These people are fraud. They sent a agent in our company and the agent name is HUSSAIN he told us buy this 99 AED promotion package. And you will get a lot of entries in any tourist places and he gives us a catalog of the places.. He said we dont need to pay any extra but only 99 and can bring also 2 friends. But when we booked they asked to pay around 400 for 2 persons. I informed that agent said we dont need to pay this much be because we are member. But he just keep on insisting that we need to pay that much. We complained but until now we didnt receive any solution

The agent offered us promotion of 99AED and they mentioned its special offer for hoteliers. Me and my friend took the offer and paid 100 each. After sometime I called them to book for Ferrari world and I got shocked that they are asking me I need to pay 479AED. I informed the agent that we paid for 99AED membership and was explained to us that we only need to pay 99AED and I can bring 2 other friends with me in any parks that we wish to go. The agent did not listen to my explanations no matter how I explained to him that this is not what weve been told when explaining to us the offer. He said their manager will call me but its been months already and nobody calls me even to reply on my email. I asked my friend also and she said no one is replying to her. I know this time business are down but everyone of us are affected also due to pandemic but dont do such things like this. So be careful and if somebody offers you this promotion dont buy it. This agency is not even worth of 1 star.

One of their agents came to our place and she sale the voucher 99 Derham and as per her you can use it anytime at any tourist spot and we will not pay anything as long as we book but suddenly we booked and we go to warner bros. And they send a booking code on my Whatsapp and Warner Bros. Said that we have to pay a regular entrance fee even we have a booking. Its so ridiculous 👎👎👎

DON’T BUY THE PROMOTION 99 AED!!! they will tell you that you that you will not pay anything. After all the booking you still pay for the regular price!!!!
