We did the desert safari with Rayna tours. We traveled with an amzing driver wih shah baloch who made our trip even more interesting, he took us for a great sand dune bashing ride and clicked awesome pictures of us in the dessert. He is very jovial person and an expert driver, it was an awesome evening of us.

What a great experience! I arranged the Desert Safari for my friends during their first visit to Dubai. They loved it! The merchants at our first stop were a little overbearing...you have to be stern, yet respectful, with them if you are not interested in purchasing. Some of the items they try to make you buy can be found cheaper at the campsite.

Bottom line NOT RECOMMENDED , they are master in cheating the customer, playing around with words , trying to offer payable service during your safari tour . Away from all the negative things it is a new experience worth to try it but not with this company .Start from just as I paid they sent me a massage indicating the change in the date without prior notice. Then I have booked a private tour by paying 950 dirham for 2 person , nothing was private except a travel in a filthy land cruiser 4 by 4 car ( see the attached photo ) , old car , in a very bad condition, very smelly inside the car , they did not even offer water during our travel inside the car . When we reached the camp , it was a disaster in the dessert , everything is by a charge , for example the shisha was written in the email it is free , then it was only double apple flavor ( which is the cheapest flavor among all ) , only free after 5:30 pm & only inside the shisha place , despite that if you want it one meter outside that place it will change the price , the FOOD is really of a very bad quality, cheap material, NO Diet Coke, the open buffet is really something that they should be shamed of, when a plate is finished from one buffet they will re-fill it from the remaining food from the other table . Limited amount , the food was shared with the staff , drivers , sale-mans even the cleaners . If you missed the beginning of the buffet open, then you will starve all night . It was really a waste of money. Nerve ever do it again with this LOW CLASS company . The staff there are really professional in how to make you pay more for an essential service ( for example: private table = pay more , private shisha = more payment .....etc ) . The over all hygiene of the food presentation & the sweet, drinks is really poor . Using an old spoon to open the cola cans is really un healthy attitude.

Guys, do give this review a read as you must have come across RAYNA TOURS every where on the internet but the true experience of going on a safari through them is HORRIFYING . Let me tell you that it seems they have just spent on advertising their name on the internet but lack in providing quality services.Firstly, they are one of the companies with the HIGHEST PRICE for the SAFARI (AED 200 per person as on July 4th) and when asked the reason behind this, they send you a huge email boasting about the reason for such a high price which is what made me fall into their trap.They assure you best vehicles, quad biking, quality drivers and what not.IMPORTANT: THE VEHICLE IN WHICH WE WERE DOING THE SAFARI WAS DEFECTIVE AND ON INVESTIGATION WE GOT TO KNOW THAT THE CAR WAS IN THE GARAGE FOR REPAIRS AND WAS BROUGHT FOR THE SAFARI EVEN BEFORE IT WAS REPAIRED(JUST TO EARN SOME MORE MONEY) . THE CONDITION COULD BE SEEN AS THE CAR’S TYRE CAME OUT OF THE RIM DURING THE DUNE BASHING ( see attached image).WE WERE WAITING FOR 30MINS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT IT WOULD HAVE HAD SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES.Secondly, the quad biking that they provide is just for a small area where you can just take rounds( meant for 8 year old kids). For this they charge you AED 100 if you buy it with your Safari package making it AED 300 per person Then when you ask them for the same they ask you to pay another AED 100 to go out in the sand dunes. Then what was the point of prepaying them.They say that they have everything included in this highly priced package but when you go there you have to pay up for most of the promised services such as having a photo with falcon.So be ready to first pay this TOP RANKED RAYNA TOURS (from below) the highest price and also spend more money for any additional service and also putting your life in danger by using substandard cars.I would strongly recommend you to go for other options which are much better and also worth the price.P.S. The Marina cruise is definitely a one time must do. The Marina views are fascinating, the Tanoura dance amazing as an experience as well. Food was OK, but overall a great experience!

We booked Desert Safari from Rayna Travel and Tourism. We enjoyed the Desert Safari very much. Our guide Rashid Rehmat was friendly, patient and knowledgeable and was accommodating to our requests, especially since we were traveling with 1 year old baby. There were many activities covered during the trip, including drive through the sand dunes, photo stop at the desert with falcon, Camel ride, quad biking, dates and coffee tasting, very delicious and sumptuous bbq dinner and last but not the least, a wonderful show of Tanura dancing, belly dancing and dancing with fire. Overall, a very satisfying experience that we will remember for a Long time. Thank you folks.

