Really enjoyed it. Good driver, excellent food, nice show. But you should be ready that the road till desert take 1,5 hour from Dubai Marina. You have only 15 min driving in desert before you arrive in the camp. Camels is only for 2-3 min, after you have 45 min free time (we spend it to walk on the sand dunes). After you have dinner and show that was just very good, well organized. Thanks!

My first international trip..and one of the best experience with Skyland..a well organised team..very nicely took care of 25plus members in our group.Our guide Mr.Shafeek was the bonus we got..he is very well versed about the places and was helpfull to all in our group...really look forward to more trips with Skyland..and will happily recommend to all who love to travell..

We were in touch with Skyland Tourism, and we booked a 3 days 2 nights Dubai tour package for 2 people. Our driver was an excellent adviser also and he helped us with the preparation and the logistic of the trips.The services were outstanding. He was very professional and helpful, and we enjoyed the Desert Safari and Camel Riding, Belly dancing also. It was a lovely experience.

We Started our Tour at 9.00 AM the morning after breakfast for the Dubai city tour. Amazing hassle-free adventure.All of our Driver cum guides was fabulous. The driver was friendly and expert. First, we went to Desert safari for dune bashing. It was great entertainment. Then we went camping, and There was fantastic food with Arabic live shows music and Belly dancing shows. There we Take a free camel riding. Loved it.

I’ve been on several desert safari tours in Dubai that were excellent, but this was absolutely horrible. If I had never been on a tour I would still have been shocked by the level of disorganization. I kept expecting someone to usher us someplace for an activity or dinner (standard on other tours), but we all just sat and waited around a stage for 2 hours while nothing happened.The camel part was literally 3 min long. The guy walked us around in one small circle like a child at the circus. It was laughable.There was a lot of garbage (old beds and mattresses, scrap metal) strewn all over the dunes around the compound.There was no sand surfing as indicated.At one point a falcon guy approached us and I asked him to put on a mask (COVID). He refused, put the bird on my friend and then demanded 40 Dhs. It was very disingenuous. Another guy kept approaching us repeatedly about putting a wrap/scarf around our heads. Even after saying no 3-4 times, he kept hounding us that we finally gave in. Then he demanded 50 Dhs. Other tours that I’ve taken there were no aggressive hawkers and in fact falconry shows and tying a scarf around the tourist head for them etc were included.The food served at dinner was not edible (served in plastic containers that looked like they had been prepared days earlier and sat out in the desert for a while). We fed it to the feral cats.At no point on our entire trip were we offered water to drink. Five hours in the desert and no water.The toilets had no water to wash hands in the sink.The dune bashing was fun (15min) and the belly dancer was great (10 min).Overall this was a complete waste of time and money.

Very disorganised camp. There is no parking available and people are forced to park on the side of the road. The police fined everyone who had parked. They said that its allowed to park there.The quality of drinks and food was very average. The free shisha was just in a corner and they didnt start that until 7pm. All the people driving and serving were very rude and never gave a straight answer.Ive been to many camps but this was the worst. Pls avoid it.

In one word...Pathetic. At 4:30 PM, we arrived at the pick-up spot. Till 6 PM, they made us wait after taking the amount from us. That too under the Sun without any shelters. After the Sunset too, our ride did not come. Finally we had to mind our own business. A Friday wasted.One word of advice. Refrain from handing over the ride-fee or any advance bookings with this company until you are seated for the ride. Avoid taken for granted situations.

Just reach our hotel back from evening Desert Safari with Habib. We are very lucky to come across this company and even luckier to have Habib as our driver and guide. He is very professional, polite, soft spoken and experience. He really took care of us throughout the day. We really had a lot of fun and enjoyed every bit of it with camel ride and all the shows.Thank you so much 💗

Our experience was very awesome here. I would definitely recommend this to all those who visit Dubai. The driver came on time to pick us up at our hotel. He was very friendly and put our safety first. He was very knowledgeable of the city. On the desert everything was very great; I enjoyed the camel ride and the dune rides. After all is done we went to the camp which had a very romantic chilled vibes. We were later entertained by a belly dancer. We enjoyed the 3 course meals as well as drinks. There were arts effects that were being sold. The whole experience was great.

Very bad experience with this agency, recommand not to book from this agency. I booked medium package for Desert safari, they pick up at 2.30 from my hotel, drive us one and half hour to pick up other persons. We were seated in middle seat, driver changed our seat to back, even other group and we paid the same price.In the middle of trip, driver stopped the car and threat to return back all of us. I think other people were not happy and were barganing for price as they were told it will be private car for them. With this huddles we reach the place very lately at around not enough time to do all the stuffs there.Even in dune Basing they put us in back seat, I complain the driver, he said he will take care of us later. Later instead of helping us, he took us to local agency for quad biking and camel photography and charged us expensive price, it looks like driver gets commission from them as well.At last they changed the car and drop us at the nearest train station not to the hotel.

