Shared service is very poor - Pathetic foodThey provide very poor services to the persons opting for shared transfer as you can see in the pics also there is a long queue but no cars available to drop off.Estimating waiting time is at-least 75 mins for me and there are 20 more persons standing behind me.So please be careful while booking there service

Amazing tour, my first time on desert safari, the drivers in the desert is like in fast and furious,😅 really really amazing and enjoyable and so much fun. 😃😅 Riding in a camel also is fun and the area is clean and organized that me and my 2 yr old son was walking barefoot in the sand. The driver Mr. Subhan Ali was great, he came and picked us up on time and the dune bashing was very good while it lasted. But the communication from the Company and the person that did the booking was poor. The wording of the packages being offered on their website has to be more precise. There is a lot of improvement needed in terms of communication. The evening overall was great 👍

Were sorry that we can only give this travel agency 5 stars -- wed have preferred 10 stars or more!  What an awesome tourism firm!  It helps that Dubai is probably the most beautiful place on the planet, but more importantly, our travel agency arranged our access to the country’s wonders so seamlessly.We’re reasonably experienced travelers, used to charting our own course, but at first Dubai seemed daunting.  So far away, so much to see and do, that we couldn’t get our arms around the trip by ourselves…Finally, we are enthusiastic foodies, wanting to learn about and enjoy the country’s finest cuisine.  And, as an extra layer of challenge, all of this was to take place over the Christmas/New Years holidays.

We had to wait in que for both going and coming back except for that it was a real.nice experience in the desert.

- EXPIRED COLD DRINKS were served (Trip Date was June 4rd, 2019 - see the expiry date in attached picture June 6th, 2019), after taking just a sip, we had to see the expiry date and the expiry due date was 2 days later only.- Bus driver was very unprofessional and lazy, 35 minutes wasted on pickup location and wasted 1 hour on return just because he was waiting for few visitors and later on he came to know that they already left and on inquiry instead of giving the proper answer he keeps on saying call the company.

Was a great experience with the VIP tickets and had a great service from AFTAB who was very helpful with his service.

The VIP Desert Safari trip is very different than how it is described. I bought this mainly because I wanted to go sandboarding and quad riding. The sandboarding dune is about 10 feet high and the board isnt waxed, so there was no way to actually sandboard. It was just a prop for pictures. The quad riding costs 100 AED extra for 30 minutes and all you do is drive around in a small flat circle with quads that are meant for kids. My wife and I travel alot and this is the worst tour that Ive ever paid for anywhere in the world.

I had a great time with these guys! For only $130 AED each, our group was taken for a fun ride in the desert, stopped to take photos, and spent the rest of the evening with great food, hookah and entertainment! I highly recommend this tour company, it was worth every penny! Shout out to Reswan for being such a great host and driver!

I m happy with driver only , but Not happy with inside Camp services because the camp service man take bribe of 200 AED from other guest for give cabin after my trip is Private Desert Safari.We pay for 3 people equal to the charges of 6 people for Private Desert Safari.The Food quality is very very bad , not serve well vegetarian snack and food. The service person just want eat fast & go.We request new guest , go to UAE first and see weather is ok or not , if rain Monsoons, so dont book it.Because The Company send you in every monsoon but your adventure trip became fail.They just want just make money.After complaint on mail and chat no reply still now.After Contacts to TDS company for private desert safari, they transfer other second subsidiary company of my booking that is Dream night tours LLC which give service and send to other camp which is dirty.Sorry to say very un-hopefull experience from this side and company after mail you them, before starting the Private Desert Safari.Thanks a lots for making me very clear about not instruct to other and contacts again with your Company.

I would recommend them for their evening desert safari. It was well organised. They were late by one hour for my morning city tour pick up. I tried to reach them over phone, but they werent available.It was real loss of time and trust. I could get the CEO number and messaged him to compensate me with an alternative. I am yet to hear from them. Glad I havent paid any advance money.

To be personal, my experience was far so good. The agency is super fantastic and compromising. They have great packages and deals which one cant deny.

