Starting with asante to Mr.Suraj who convinced me to go for Kenya trip in this pandemic and I would deeply regret if I didnt go. Must mention Mr Ramakrishnan who explained everything about the trip, visa requirements and itinerary.It was a life time experience to stay in Masai Mara National Reserve. It was an incredible safari experience and boat ride in Lake Naivasha.TravTips planned everything very well, organized and even the PCR test. The tour guide Mr. Chris was very welcoming and was supporting throughout the very end of the Trip. He was explaining everything on the move and answered to all the queries about the place and culture. The driver Mr John he was very patient with the group. He was stopping over to show us more Kenya.The hotels provide was very nice, clean and all hotels followed Covid-19 protocols. The only tiny cons was drinking water was not included in all meals and have to spend for that also in 5hrs flight no meals were included and no meal on the 1st day of arrival. Apart from all these the trip was amazing and thanks to TravTips!!Asante Sana!!!!

I travelled to Zanzibar with travtips.The sales team are very good players with words and talks. In fact they book everything as per their convenience and they dont care about customers money and time.They are mentioning days and nights as per their calculations and in real there is no relevance. They have given me 4 days and 3 nights stay in zanzibar but once I reach their and started our holidays it seems they have included even flight day and day after checkout from the hotels also.No proper communications with hotels and they are selecting very poor and lowest category rooms.Save money and time , not recommenced.

Travelled to Cairo & Alexandria, Egypt in Dec2020 through Trav Tips. The tour was ogranized in a professional way and minute arrangements were done. Had wonderful trip to UK and Europe from 29th Jun 2018 to 13th July 2018 organized by Thomas cook and Travtips. Entire trip was enjoyed with good hotels and food and other arrangements. Family and children enjoyed good companions and especially tour manager Mr Rohan. Overall we have enjoyed trip without much problem.Still we suggest following for improvements.1. We had to wait for almost 4 hours for check-in 1st day after travelling from Abu Dhabi to London.2. Couple of hotels were having only one lift which delayed check-in and check-out process.3. Suggest to supply water bottles during bus journey, as we had to look for shops for the same with very little option at stopover places.RegardsPrabhakar and family

We had very good experience with travtips and thomas cook. From visa to departure travtips support very well. The have done like a professional. Specially thanks to swati and sonyia. They arranged my U.S.A. Trip so nicely. 16 days USA tour , thomas cook arranged hotels and dinner was superb except breakfast was not up to the mark.Tour manager priyanka did her job very professionly. Over all the trip was very good. My family want to travel with travtips and thomas cook again in future.

Our Europe trip from the 6th to 13th July to Swiss n Paris trip was a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the Swiss trip. Thanks to Travel tips for organising the trip and to our tour guide Mr.Surti who briefed us well. The trip to Jungfraujoch was excellent. One must make it a point to visit there.The Paris trip was a little bit hectic n rushed. The trip to Disneyland was gr8.....a suggestion that one day is not enough to cover Disney World.Another suggestion is to at least arrange one local cuisine dinner at the places visited. Time needed to shop in ParisOverall a gr8 enjoyable time....Will and actually have suggested Trav Tips to friends...Keep it up 👍

Very bad experience and unprofessional team. Before making tour payment, these guys are prompt in their response and post the payment/ tour they are least bothered about the problems which guest face during the tour. They dont even have courtesy to revert on concerns raised with them formally after the tour.Recently, in Aug18 I had been to Kenya on the tour booked by Trav Tips. Very disappointed with their management. Looks like they try to cut the corners since they provided the vehicle of sub-standard quality for entire duration of trip (than what was actually committed and charged to us) and also dropped couple of attractions which were initially agreed in the itinerary. Rather than enjoying the vacation, we had to follow up with them during the tour to ensure the committed attractions are covered.Later, they blame it on communication gap between them and their local partner in Kenya (Sawa Sawa), rather than taking responsibility. They present themselves as Thomas Cook representatives and later do not live up to the global basic standards. Very disappointed.

Opted UK/Europe tour from 05/07/2019 to 20/07/19This is paper tiger travel company!Everything will be excellent on brochure paper!Location of their hotels, their restaurants for lunch and dinners and site seeing location are like east...west...and south like... you will spent half of the time in coach only! which you can realise only after experience because on paper everything is excellent and sales team is also excellent in explanations!Examples....1. hotel in London near hithro airport, and site seeing in central London 2-3 hrs one site drive! Your half a day gone in bus...You will be glad to see most of the locations written in itinerary while travelling in bus....guide will tell you o look at that... trafalgar square...and place is covered...2. Hotel in Switzerland in Zürich, site seeing is jungfraujoch and mt titlis, any one can put 3 dots in google map and in a second can tell hotel location is foolish, all the way they will drag you in coach to jungfraujoch, 200 km away, they will give you 2 hrs including lunch to spent on jungfraujoch mountains!In itinerary they will say one day in jungfraujoch but you will get 2 hrs only, no one can realise this before experience...We are going there after spending hell lots of money and if you get only 2 hr on spot means itinerary is not worth! This simply because to save their pity few dollars for hotels? If they give hotel location between jungfraujoch and titlis you could get enough time at both places!3. Group size: you should choose group size of max 35-36 head, in my case it was 45, full coach. Your group size will be sufficient to create long queue wherever you go...Totally scrap!!

We had been to europe tour in month of July. It was a very nice experience the whole group was very nice.The tour manager Was very helpful very patient. the entire trip was well planned and very good.I will definitely love to go with Thomas cook surely recommend the trip with them.

My go to place for travel bookings even if it is in my own home country. Ive done holiday packages ( mostly customized), flight bookings, hotel bookings, transfers, etc. and have found that I get better deals than when I look up the internet to do the bookings on my own. It just saves me all the hassle and the customer service is exceptional (Pat yourselves at the back Avdoot, Ravi, Sonya, Swapnil (currently not at the Dubai office) and the rest of the Travel Tips team.
