We had a fantastic and lovely night in the Desert with my family and friends. We really had fun exploring and enjoying the place. Our driver was friendly, kind & cooperative for taking good pictures . My son took quad bike and sand board for 25 minutes and it was very good experience. Would definitely recommend LAMA tours for well organized.

It was fun and trilling experienced in Desert ride in 4x4 vehicle. Everything was good and awesome We did also quadbike and sandboard. The desert location was very nice for photoshoots. Highly recommended Lama Global Tours..

Lama when I spoke to him we meet daily in park will we go for walk and excerise fr 5am to 7 am without fail ,in case you want his ref and he does not have objection will forward it he was I your companies good books and sweet nature and was a driver at your Dubai now he is in chennai and in food industry

I highly recommend using Lama Tours to book your next trip! We took a trip and they took care of everything, 2 hotels, flights, car rental, and a lovely spa day at a local thermal spa that we had been dying to visit! They really took all of the hassle out of the planning process and saved us a good deal of money as well. Who could ask for anything more! We had a wonderful vacation and will never book another trip without her help! Thank you very much.

I instructed them to arrange a tourist visa for my wife to visit Dubai. They took money of us and then advised cannot assist us. They said 4 months ago would issue a refund to us. To date a refund has not been issued. Pathetic poor most disgraceful unprofessional tour provider. They are liars rogues. My advise is please stay well clear of them.

I cannot stress enough how beautiful our morning desert safari was. We were picked up at our hotel which was a huge plus and additionally booked the sand boarding option for the kids. The only downside of the tours was that it didnt last longer!!

I booked a legoland tour for my little brother when I was in Dubai and it was great. My brother had such a fun time and it made our trip definitely better.

I wish I could put 0 star. The most unprofessional people I have ever seen. In a place like Dubai where professionalism excels in all fields this company is a disgrace. Such an utter shame that such companies operate in Dubai. Dont make any impression about Dubai by dealing with such people. No wonder their rating is already 2.7 !!!

Firstly the pictures posted on th site are totally fake.The cruise was nothing like that it was some unique floating restaurant boat. Few years back i have tried lama cruise & my experience was really great and thats the only reason i went specially to their office to book for 6 guests. i specially checked with the booking agent Ms.Rochelle like 5 to 10 times for upper deck seats availability & not even once she mentioned its first come first serve basis. i asked for the upper deck seats on the chat support and also directly when i visited their office for payment. she told me its available. the boat was totally congested.Upper seats were not available but after arguing they added one more table and few chairs to some other guests table. the food was cold nothing looked fresh the bread the chicken. it was a horrible experience. please save your money this cruise is not worth spending a single dirham. MY REQUEST TO THE ACTUAL LAMA MANAGEMENT PLEASE REMOVE YOUR NAME IF YOUR COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES FOR THESE TOURS.IT WAS A PATHETIC EXPERIENCE OVERALL.I WAS ASHAMED FOR TAKING MY GUESTS TO THIS CRUISE.

Got my 14 days UAE visa with no issues. There were no delays and the visa was created in only two days which was great as well

Oh my oh my oh my!! What a great disappointment. I would not recomment anyone to ever use their services. First they are very disorganised, the car we used was not to the standard of what i have used in my past safaris and the worst part was the dinner. The dinner was done in a huge camp which was such a disaster. I can only say it was complete waste of money nothing to enjoy there. It was a camp of about 500 people and the food was pathetic. The belly dancer only performed three songs which was poorly done. Please! please! anyone should not try this company. There are many dessert safari companies out there that can give you memorable moments but not Lama!!Again dont even see their response where they say its posted by their competitors. I dont work in a safair company and i was just a custome that was duped to poor service. Please run run run aways from their poor services. I even tried to contact their offices to complain and the lady i spoke to was very rude.Karen

I have never seen unprofessional people like them. I am awaiting for refunding which they promised in early January from very long time. Most disappointing experience so far in Dubai, I wish I could give them no star or thumb down.

I took the desert safari with barbecue dinner tour along with my wife and two children. The best part about the tour was our driver, Abdul Rashid. He was very friendly and great to talk with. The sand dune safari was fun and Abdul drove expertly over the dunes.The Lama tours desert camp itself was not of a very high standard. The staff in charge of the camel rides and henna painting were not courteous. But the belly dance was enjoyable.What I didnt like at all was that they refused to give how much food one wanted. It was like they were rationing the food!!! I wanted some more for my wife who was not standing in the line with me and they said if I wanted more I would have to get back in the line again. The food quality was also strictly OK and nothing great.All in all we enjoyed the trip and a large part of the credit goes to Abdul who also before dropping us to our hotel took us to have some lovely Zaffrani chai at a secret location in Dubai 😀

Very very bad service, No food ,No enjoyment nothing. Very crowded camp THEY CHEATED MECHARGED TWICE & NOW THEY WONT REFUND OR DONT EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAILS.DONT GO WITH LAMA THEY ARE FRAUDS & CHEATS.

Had I read the reviews on Trip Advisor and google maps I would have not recommended my relatives to take this tour with Lama. This is the feedback - Disappointing is the only word! Started immediately on booking using entertainer coupon and after my payment, I was told that you will not get a Lama camp! It was a general camp and shared. Had I wanted to do that I would have paid AED 100 and got it from any local shop! The driver was not polite and was was very rash & aggressive on the roads, neither worried about the passengers or not ensuring that seat belts are done. The time wasted at the quad bike was worthless as no one wanted to do the quad bikes. At the camp the food was terrible and still worst were the washrooms. The only thing I can say is they are in Dubai for few days looking forward to a great desert safari and my relatives are truly disappointed as they were looking forward since days before coming here from Canada.

Poor service I ever experienced. They cheated with customer. In same camp some people paid 60 and some people paid 180. Both are in same q

Poor service and food!!! Badly organized!! The 1 minute camel ride & and the local dress photography with just 1 abaya was a joke!! But the dune bashing was good. Had I seen the reviews earlier I definitely wouldnt have gone!!! Or if it was cheaper, i wouldnt have felt this bad, but 150 Dhs per person for this service is unacceptable!!!!

One of Worst company to use. they dont know to respect others. even there is no respect among the co-workers. heard they dont even pay their salaries. that is the major reason for the pathetic service, Ir-response and rude. because they dont survive on tourism business and earn more as visa agent.

Everything except their drivers, our driver took us outside for desert biking, all of us thought its included but we paid there 150 per person for pathetic bikes. Then he put the board of his company on landcruiser. when we were near the camp the driver told us that dont tell anyone that I took u outside for dirt bikingThen we went on dhow cruise, had to wait for cruise for 15 mins , had 2 kids with me. When asked for baby chair, he rudely replied there is no such thing when they started food they asked us to come one by one, my kid was crying for food , she was hungry , I went to take food , he became angry why u r coming I explained him about my kid situation. They were rude, food on cruise was below average, performance was good only
