The team working seems unprofessional and not customer service oriented. Have been trying to get the feedback but in vain😑. Following up consistently however no one taking the responsibility and no have idea what they are dealing with. Really very disappointed.

I am extremely unhappy with the service, NOT JUST DISAPPOINTED but FRUSTRATED big time!!! Forget about waiting in vain before my concern is attended but the hassle of having a ticketing agent not completely explaining the catch of the ticket you are getting, be cautious, otherwise youll be experiencing the same frustration i have been into.

Our ticket had been cancelled by this agency twice without informing us. Very poor quality of service. Very disappointed.

We request to all passengers always pay in travel agency and collect bill , most of time we notice that passenger will pay out side of office and then they will blame travel agency ,, we request not to do this
