It was an awesome trip managed by Vacanza team in Dubai. Thank you everyone for taking extra care of all timings. Drivers were very professional and always there on time. They were very flexible with pick up/drop off timings, and it helped us a lot especially since we were with small kids. It was my 3rd visit to Dubai but was the best out of all my previous trips. Worst experience ever had. The itinerary provided is not followed, the concerned person Mr Mansoor does not care about anything. He asked the driver to leave us on the road itself instead of the drop point due to the miscommunication between driver and the manager.

One of the best travel company I had a trip with.

We had the worst experience dealing with Vacanza Tourism Llc. (Vacanza Global Travels). The drivers and the company employees are very unreliable and irresponsible when dealing with tourists time and itenary . The company changed our schedule twice during our stay and the updated information was given to us very last moment. Drivers are never on time and their driving is very rash (youll probably puke ) and the worst part is that they lie on your face. We loved dubai but because of them we will think thrice before visiting dubai.
