The best trip for me is handled by this company. All is organized to my convenience. They are reachable 24x7 through Whats App. The assistance provided throughout my trip is great. Best Value Tourism made my trip very memorable and very convenient!

Such a nasty service i have ever seen. They very very rude to the guests and they dont share any upates they just make the plans according to their wish... these guys totally messed up our trip... its totally not worth to give at last one star

Best Value Tourism? They should be called Worst Value Tourism! My family spent so much time and money on this company to help plan our family vacation; of course, we were all excited as we dont get a lot of free time together, so my family thought going on vacation through a tour company would be the most hassle free way to enjoy Dubai. But that turned out to be the worst decision we could have ever made. The communication within the staff is so poor that we were late to every attraction! In fact, the staff messed up so badly that we only had one hour to spend at Ferrari World (which, if you dont know, is an amusement park that takes at least 3 to 4 hours). We were barely able to even get on one ride, and we were disappointed with the amount of money we trusted onto these people. When they were confronted by my family, all we would get in response is We are sorry. We will call you back. (which they never did, of course). The drivers were always late because their superiors would never tell them the proper time to come pick us up or drop us off. They thought that because my family was Indian, that we ran on Indian Standard Time; this meant that the company would tell us to get ready an hour earlier because they didnt think that we knew how to manage our time. Instead, we would wait in the lobby for at least 20 minutes each day for the driver to come. However, the drivers were very nice and I wish that they were able to be promoted higher into the company, because clearly Best Value Tourism needs more genuine and smart people working at the desk. Truly, I thought going to Dubai through a travel agency would make this a very hassle free trip, but I dont think I had ever been more angry, disappointed, or stressed and a companys unprofessionalism. If you are traveling to Dubai, I strongly encourage you to not use this travel agency since they are only going to take your money and not deliver on their promises.

Do yourself a favor and find another tour company. The only reason Im even giving 1 star is solely because of the drivers. They were super friendly, helpful and flexible. I have absolutely no complaints for the drivers. Of all 6 days, we have had to call this company not only in the morning to confirm the schedule for the day but also after each location we visited as our driver would leave to pick/drop other guests. When we would call the company as we are ready to be picked up, they tell the driver to come an hour later. I cant believe this happened EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We were given a contact number for a woman who works at that office, every time we call she says she will call us back within 10 minutes... 2 hours later, still no phone call!! It felt like we were babysitting her to give us the correct information. There was not one day where we had no issues. Either they told us to be ready an hour early and sent the driver and hour later, forgot to inform the driver of certain activities or sent the driver WITHOUT ANY TICKETS TO THE ATTRACTION!! Many of our hours have been WASTED just waiting for someone to show up with tickets, waiting for drivers, waiting for the lady to call us back - which she never did! The communication between the drivers and the company is VERY POOR. None of it is the drivers fault as they just follow what they are being told. Many that we have encountered took us all the way in to where the tickets are scanned, took us into the mosque and showed us around, they even got us water and chai at times. We are VERY thankful that the drivers made our days a little bearable. They definitely deserve better.

Booked a family vacation with this company for Dubai for 6 days. The worst part of our trip was working with this company. They were constantly late, didn’t follow our itinerary (planned for over 2 weeks), and had incorrect tickets. It came to the point where we call them every morning to confirm the days events, and they still mess up. We had multiple conversations with the staff about this, and still had issues. If you want a hassle free vacation, please stay away from this company. The only good thing about this company is that most of the drivers are very friendly.

I have been using Best Value Tourism for over 3 years now for all my visits to Dubai and they have been nothing but the best in organisation, friendliness and the staff always go beyond their way to make sure Im well looked after. I have recommended them to friends and business associates who have all had nothing but a positive experience with BVT. And I would continue to recommend them in the future as well!

Well I dont think that its a good company If you are going to spend money on your trip. Poor organization. How could anyone visit 3 places in dubai in 5 hours, when travelling to each place takes more than half an hour. One of their driver was very unruly, not family friendly, and drove like crazy. Im not going to recommend it to anyone.
