I suggest that they may increase the price to a reasonable limit but provide the services known with safari. Food was of very bad quality.

A disaster ! They give us no informations about our transportation and the driver didnt show up at the airport !!!Somes days later, we had a excurtion in Dubai from Abu Dhabi, the driver has arrived 30 minutes late and was a pretty bad driver. Not to mention that he never opened us the car door even we has a senior with us.So, really not recommanded.

Airport / hotel transfers nothing to say. A person was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived with all the necessary documents for the stay.However, for excursions, it is very badly organized. The drivers are not on time, we waited 1 hour for both excursions and no excuse!

Nobody at the airport.No info on the hotel transfer.No taxi and ticket to visit the Burj Khalifa.Oblige to call them constantly.Organization to review.I advise against.

And we are getting a short letter to our room at the Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights just to let us know that our driver will be waiting for us at a specific time down the hotel depending on the time we take off.
