I wanted to get some information to proceed with my fiances visa to Dubai and I was told to contact rayan tours and I got in touch with a visa consultant called Ashish and even before providing me with proper information this person wants me to do a payment that sounds kind of weird and suspicious and when I said I will do the payment after Im fully educated and maybe by October this person stoped providing me service that is really unprofessional, seems like they are only after money or that they are doing some sort of a scam and now they are not responding my calls as well

This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THEM. I was supposed to get a refund for a rejected ticket that never materialized! No one will answer the phone either.

BEWARE! Fraud company. I applied Singapore visa on 4 Nov 2019 through one of their staffs named Jatin Sharda. I clearly told him that I had a flight on 9 Nov for urgent business meeting. He assured me that visa can be issued in 3 days and for urgent processing he charged me AED 400. Next day I double checked with him to ensure that he submitted all documents to Embassy for which he confirmed that the document submitted on the same day itself. On 3rd day when I started chasing he consistently avoided my calls and whatsapp responses. After many calls and messages he responded that I should contact Omeir travel as they applied visa through them, not directly to Embassy. Through my internal company contact I got a contact of visa team of Omeir travel. To my surprise they informed me that Rayna tour submitted document only on 6 Nov (Wed) so there is no chance I would get visa before sat flight. They also informed me that the visa fee is just AED 160. When I compliant this to Rayna Tours manager called Sunu, first of all he declined to admit that Jatin works for him. Later he said Jatin works in Rayna tour but he is not his staff (looks like some outsourced person). Then when I mentioned about delay and the high fee charge, he immediately turned rude and arrogant in his tone. When I said I complaint about you and Rayna Tour to authority to which he responded Do whatever you want, I dont care. Total bunch of liar works for Rayna Tour. Sorry Rayna Tour you shouldnt be in this business at all.

One of the worst.I called them at least 10 times to get a booking for 7persons desert safari. But no one responded.

Fraud. Buying you inn for Rayna camp. Then stuffing you somewhere else. No instructions, no decent food. And muuuuuuccchhhhh to early. Waste of time. Trying to resolve the matter results in cat and mice game....with them dissapering in the end leaving you in the mess. NEVER AGAIN..BETTER BOOKING WITH ARABIAN ADVENTURES!ps: don t buy their response below revieuws. They ask you to contact them but once you do they ask for a bookingnumber they never gave us so then they can sa they can not help you!

There are several reasons why i rate this a 1/5 (terrible)... Ill start with the very few good things: acceptable food, and an amazing fireshow (very goood!!)Lets start with the terrible terrible things:1. Customer service on the phone is horrible. up until 2 hours before the pick up, every time i called to get information about my pick up, i would be forwarded from one person to the other, everyone answering the phone and talking to someone physically around them fora good 1 minute before saying hello??? then transferring me again. i had to call back around 10 times over 48 hours to get information about my pick up!!2. we were picked up at 4PM! one hour later than the last pick up time, due to this, we got stuck in traffic, and got to the desert entrance by 5:30PM.3. At this point, another driver took us with his landcruiser, did around 5 minutes of dune bashing (obviously because he needs to accommodate for more late comers) before he threw us off at the camp. one of the most boring and quickest dune bashing experiences ever! The driver was also rude and unprofessional4. as soon as we arrive to the camp... we realize why they were late and hasty... the camp is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo overly populated... so crowded.... theres almost no space to sit. The que for the camel ride took over 90 minutes!!5. The way they served the food was very disgusting. two metalic bowls with someone guarding the food with his life and making sure you got two tiny pieces of chicken only so they can accommodate the overly booked site.6. The sound system was so bad, all music sounded like horror movie background noise. it was so disturbing!7. when the entertainment finished, we went to que for the cars to pick us up back to the desert entrance. luckily us 4, we got there to the que early and got out very quick. however there were only 2 to 3 cars going back and forth taking people (hundreds and hundreds of people!!!!!). When we met our other driver at 8:00PM, he said we must wait for the other 2 persons who came with us in the afternoon. We had to wait 50 minutes before they showed up! during this time i kept saying its not our problem theyre late, do something about it, everyone was clueless. At this point, we were taken late to the camp, we were waiting for almost an hour for the companys disorganization... etc...overall: DO NOT PAY FOR THIS COMPANY. either take arabian adventure (which costs 20% more ONLY) or go for a groupon which is 85% cheaper.

Scam + Worst host/GuideIts money making business by Rayana Tours.1.They stopped for 30 minutes at a shop saying u can use free toilets before the mosque. When we went to Mosque, there are toilets so why waste 45 minutes when we have limited time.2.They asked for lunch stop, either 75 or 60 Dirham. In Dubai i had good food at 20 Dirham for meal too. They should find few more options under 30-40 Dirham, but they happy to loot customer to earn commission.About the guide(Adil) and tour management:-i called him sharp 8 30 as per my pickup time and i was informed that he will reach in 10 minutes. But i had to wait for 45 minutes.-no basic manners to apologies or say sorry like he mean it.-he fumbles a lot and has poor skills as host/guide. Usually all hosts are humbles and have good sense of humor.-i asked him if possible to arrange traditional dress for male (it was done for females), he rudely ignored me. He could have politely said no.-after first stop he asked us to go to bus but driver was not there and we were standing outside in sun. Isnt this a common sense? When i asked him, he said to driver in hindi ( if i have a problem, book a private tour) thats how a host should react??-While return drop, He was fighting with one Russian couple with whole bus waiting at busy road for 30 minutes.-Other Chinese girl had some trouble understanding as he asked her to take Taxi or Metro.Instead of 7 PM. i reached 8:30 PM.

Guys, Russians, who bought tickets for Ferrari World from Klook, there is no free shuttle from Dubai, go straight to Marina Mall. We got there, according to the employee, every day people come and ask about the transfer. I don’t know why Klook specifically noted this geodannub.