BAD BAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! First of all we booked with my friend for 2 persons the camel tour wich (according to site) includes drinks , food, car tour, camel tour ,arabian clothes for pictures,sand board, shisa and some dance shows for 230 AED. We had two pick up options (3:00 pm & 3:30 pm). On email i asked for the 3:30 and their answer was 3:00. At the end, on the day of the safari the driver told me pick up time 2:45 pm. We were 50 in the car on road and only 15 on sand. When we arrived and stepped out of the vehicle i guy approached me , put me a turban on my head and then 20 AED.There were no arab clothes, just that. Then we did the camel tour (two persons on 1camel) for 20 which wasnt something special. Inside the camp (the wi fi was 20 aed extra) when we sat on the table another guy came and he told us that for 50 AED each (so 100aed) he will bring us all the food we want. We refused and then we tried to take drinks from the bar(non alcoholic such as coca cola) they said Drinks after. There was no food.When i tried to take shisa they told me after 6:50pm. By the way the VIP guys (who had pay more) had food and shisha.. The shisa had only one flavor which is strawberry and if we wanted it on the table we had to pay extra 50 Aed.Then they asked us to get up from the place we sat because it was reserved while there wasnt any sign on the table.. Moreover, when we asked our driver to return us he didnt let us until the whole tour endend. It was 5:00pm and the show endend up 8:30pm. I asked another driver to return us (from the same company) and replied to me My brother i dont know your driver. Then i emailed the company telling them we want to return and they charged us 200 aed for the return. And last but not least, they didnt leave us where we wanted (when in the site they say pick up and drop to your location).And they didnt give us a receipt.So, if you want a camel tour for 570 aed (143€) i suggest it. Otherwise dont try it.The only good thing after all was the sunset and the camel.

My experience with Dream Night has been a disaster. They were 2 hours late in picking us up. The driver is rude and does not answer calls. They ration food in a very ugly and impolite. The henna (included with the package) is a splash on the hand. The camel ride is for 40 seconds. The dancer is not a pro. The only bright spot is the fire show.I do not recommend it.

First, they told us they were gonna pick us up at the airport but when we got there the driver was not there and we called them then had to take a taxi to meet him somewhere. The driver was overall very polite and nice, the dune bashing was very fun and lasted the full time. We got time to get outside the car and take photos. After we were brought to a tent where we were suppose to get buffet and belly dancing show with other activites but the activities were all extra money, such as the camel ride and the 4x4 which was a scam because it wasnt written in the email. The buffet was terrible.

Me and my friends went to dessert Safari last night with DREAM NIGHT TOURS and it was awesome!!!my first ever dessert safari experience in UAE.its worth to recommend to everyone especially for the first time experience.. youll get your money worth more than you paid for.. There staf are so helpful from our pick up going to camp, dune bashing was extreme and made our adrenaline rush, to camel riding around the camp, got a free henna tattoo also and night shows like fire dance, belly dancing, light shows is so entertaining while having your bbq buffet dinner.. was so fun and exciting!!!i love it.. and specially thanks to all the staff who are very hands on to us and to make sure that we are enjoying our experience while at the camp..

It was a fantastic tour!Our driver was knowledgable, 4X4 drive was thrilling, and the whole experience was well run, and a joy to take part in. The food was good, and the dancing, henna, camels, sand boarding, bird of prey and shisha added to the experience.Well worth the money, and a must do!

Absolute garbage. they lied about tour duration, (much shorter). we had to fight to get atvs as they didn’t have enough for our group even though we were assured that there was enough atvs for us (9 people and we had paid for them). They ran out of food throughout the already short night, the show was embarrassing, there wasn’t enough time for the number of people at the camp to actually get on a camel or do any of the advertised activities, not a single arabic speaking person in sight to actually represent our culture. The henna lady was angry and in a bad mood and short with us and wouldn’t actually draw anything resembling a henna tattoo without payment despite it being advertised as included. Not to mention those who did pay had a terrible tattoo done. As they were throwing us out from the place they were still trying to sell us their garbage and literally chasing us out the door... also no sandboarding although it too was advertised ...and we were told the “hubbly bubbly tent” doesn’t start till ten pm (even though they kicked everyone out of the camp at 7:30 pm) so we all purchased our own shisha’s to be brought to the table... . it was just pure embarrassment and lies. I am reporting them to the dubai authorities. we want a refund for all the false promises. What a disgusting scam.

HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT LIARS!We booked a day in advance and received 2 confirmations: one the day we called and the other the day we booked for. They came 2 hours late and all the while telling us they were right around the corner. Then we got in touch with the manager and he told us we didnt even have a reservation or received any confirmation - WHAT A LIAR. They were very rude to us on the phone and very unprofessional with how they dealt with the situation. This company wasted the last day we had vacation in Dubai.Bottom Line: Do not waste your money/time here. Spend more money on a better company and receive a quality service rather than be disappointed by such a horrible scam.

The best desert safari company it was my 3rd time for the desert safari and the best time we ever had the driver Mr Shoib came to pick us up from our home and took us to the point where he meet his other collouge and went for dune bashing in a group all the drivers were very expert including ours also we enjoyed alot then we stop for the pictures after finishing dune drive we were drop at the camp where was all other activities shows was perfect with dinner overall great time spent thanks to Dream Night and our best guide Shoaib....Highly recommended
