Before 2 days i call to amani landline and one lady she spoke to me are you from india malyali from kerala wats wrong we indian we knew english these is not profesional. If i speak in english she must speak either its malyali urdu watever i get disappointed. When i asked her madam can you tel me if i m not malyali hasna hang up the line... i wana complain these to owner of the company unprofesional staff... wat does mean if we are not malyali we cant take any services from these company all malyali staff are there no one speak english .
