1. Poor customer service except counter staff.2. Vegetables are not fresh, it’s dying or rotten but still on display.3. Price labels are incorrect. It shows in the offer lists but when you reach the counter the price is different.As a customer/buyer/consumer we are very happy and thankful that there’s a nearby supermarket in our area but pls update your staff, your display especially your vegetables. Don’t say “NO” to the customer without checking it inside your stock room instead say “just give me a second Mam/sir I will check it for you”. Good service is good business.

Located at a very decent place it has front and back entry from main road and residential back side. Management is poor in constantly maintaining item availability of fast moving brands. Also I have noticed missing price tags on several items on shelf very often. Over all convenient place to shop grocery at with poor staff support.

Worst people , worst service, they take order and deliver as per their convenience. They pick up calls if they want to otherwise for hours their phone will ring without being answer. Faced it multiple times now shifted to families supermarket.

Indian vegetables, hard to find elsewhere could be found here.

After Al Fallah Closed, they have remained as the only Decent SM in this area. Now they are open 24 hours, and have a good selection of items one might need for Daily groceries.Whats missing ? A bakery like Choitrams that bakes Indian Snacks and no fresh Olives. And they are out of Garlic Bread all the time ( thats why 4 stars). A good place to do your groceries otherwise.

Clean and organized supermarket. It is a smaller outlet compared to other Westzone Supermarkets but they have pretty much everything you may need for your day to day needs. They have excellent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables at cheap price, fresh fish and chicken meats. The 1* missing from my rate review is only due to the absence of pork section.

No doubt the supre market is good but the branding says 24 hours but its actually it closes at 12:00 pm. They should not give the wrong information to there customers.

Its great to have this supermarket in this neighborhood! Vegetables here are fresh and reasonably priced (compared to many other supermarkets nearby). Variety, availability of brands and food items is super. And lastly, the staff here is very friendly.

Very poor service at the new counter open towards new entrance, customer service is disaster, very poor management by the incharge handling at evening duty on Saturday 18th Jan, no response towards customer complaint. Very poor management in handling their own staff, nobody is listening to the incharge of store, even though asked for the reason still no porter is listening to the incharge of supermarket, very poorly dis organized. Its shame on West zone for not monitoring such a huge and pride and demanding store. All people whoever watching the incharge wee disappointed of West zone staff performance.

Im so disappointed, I am a regular customer and they never fail me of annoying me from their deliveries in my house, sometimes they dont advise that it will be delivered like 1 and half hours, and its always a wrong items delivered because they are not listening to me and just now the guy over the phone shouted at me because of telling him they sent me wrong items i ordered squid not shrimp so I ask the delivery guy to come back, change the item and i will pay or else they will not comeback or it takes 1hr again yo wait for it, before they have nice staff now the guy whos answering calls was so stupid and no manner toward guests.

This super market has wide varities of vegetables and staff is courteous.The fruite selection is also good provided one doesnt mund paying little extra then other supermarkets.Over all a very good super marketa.

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service of the sales representatives. Many instances where the product is available in the shelves but the employees are lazy to look for it and declare to the customer that it is unavailable in the shop. Also the staffs are rude to the customers.
