A proper follow back plays very important role in business growth. Tried contacting your company for some visa process. Someone said to share documents on call which I did through whatsapp. After that no response yet. Similarly you may have missed number of enquiries (clearly visible from other reviews). Please train you sales team so that you dont miss any business generation lead in future. Thanks

The way MR. Thaheer(Visa Section) talks to customer is worst, doesnt have any professional skills like Patience, Positive attitude, Positive language and Clear communication skills in order to handle the customer.Employees with these customer service skills do more than create transactions, they create positive customer experiences.Understanding the customer and the problem is key for anyone in a customer facing role. But he dont want to listen anything and just talk.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!All good reviews are fake!!They will ask for more money once you pay for the visa and they will never give your visa.This company runs a bunch of Dubai visa websites and then they try to push a totally unnecessary insurance to the customer...Im going to sue this company and I already contacted Emirate embassy and they are going to go after them and investigate their company because of all the previous reposts theyve received about this company scamming people.They have ruined my trip by not giving me the visa!! After I paid, they contacted me and asked for $340 for insurance. I got my insurance from another company and sent them but they said, I have to get the insurance through them only otherwise they wont give me the visa. this is totally scam!! Save yourself from dealing with these scammers!!!! they have multiple website for scamming people and under all these websites there is an insurance company in Dubai that runs these visa websites. basically its a bait and switch to sell their insurance!!! I have already filed a complaint and Im in the process of suing this insurance company as they own the merchant account.RUN AWAY!!!

Do not deserve any star infact,Bad service, bad communication, bad behaviour, not available, they will switch off Thier phones and just say its in process, very bad customer service, my visa came after the deport officer from the airport gave them a warning that they will have to pay fine of 5000 AED, thats when they gave me a second ticket to fly again to avoid heavy fines.This agency do not have complete knowledge,Not to be trusted. I booked as it was cheap. Guys do not do this mistake I did, dont book here.
