Unprofessional. Dont expect the agents to provide any of the basic informations. Like what terminal package weight ..any of that. Also dont be surprised if they dont give you back the change and decide to keep it as tips. Typing error in the names ..asked to send both tickts throug email and recived one only.I delt with one specific agent towice in awir coop.always the same poor understanding for basics. I am not sure about the rest of the staff