This is a must-visit place for every art lover. The Louvre Abu Dhabi is truly spectacular. I and my friend had a great time checking out the exhibits. While you cannot compare it to Louvre Paris, this one has its own charm and class. I would recommend this museum to anyone who knows how to appreciate art and architecture.

If you are an F1 racing fan like me, the Yas Marina Circuit tour is something you must choose to go for. I had such a thrilling time going through one of the most advanced race circuits in the world. The tour was extremely informational and our tour guide was happy to answer all our queries. It was surreal to visit places which are usually open to racing drivers and racing teams. Pathetic service! Do not recommend! Wish I could give negative stars!I had booked a desert safari for 25th April 2019 for 2 persons through their website (RT-70419-108). After waiting for more than 2 hours to be picked up, they mentioned that they cannot fulfill the tour stating some technical problem at their end - Totally ridiculous!!And then I have been following up for a refund ever since through their customer service phone line, emails as well as chat on their website - but absolutely no response on the status of the refund.If I do not get a refund within this week, I AM DEFINITELY REPORTING THEM TO DUBAI POLICE FOR A FRAUD CASE...

This is a spam a fraud. I purchased vouchers of Hubzero which they sold. When I went there they told me its closed down forever. When I contacted Rayna tours they denied to refund. All this just happened within a day of purchase but still I am not refunded for their mistake

I am writing to express my disappointment last year. I applied a tourist visa for my uncle, then the agent told me they will not send me the visa unless I pay another 100 AED because I didnt book a hotel with them (Rayna).I told them I have my own flat here in Dubai and I can send them my contract for proof as my uncle will stay with me during his visit in Dubai so do not need to book an hotel for him. But they insisted that I should pay that amount. I know its their company policy but It should only be optional. They just want money I guess. Since then, I never applied visa with them whenever a family member visits me here in Dubai.

My first time in Dubai. We booked our one day desert safari through Rayna Tours. Riyaz our driver of the Excellent Land Cruiser was experienced in the sand dunes and gave us one wicked insane ride which I have to say was a great adrenaline rush. The food was good and the shows were also entertaining in my opinion. I forgot the name of the gentleman who was creating the Sand Art, because of his talent we purchased his amazing art. Do not book with this company. I had two guests over in Dubai who booked a dune buggy ride and were supposed to be picked up at my residence. Address was provided and confirmed by driver. He never showed up though. When I called the company they hung up on me twice. I persisted and finally got someone on the phone who came with a story that it was a no-show because my guests didnt show up at some hotel at the other side of Dubai (?). So basically you can book with them and then they declare a no-show because you were not at a place of their choosing instead of the location you provided for pick-up. They then keep your money off course.There are other choices for similar services that are more reliable and dont con you out of your money, I suggest you book with them.Update: my guests are trying to get a refund. Now they suddenly changed their story by stating that they came to my residence and waited until 4PM. As proof they send 4 pictures. Problem: pictures are from another residence and my security camera’s don’t show anyone driving or waiting in my street at that time. So now I am reporting them to the police....

I have always relied on this tour service whenever I have to fly to some other country or when I am returning from my tours. Raynas airport transfer service is 100% reliable. Not once was the car in a bad condition or I was assigned an unprofessional driver. Also, when I compared the prices with other companies, Raynas is surely the best. If you are looking for an airport transfer service, you would not get one better than Rayna!

Worst company . Never use them to apply visa for any country. The people working in this company are complete in competent. They literally dont do anything just copying and pasting information from the passport and other documents and thats it. So no need to pay them and just try filling it yourself.

Desert Safari

The dune blasting was the best. Our driver was amazing. A couple of times it felt as if we were going to tip over or drift into a ditch. Very exhilarating. Lots of activities to do including camel riding and shisha. Had a great time.

When my friends came visiting me in Abu Dhabi, I booked this tour as a gift to them. A group of 6, we had an amazing time during the dinner cruise on the Dubai Creek. As Rayna offered transportation from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and back, we did not have anything much to worry. The night was excellent. The food, the view and the entertainment, everything was better than we imagined! I give 5 stars to this tour.

This tour was the highlight of my Dubai holiday. I loved all the adventure sports, especially the dune bashing. The entertainment was excellent too. Loved the BBQ food and all other facilities!

If I have to describe this tour in one word, it would be magnificent. The view you get from the 124th floor is absolutely spell-binding. The audio-visual presentation on the citys past is also interesting.