A great way to get out of Dubai and experience the thrill of climbing the sand dunes in a 4x4. Tour driver collected us on time and after a short refreshment stop ( cant be avoided), we had about 1.5hrs being tossed around the car as we rode the sand. Heaps of fun and we had a short stop to view the sun setting. Dinner is provided at a Bedouin village where you get to ride a camel ( short ride- mainly for photo), henna painting, hold a falcon, dress in Arabian clothing, try sand- boarding and for a small cost quad bike rides. Dinner is good and alcohol can be purchased. We had the spinning dancers and belly dancers to entertain us before returning to hotel.

Such a great experience.....I booked desert safari online with skyland tourism.The driver was friendly who came to pick us up and we enjoyed a lot as it was our first experience of safari.All the staff were well mannered and polite.The dune bashing was amazing and liked fire show and belly dance very much.

It was exciting!The driver was excellent...though i was afraid because of the road bumps or hills on the way. The site we went to was amazing,with their performances at night. The people there are very nice and friendly too! Even though the weather may be tooooo hot there,I sure will recommend dessert safari to my friends,families and colleagues here in Nigeria and other countries! Big ups for a job well done!!

Ive been to a several dessert safaris before, but this one was the worst experience of them all. First it started when i called the company and asked for the price of the VIP package in which i was told its AED 115, but when i reached the place they told me this is the normal package and i have to pay extra AED 50 and when i explained that this is the price given to me for the VIP they asked me to call the same person i contacted at first but then he was like youll only pay AED 35 and so i did. After the dinner i ordered shesha (hookah) and they asked me to pay extra AED 50 and so i did, but when the shesha arrived the driver came and said that we need to make a move. Then i asked them to return the money of the shesha since i didnt smoke it, they were like no hes gone and its your mistake you paid for it!It all felt to me like some sort of hustling scheme in which i have to pay extra for everything although i was very clear from the beginning that i want the VIP package.

This was a great day trip. Picked up at the hotel and our driver introduced himself and let us know what to expect. He was a great driver. Loads of fun crashing about the desert and lots of good photo opportunities. Then to the campside for sand boarding/camels/henna/ food and entertainment. Such a good day and all excellent quality. Loved it!!

I have earlier experienced desrt safari with other tour operaters which was great but our SKYLAND TOURISM is the worst as we reached at 4.30 pm batch of 13 ppl at sharjah location given parked our cars waited for the 4x4 beast to come to take us dune bashing its with big disappointment to say till 6 pl we are waiting waiting , we decided to cancel trip and took our payment back thw whole friday was fried literally... would like to add an employee in blue Tshirt of Skyland tours replied to my question how can 7 ppl sit in your 4x4 vehicle Chayiye tho dass aadmi bhi bitaa denge aap bolegatho- means we can allow 10 ppl also in the vehicle if you say,isnt that odd this is the attitude of a tour operater where service should be taken care .. please note the 4X4 VEHICLE we saw can accommodate only 1(driver)+6 ...Altogether very unprofessional and not at all suggestable to go with...

I really wish I could say I had a good time on my tour. I’m generally a very easygoing person. But the Al Ain day tour I took with them regrettable very terrible. I called about a private day tour, because I needed to be back at my hotel at 4:30pm and to be picked up at 8:30 instead (instead of the advertised 9:30-5:30pm). They agreed. Later they messaged me that another guest would be joining my tour, fine with me. The issues began the following morning. My driver was 30min late, arriving at nearly 9am. Then we had to drive nearly an hour out of the way to pick up the second guest. We did not begin heading towards Al Ain until almost 10am, which completely defeated the purpose of me starting the day earlier. A responsible tour company would’ve reached out and adjusted the starting time to 7:30am on account of the new addition. We arrived at the Al Ain zoo at almost noon. The place was basically empty, and due to the time of day most animals were not visible. We only got to spend 30min there bc at this point we had to rush to hit the road again by 3pm. Then we spent 15min at Jabel Hafit, and 10min at the hot spring, where we basically poked our heads inside to look for 30 seconds. We were then driven to the oasis, where we were informed the national museum is closed, and to be able to tour the oasis we could either walk for an hour (for which we had no time at that point), or to pay 20ED for a golf cart. We opted for the latter in the interest of time. We spent about 30min there, and barely 5min for the palace inside. In the end, when we looked at the list of places we were supposed to visit, we had not seen the Zahili fort, the mall, the national museum, or the camel market (nearly half of what was advertised on the website). We pushed to go to the camel market and got to make a 2 min stop for photos before having to head back. My issue isn’t the fact that another guest joined my tour. My issue is with the fact that the tour company didn’t think to reorganize the time in the interest of its clients, bc when I messaged them about this they basically said, unhelpfully, that it was my fault for having to return early. The driver was extremely rude and gave me and the other guest a great deal of attitude for asking questions; he even got lost several times and had to ask for directions at many of the stops we made. We also lost a lot of time at gas stations getting water and fuel - something I feel like could’ve been done beforehand? Overall, this was a vastly disappointing experience - something that may be an outlier given all the other positive reviews. In any case, I personally wouldn’t recommend my experience to anybody. Al Ain seems like such a cool place to visit, but go with a different company.

