Prices higher than most places and very very slow. I am in same building and it takes them minimum 40 mins to deliver 1or 2 items

Staffs are not helpful at all

Check your bills whenever buy from this store.They charge extra items you didn’t buyCaught this. Could have happened lot more time when I didn’t check bill.

I wanna call the police and also go to consumer protection court. Firstly they over price everything and then they don’t put prices. When you call them the guy is very rude and the delivery is never on time. One time I was requesting him to deliver early and he literally hung up on me. On day I am gonna sue them. If the owner is looking at this please discipline your staff.

The worst supermarket ever. Staff working in the apartment have no respect for the customer. They take like a day to deliver the food. They will put you on hold and wont answer your calls. They will abuse you if you try to let them know there mistakes. The worst staff and the worst service ever. I will ask you guys to never order from here otherwise you will end up wasting your time.

Delivery is very very very slow!I have a baby and every time i ask for home delivery means i m in rush and i can not leave the baby alone at home! And every time i regret it!!Worst supermarket ever!Besides the people working there are very slow.I don t u derstand why the managers left their business without supervision!!

They have a lot of things. Also, they are quite localised. I was trying to find a particular type of socket converter, which is what is common for our building, and searched for the same all across Dubai (including dragon mart) but couldn’t find one.Also, they deliver home for free to nearby buildings for the smallest amount as well.
