I took a visit visa from Cozmo travels through an agent on March 2020, soon after that lock down started in UAE and we couldn’t use the visit visa for traveling till now.I had been following up with the agent, from whom I took the visa. But she don’t know what to do. Please advise.

Not good service. once book ticket they even dont revert to modify the tickets!! be aware while you book the ticket with cosmos. they have many branches and they cant even look for customers from another branch.
