Perfect service from the beginning till the end. The staff has been helpful supporting us to find the right hotel. It was also nice to go back to the old school way of booking a hotel by visiting a travel agent and looking through different properties.

I would never recommend anyone to deal with this provider . In case of any issues you will struggle to get any help or solutions. Had multi negative experiences . Even reaching them is horrible experience. If you will be abroad waiting time on the line over 20 min will make it difficult and expensive. Absolutely not in hurry to participate in finding solutions . Always refer to someone else that have to take an action and it takes extremely long time to get some answers.