We really liked it there! The car trip through the desert sands was great fun. I would really recommend the desert trip to friends and family. My small suggestion to the nice team: the food could be less in amount but of better quality. All in all, a good experience!

Unfortunately even after extended research and positive reviews online I found this safari really let us down. Pick up was late, Jeep was old, not all seatbelt were functioning and it was not maintained, after arriving at desert we were left waiting with others for the right jeeps to start the dune bashing but no one was informed of the reasons for the delay, we just stood awkwardly. I feel it was very badly organised and mostly Pakistani staff spoke poor English and were scruffily dressed. I enjoyed the dune bashing which lasted for 15 mins and kids loved the short camel ride. Food was average but I would strongly suggest you feed your kids beforehand as they might find the buffet not to their taste. Soft drink are complimentary but discount versions of Cola or Fanta. I went with a well known company a few years back and was it was a much better experience. Wouldn’t recommend Skyland Tourism.

Such a pathetic service & camp . the shows is also not good in camp . dont even get a good desert ride. we ask why like that.. they reply so much rush. so we not entertaining every tourist. i am. not suggest to anybody to book a ticket and visit skyland desert safari camp. last time we booked that time they provide service from. pick up to drop. this time even we have 7 members they not provide private car. they told us you bought basic package last time also our package is same.they dont even for 1 🌟 also

Every tourist must go for this one. I have been to the Safari thrice and every time I enjoyed those ups n downs. You should go via Royal Adventures, they are the best, charged me 100 DHS for a safari full package including pick up & drop when I visited in Oct18. They are super. Have Fun!

I had booked desert safari for six adults and one child (accompanied by my mom - 80 years old and a six year old son) - private tour. Not good personal experience in terms of food and customer service of their camp staff. At the time of departure from the camp, we were left wondering which car will drop us.

It’s a must visit attraction when you visit Dubai, specially for couples. This is the second time we went to Desert Safari Dubai. They have added a lot of things to it now like quad biking, sand board surfing, camel ride, Arabian coffee with dates and off course the remaining itinerary. Recommended. Choose your tour operator with a bit of research.

We stayed in Dubai for 5 Days and 4 Nights!I have booked Sklandtourism for my Dubai city tour, Abu Dhabi city tour and desert safari on 3 separate days. They offered Combo package with best and reasonable price.First day For Dubai city Ajmad was out driver and guide I would rate him 3/5. Just because he skipped few places like Dubai Creek and a couple more. though he was nice and had good driving skills.Second day For Abu dhabi city tour Kasim was our driver cum guide I would rate him 5/5. Ive never seen such a humble human being, he took us many places which was not even on the list he had patience every time. we were very lucky to have on that day he took us to the royal palace which most of the tourism will not even go that side. He was very very kind. Kasim took us to F1 race track behind Ferrari world. that was the first time I witnessed a race track. Love him so much!Third day we went for desert safari and Sachin was our driver I would rate him 5/5. Brilliant driving skills and the camp was good even tough it was Ramadan we had fire shows and other activities. Food was good, enjoyed camel ride, sand board, mehendi etc. Dune bashing was amazing it lasted around 20 -30 Minutes.Even after my tour with them during remaining days, I contacted them for some help and routes in the city the guided me with no hesitation. overall worth every penny and I would highly recommend Skyland tourism.

Worst, worst safari I have ever done, and I live in Dubai so I have done quite a few.The tour operator that picked us up was GREEN LAND and the next happened:They arrived late, we got massive traffic (which in Dubai you know which areas you have to avoid on weekdays, but the driver didn´t) we spent 2 hours and 20 min in the bus.We did the car safari and reach the show at 7 and by 8pm they were already kicking us out. We barely had time to eat and no time at all to see the camels, etna tattoo and so on.I spoke with skyland owner and at the beginning he was really rude, telling me that they cannot expect to have traffic ( in Dubai you exactly know what to avoid) and he just asked me if I wanted something else in a mean way.When we were leaving, he apologised and he told me that even though it wasnt his fault, he would offer me a discount for another safari. My brother won´t come back to Dubai so it is too late for that.The only safari we did was a bus tour on the highway. Worst experience ever. Avoid both companies
