Ticket price high..Im on boarding.. to India. I got ticket from here at 445 DHS Nd booked 12 day b4 boarding.. while I met other ppl here they get same ticket on 340 DHS.. booked just 2 days b4 ..Nd 5,7,9 days b4..

Very much impressed by the services by the staffs and they were friendly and helpful reading all travel need. I suggest that Akbar travels Karama is the best travel agency with my own personal experience.

It is the best place for visa processing & Ticketing. Situated at Behind day to day. The staff at the desk are really helpful and always provide a better clarification even via phone call.

On 1st Sep - 1 starStaffBreak most of the time.. asks to call after break .. calling after break then no reply.. .. not sure whos working. Takes ages to find simple things like flights availability inspite of telling which flight want to book.. simply poor .. have strong feeling that akbar travels might head towards disaster in future with such management.On 7th Sep - All sorted - 5 star

Three stars soon to become 0 or 5 star depending on outcome. Have booked visa through them all ok however, not sure why booking ticket is an issue. Nonresponsiveness is a big issue in this office. May be lack of staff or lazyness or overworked staff. That shouldnt be a concern of customer who is paying for service. Success/Quality of individual or organization reflects through his Work and not through clothes or Brand name. So if customers are not getting quality work done then ofcourse something is wrong with organisation management or staff. And that becomes dangerous situation for their future.

The south Indian person I was dealing with was very humble and polite but he did not speak correct English, and also the pronunciation was very unclear, I was doing the visa extension of my wife who was on visit visa the amount they took was a little expensive as compared to other travel agents, they took 1750 AED for 90 days visa and Dubai to Bahrain , and Bahrain to Dubai flight tickets, also the whole procedure was not so professional, before they were making the visa run to Oman then in few minutes time, they changed every thing and said there is no any other option she has to go to Bahrain, it was promised that my wife will recieve visa by latest in the after noon, 12 , as she was in the Airport since morning 5.00am , but they said no it will come by 5 pm, then later it was promised that it will come by 7 pm, at last by 7 , 7:30, visa came. Just the staff I dealt with Mr. Ananthan was hospitable and polite - rest about professionalism of all the experience I cant say much, it was just ok.

My name is Mohammed Zain and i am really disappointed with the services. I visited the Akbar Travels in karama and ask one of the crue to book me the tickets for my trips and that person promised to send the ticket details my email in 30 mins but never responded, after giving a reminder call also. It was rought trip to 4 countries and priced around 10,000 to 12,000 AED. But they dont care to respond.

Most unprofessional people. Because of there negligence my friend got rejected to get Schengen visa. When we call the manger for the update or for the refund he was very rude . Never ever go to this place

If u open a travel agency n cant serve customers right so wats the use . Their staff Sud really be taught how to acknowledge a customers need .. The way they responded my call is no were near called customer service ..👆🏻 one star was just to submit my experience ..
