Dear Cosmos management if you cannot offer good service you should not be offering your service to the public.Get the basics fixed.
Worst experience. Lady behaves as if she is doing that service for free. No manners, doesnt even inform the basic requirements of international travel. Will not recommend anyone to go to lady agent for travel booking.

There is little or no trust in what their agents say. Trustworthiness is the lowest.Most of the times they choose not to answer calls after the money is received and come up with stupid reasons, like money not credited to their account.Either they are scamming people or they literally do not care once money is received
This location is near metro station.so parking is full. Paid parking opposite to office is 10 AED per hour.remaining process is very fast .
I had booked a flight ticket thru their Bur Dubai office on Emirates recently. The airlines rescheduled my flight to 2 days later & I was never informed of the same either by airlines nor Cozmo travels. I came to know when I was trying to check on my flight status online that my few days ahead of the flight. When asked Emirates, they conveyed to me that the agent had not mentioned my mobile no. at the place its supposed to be mentioned. Hence they could not inform me directly, but they had informed the agent to inform me, which they never did. When I tried contacting Cozmo travels Bur Dubai repeatedly (+971 4 379 7600) as per their working timing on Wednesday, no one answered the calls. Next day was a public holiday hence I was stuck. On Friday I sent message & called on their customer service WhatsApp no as given on their website as 24/7 support number (+971 50 899 0690). The person spoke very unpleasantly saying that he works is Head office & he is carrying the mobile with him today as its Friday. He informed very rudely he cant help me. He said I will have to VISIT their Bur Dubai office for any service & disconnected the line. Again I tried calling their Bur Dubai branch in evening as per their office time. No reply again. Next day I went to their office at 11.15 am. The office was locked. Office timing as mentioned on door is 10 am onwards. Then I called the mobile no. that was given on the office door. The person ( I think his name is Mr. Saqib Mehmood as he was the one who had issued ticket to me as his name was mentioned on my paper ticket as consultants name) informed that today there is a delay in office opening. I could see few others outside the office waiting for office to open. He said the person with the key is reaching fast & will open by 12 pm. I waited nearby for an hour till 12.15 pm. Called him again. He started shouting at me saying that he had informed me that there is a delay & person will open by 12 pm. I told him its 12.15 pm & no one has come. Lastly office was opened around 12.50 pm. When I asked him why I was not informed of the flight reschedule & new tickets sent to me, he bluntly, rudely & very unprofessionally told me that its not his job & Emirates Airlines should do it. When I told him that I checked with Emirates & they informed that as my contact details were not mentioned at the place from where the airlines picks up the passenger contact details, they could not inform me. To this he got hyper & told me that Emirates airlines always says like that. He showed me my contact details on his screen saying he had updated. But I think it was his invoice page on which my mobile no saw. Anyway, cutting long story short, Pl do not deal with this guys or else you will be highly disappointed. The 2 gentleman I dealt with were highly unprofessional. They dont even know even C of customer service. So BEWARE of their service levels before dealing with them. COZMO travel management must seriously look into such service levels being provided by their staff.
Mr. Sakib is stupid fello he dont know how to behave with clients. He will make you round and round and put you in trouble.

I been following the refund ticket for last six month in bur dubai branch but annoyed of receiving same lathogic answer (we will inform once refund received) from them (Emirates Airlines).Unprofessional, careless, irresponsible, irrespective. It was indeed not a great experience happened to visit the agency as a walk in they were all so helpful in providing the information but when I called back to proceed with applying for my mil they didnt give me the right info and said they would call back and nobody called me despite leaving my contact no. Twice . it was very disappointing hence had to obtain the services of other visa providing agency
