Worst employees at west zone , not helpful and very rude to customers, managers are chewing tobacco all them at counters. Not helpful staff there.. better nesto supermarket or lulu supermarket.

Its a good west zone supermarket one of the best west zones. It has many things and is a carrefour supermarket styled in this area of Satwa. Serves the community well. However a lot of people there.

The management should think more about the customer and their safety. Whenever I enter the shop the security is acting like a policeman that it is not allowed to carry your bagpack inside the store, the place where the customer items or kept with security are never sanitized.The supervisor and manager at store they do not have any interest in their work they are just standing and chit chat only.Comparing to other market the Westzone and their employees are not professional they need to go through customer service training so they know the importance. The manager on duty really need to consult and required huge improvement in their skills for customers service and handling complaints.None of the staff will ever offer you any assistance except at the cashier, many products are without price tags and you need to find someone to check for you the price.I hope the management will look on this and take this as a constructive feedbacks improve on customer experience.

This is good place for daily shopping .....you can get fresh vegetables,meat,fish all kind of dry item almost every thing you can buy here....and this place is cheap and you can find very friendly staff.......I always do my daily shopping here....

Although its a big supermarket but service is not great. I was there yesterday and many customers were in line to pay at the cashier. Only 2 cashiers were operating others were not. I told one employee to add another cashier and his reply was so disappointing. He said the other cashier is on break !! Omg 😱. I told him its not our fault its rather yours. For us as customers we dont really care if one cashier is on break. You will not get our understanding and empathy as its your managements task to find replacement especially when customers line waiting is long. I didnt really like the attitude of employees and I compared them with carrefour and how they respond quickly to situations like this. In short, Ill not going to shop from this supermarket again. For me, service is of an essence in this type of business.