Did their evening desert safari last June 30. I booked at the very last minute after some passport issues, and it was great that they managed to accommodate my late booking. Communication was generally great, they always replied promptly. I only had a 19 hour layover and so didnt have any hotel, so they also very kindly gave me a pickup spot.On the day itself, I was told to be at the pickup spot from 4-4:30, and thankfully enough I was picked up within the specified time. We then picked up the last guests at the mall (not a usual pickup spot, but then they were flexible enough to accommodate the request, which is a good thing about them). Samsher, our driver, got lost several times though. The drive to the desert took approximately 30-45 minutes, and it was mostly silent throughout. I guess I was under the impression that Samsher would also be some sort of tour guide, but no, he is literally just there to drive.Then we proceeded to the dune bashing, which was GREAT. The music really sells it haha, its just like those videos on Youtube. Afterwards, we were dropped off at the camp. The camel ride was good in a sense that its always cool to ride a camel BUT it was so short! Like literally we just went around in a circle and that was that.At the camp they provide free unlimited softdrinks and water, as well as complimentary dates and Arabian coffee. We then had to wait around 1.5 hrs for the dinner festivities to start. There was a fantastic traditional male dancer who kept on spinning around, the BEST fire dancer I have ever seen in my life, and a bellydancer who could improve her technique. Dinner was buffet-style, with some snacks beforehand, barbecue and dessert. The buffet dinner and dessert were both underwhelming, but the barbecue was tasty.After the program, we had to wait for Samsher to arrive since he was off somewhere else doing other errands. He then dropped us off at our specified points, and was polite and very accommodating, if quiet, throughout the whole time.The tour is quite cheap compared to the other desert safaris, and you get what you pay for. If youre expecting a guided desert tour, extended time doing dune bashing, actually riding a camel for more than 10 seconds, and great food - then you should pay premium for the other tours. All in all, this was a serviceable tour worth its price.

NEVER BOOK WITH RAYNA TOURS! Weve never been this disappointed in a tour agency! They were always late. During our Abu Dhabi tour, they were 30 minutes late. Then on our Desert Safari tour, we were scheduled to be fetched @ 3:30pm but they arrived @5:30pm. We arrived at the desert camp @7:30. We were then excited for our sand bashing and camel ride experience but we missed it because of that late driver who doesnt even speak and understand english! We arrived at the camp tired and hungry, but all that we could eat was a piece of chicken barbecue. And the staff at the camp were all horrible! They are quick at getting our payment for the tour but they couldnt answer our simple questions. And they cover up other staffs mistake and they are all liars!Rayna Tours are after quantity but NOT the quality of their service.Hope they dont get permit to operate because of what they are doing to the tourists! They ruin Dubais image. They are such a disgrace! Terrible, terrible experience!

When I first arrived in Abu Dhabi last year for my job, I did not own a vehicle nor did I know anyone. So, when I had to visit Dubai for a weekend, I was not sure what to do. Thats when I came across this service by Rayna Tours. The Abu Dhabi to Dubai intercity transfers by Rayna Tours is an excellent service. The driver was extremely well-mannered and very knowledgeable too. Even though I own a car today, sometimes I still book this service as it makes travelling from one city to the other very convenient.

I wanted to do Singapore visa for my family and me , when we contacted Rayna destination management, Mr Jatin Sarda picked up the phone and assured us that in 2 working days we will get our visas for 300 aed per visa. We had no reason to doubt him as Rayana tours are a famous and reputed company in Dubai. We took all the necessary documentation and pictures as per Singapore visa requirements. Once we reached Mr Jatin told us to take another picture as according to him my wife’s and my daughter’s picture was not according to the requirement. We went to the shop he recommended for the picture. After that we gave him all the documents and paid in full 900 aed and again was assured in two days visas will come.On Second day when I called Mr Jatin Sarda to enquire about Visas, first he didn’t picked up the call where i could i see him online on whatsapp, later he replied through his whatsapp that the visas will take one more day.Next day again he said the same story that it will take one more day. Finally on the day of travel he tells him in the afternoon that visas are rejected, upon asking for applications numbers which i can use to check the online status of my Visa, he said he doesn’t have any of these applications number as their partner company is doing the visa.The thing is that you can see this Gentleman online whole day but he takes ages to reply to your query and secondly not having any application number to check the Visas are fishyThen Mr Jatin Sarda adviced me to go to some other destination where visa was not required. On asking about my money that I lost for this Visa, he told me he will let me know in 2 days.On contacting on 3rd day again he didn’t reply again for sometime while staying online all the time, finally he told me he is still checking and will get back to me. As Expected he didn’t write or mail anything back to me, I had a plan also to go to Europe and was asking him for details of the schengen visa , that also he didn’t reply to. On the 5th day after sending him few messages on whatsapp he finally replied that he can get me concession on the schengen visa for the money I paid for Singapore Visa and as soon as I told him to send me details,Mr Jatin Sarda again stopped replying or picking up calls.I know its a long story but in short beware guys, After all this I am completely sure its a Scam and would like to warn anyone about this. I am lucky it was just 900 aed .

