Very reliable and legit agency!!!! 💯💯💯Been fixing my flights and visa here eversince!People are so kind thru whatsapp and text messages and when you meet them. But when you are following up for your requests they are kinda rude already. I’ve been passed and passed to different agent and that’s the very similar thing I noticed on them.When you come in their office they are not that welcoming also. Some of them will even look at from bottom to up.The only agent I like is Rey! He’s the best agent, he is police and knowledgeable. He always check you regarding your request and update you on to anything. He is very informative and even after transaction he will take care that everything is under control. Very competent staff, since all the visas I have applied thru them were processed on time. The staff Alex, always spent time to answer my queries without rushing. They don’t give you false promises and very transparent.

Too quick to respond on inquiry, yet TOO SLOW to process the refund that I have requested. NO UPDATED at ALL.Also, they dont have a fix rate. Different agent, different price, SAME company.

Professional and friendly staffs

This is the worst ever. My experience with the company is really unacceptable. I had my worst experience last June 2020 when I had my employment visa cancelled and I was getting my no exit 90 day visit visa with Rio travels. I was assisted by Ms. Julie. But more than a week has gone by but my visit visa has not been released yet. I was starting to get worried because I cant apply with any other travel agency since they already got my application filed. Before my 30 day grace period ended(15 July 2020) I made follow ups with them on a daily basis and all they say is that it is still in process. So I was getting worried because I do not have money to pay for penalties and I believed that I did my part on applying early for me to be sure that I dont get penalized. After the grace period ended i was really getting upset and Julie has advised me that Rio Travels will shoulder the penalty. This made me feel calm and relaxed. Couple days later I was still following up but I wasnt getting any progress with Julie and she told me that I will have to pay for the fines. This really made me so mad. I decided to talk to Ms RACHEL(manager). She told me that there are many charges that they would have to pay since another application will be processed to be sure that one of my 2 applications will be approved. So she request that I pay additional 350 aed and the rest of the additional charges they will pay. Since I felt that I really want to get over with the stress, I agreed. I felt that i just want to finish it and be done with it. July 2020 ended and my visa is still not released. But i was not really paying much attention since I was speaking to RACHEL who promised me that I will only have to pay 350aed and the rest will be paid by the company. FINALLY, after more than 2 months of processing my visit visa was approved mid August 2020(after 2 mos). Now when I spoke to RACHEL she told me to pay for the penalties so they can do the change status. I was shocked because initially they promised to handle everything. Then they told me that only additional 350aed will be charge to me and the rest they will cover. Now since the visit visa is released and all they have to do is apply for my visa status change they were telling me to pay for almost 900aed worth of penalty... I WAS REALLY REALLY UPSET AND FRUSTRATED by they way they handled it 😡 I wanted to cry because I dont have money and it was really hard to get job because of pandemic and this is how they do business 😭. There were even instances that I would call their office and they guy would shout at me and hug up the phone. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! 🤢 Is this how you treat your customers? Ive learned my lesson with RIO TRAVELS #NEVERAGAIN 😡😡😡😡

Never felt that we were assisted properly. Yes we have a contact person in dubai and they are the ones talking to the agent but hopefully the agent will initiate to talk to the direct passengers not only on the day of the flight. We were offloaded due to lack of paperwork, no proper advise from its agency agent. All the money, time and effort were wasted.