Our driver Khalid who was a trainee driver was outstanding and funny, we really enjoyed the drive there and back.However the camp is abit small comparing to other rivals we been to in the past. The entertainment was average and the food was below expectations.

They facilitated a three month UAE visit Visa for my mother.This was the fastest, most hassel free and most secure and reliable way to get a Visa. We practically do this every year for my mother, but never has the experience been so wonderful. EMAIL SENT TO RAYNA IN APRIL 2018.I am writing to express my disappointment I had on one of your trips I did last week in Dubai.It was the Red Dune Safari. On Friday 13th April.The whole experience was dull and not up to expectations at all. It was sold as an evening in the desert wilderness but the whole event was a tourist trap and completely unattractive as it was full of thousands of other people and the dinner camp resembled more of a refugee camp.The driver was dull and didn’t speak much at all, and the 6-seater dirty car had two broken seatbelts, made worse by the driver falling asleep at the wheel on the drive home!!The above I can get over, slowly. What adds to the evenings failings is the lack of experiences that were advertised inyour brochure.*Traditional Sweets not given. *No Shisha facility. *Sand boarding not found. *Opportunity to capture pictures in traditional Emirati costumes not done. *Live entertainment cancelled (Belly, Tanura & Fire). *Unlimited soft drinks turned out to be a small bottle of water in the car between 2 (I had already purchased my own)On top of this, the camels were chained to each other and walked in a 10m circle last 30 seconds each. The Henna lady basically initialled her name, any more would costs. The quad bike facility was horrendously organised, and our uninterested guide just pointed to the booth with zero help. This was the same when we arrived at the evening camp and he just pointed to the entrance, no explanation of what can be found and where.I understand it was a Friday, so Alcohol could not be sold, I am fine with this as it was an extra cost anyway and I understand the local culture. The Live entertainment was apparently only cancelled at 5pm according to our tour guide, we were not pre-warned of this and would not have booked had we known.I spent 350 AED + taxes on this trip for two people. It was a disappointing evening full of broken promises and bad service. I would like to know how much of a refund you can offer and how you will better the experience for others.I look forward to a direct reply from you.THEY REPLIED ASKING FOR MY TRIP DETAILS TO WHICH I REPLIED. THEN AFTER CHASING FOR 15 WEEKS....Dear Sir or Madam,15 Weeks I complained about a trip I had with your company in Dubai.You replied and asked for all my details which I gave you. I have chased you for a response every month since.You have had an ample opportunity to put a bad situation right and you failed.I will now be leaving a negative review on all the travel websites I belong to.Your aftersales customer service experience is as poorly executed as the tours themselves.I will not be using Rayna Tours again and I will try my best to inform others to avoid.

Loved the tour of the vibrant city of Abu Dhabi! While the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque was spell-binding, the Ferrari World was absolutely thrilling. Enjoyed every moment of the tour! Many thanks to knowledgeable tour guide.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this agency. I had booked two tours and both have had bad experiences.The first was a sightseeing tour of Dubai, which ended at the Dubai Mall, where we could spend 15 minutes free for the fountains show. Explicitly I asked where we were supposed to meet and nobody showed up, forced me to pay an extra money for a taxi to go back to the hotel.On the following day, I explained what had happened, I have been refused the refund of the taxi, although it was clear fault of the guide.However, I had already booked a desert safari with 4x4 Hummer, RIDE IN THE DESERT by a QUAD and dinner.Well, for those who want to do the desert safari, take the normal 4x4, the Hummer doesnt WORTH the extramoney that they ask for. On safari nothing to say, wonderful, but relating to going to ride quad .... we go to the camp where we had dinner and the ride in the desert, with off-road paths etc. It was a total joke: a small arena limited by cones, where the mayority were children. ARE THEY KIDDING ME?In summary, I have been totally sold something else than what they had been explained.TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Never again, look for another agency!

FoodAlso dont pay for unlimited alcohol because will be not worthy even if I paid for deluxe overnight didnt work because they serve alcohol only at the bar which is far awar from the show and they will serve only 1 1/2 hr even if you stay overnight you will not get more drink or food ...boring overnight nothing to do and the breakfast will be bread and cheese nothing else...For the squad viking wide will be inside the camp small area if you want yo go outside you have to pay extra money bug time scam...Stay away from this company I should pay attention to the previews reviews...too late now
