Its one of the newly opened carrefours in town. Very calm quiet and normally good for deals and groceries in middle of Dubailand . It has all the main sections of any big hyper market. Contains food, crockery, pet street, baby station, flower area, cosmetics, green and organic section, huge electronics area, general grocery fruits and vegetables. Along with that you can find a lot of offers, clothes, ready to wear goods, jewellery and a lot more. Prices are nice and overall good experience of shopping.The best part of it the green lobbies of mall. I would like to visit again.

Large carrefour Hypermarket. Only Fresh food area such as fresh meat, fresh sea food and fresh vegitable as well as fruit are small. If you do not like busy place, this carrefour Hypermarket will be best for you. There are more BBQ and camping equipment here.

They have many varieties of local and imported goods, also many healthy options low carb, gluten free, and organic products. You will most probably find what you are looking for or find a suitable substitute. They dont have plastic bags anymore as they are adopting more environmental friendly approach, so either bring your own shopping bags or buy one of the few varieties available bags at the cashier.

The worst experience ever! After filling 2 trolleys worth of products and upon approaching the cashier, she told me that they dont have bags and they are no longer using plastic. I told her thats great but there is no announcement at the entrance and I am not prepared to pack all these stuff. She offered no alternative so I had to leave all my groceries and products ... very disappointing!While the initiative of no-plastic is great, this is not how you execute it. At least offer the guests paper bags or any recycling material... better yet, let guests entering your market know so they dont spend 2 hours shopping for nothing.

I bought a balcony couch from City land mall carrefour and it was to be home delivered. Delivery time given sunday, 29 August 2021 between 9 to 10 AM. Item not delivered in promised time. No delivery or any call to update about delivery. Called 80073232 and after awaiting 10 mins call connected and the customer care executive informed that todays delivery date is mentioned but no time and as such will raise a ticket. Very pathetic service. I think carrefour is only good for groceries.

A good carrefour which contains most of the items you need from any other grand carrefour, I have two problems: the vegetable area is a little bit condensed, and the carts are somehow old, they need to be renovated. Scan and go is working fine but staff needs to be more alert when scan and go ask for assistance as two time I have been waiting for around 5 minutes until someone came, but if it is working it is very smooth

Be careful people check your bill before leaving, the product prices are not updated I was about to lose 100aed and wasted my time while I was waiting for the right price to be updated, last time buying from Carrefour. I think I will stick with Kibson.One more thing bring your bags to carry the groceries, otherwise you have to buy the recycled bags from Carrefour.The bags should be complimentary to the customers

I used, Scan and Go, the benefit of using it is Faster check-out. They had to do random checks which is fine, however, no one came to do it, so I asked one of Arabic speaking staff if he could do it , then he responded me rudely JUST WAIT ! and he walked away. I was shocked how rude he was. I waited about 7mins and finally other staff came. This staff was polite.I dont see a point of using this facility if it takes so much time.If any Carrefour management see this, please train your staff at least to say Please, and place a staff at the Scan and Go checkout.

It’s nice to shop from Carrefour Cityland. This is one of the place in Dubai has stopped giving one time use Plastic bags for free. Please make sure that everyone need to bring their own shopping bag, while shopping in this particular branch of Carrefour, else you have to buy paper bags or Jute bags from them, which are even they charge for.

This is the best carrefour in the UAe. Trust me Ive been here 8 years now.Its well spaced. Never crowded and the prices are decent.They also dont move stock around every week which for some reason seems to be something other carrefour stores like to do on a weekly basis and no one can understand why.I especially like the self checkout share scanner option. Great parking. Neat and clean.

If you order online and your order gets processed through this branch, make sure to check your order when it arrives. All my orders either had something missing (although I was charged for it) or arrived damaged (broken seals, leaking containers).

As a regular customer for many years this Carrefour store has put me off from shopping at any of its stores in future! 2 days ago I decided to shop for my usual foods. The meat section had some offers which made me reach for the pre packed beef on the shelf. I bought 2 large packets. Went home, ready to cook my dinner. When I opened the packet I immediately smelt a foul odour - it was enough to make my stomach turn. I thought Id open the other packet which unfortunately had the same smell. Usually I would throw it away and count my losses. But this time I was so furious, that I had to drive all the way back to the store to make a complaint. The manager was called, shed asked me if it was left in my car. I told her to look at the time on my receipt, she could clearly see the time was very short. I said I wanted to see the supervisor at the meat section to personally ask why this meat was packaged in its current condition. Unfortunately no one was around except one person! I see this regularly at this branch, you have to stand and wait ages for service at the meat and fish counter.I felt very cheated as a customer as well as for the others, to be offered such unfit quality of food. Its totally unacceptable for Carrefour and not in line with the calibre of your company as a trusted brand.I dont think any person with a good sense of smell would even think to give this food to its animal.Hanan the manager, was very apologetic and helpful. Although I felt disappointed that she tried to convince me that the meat was fresh. She compared mine to the others by retrieving a sample from the restocked shelf. As at the time of purchasing my items, there were only 3 packets displayed of which I selected 2. She proceeded to uncover its cling film wrapper to smell it. She offered me to also smell it which I did and admitted that it did not possess the strong smell as my purchased product. I was horrified to see the meat that we had smelt was then returned back on the shelf. I realised that perhaps my product was left somewhere warm and somebody had just simply returned it back to its shelf!I was offered a replacement which I politely refused as by now I was totally put off. With that, my money was returned, however I felt extremely short changed. There was no sort of consideration of compensation for my wasted time of driving all the way back to the store. I returned home with nothing else to cook, so opted for a take away, which Im not a great fan of!No one has been bothered to make contact, so my custom will be terminated for good.Carrefour, please take a look at your competitors to see how they treat their customers with fresh product returns.

Definitley the WORST carrefour hypermarket in the UAE. I approach the electronics department and only 1 employee staff is handling the home appliances , mobiles, and television sections. I call the supervisor for assistance all she does is say sorry we are short on staff. I pick up all the appliances by myself and i had to read the model codes of everything i bought so i can pick it up of the shelves because there was no one to assist. Relatively, i call the store manager in order to buy a TV; the store manager also says that they are short on staff and whats funny that he called the employee thats responsible for the tv section ( which is not there) to ask him about my tv preferences.I head to the counter to pay and the cashier scans all the products with the original prices and not the discounted prices, the bill had 350 dhs extra and the supervisor was using her phone to calculate on the side rather than doing it on the system. Then i had to rescan all items again to deduct all the amount again and had to rescan again to check the final correct amount. Morever, this whole the process took more than 30 mins because the staff went to get the paper with the discounted bar codes. All other customers standing on the casheir que had to go to another one because of the huge delay.The next day the television arrives and i was told that this is just the tv delivery and not the assembly , so basically the TV was delivered and not assembled and now im chasing carrefour customer service so i can get someone to assemble my tv.Very bad service.No staff.0 communication skills with customers.Worst management you will ever deal withI highly recommend to stay away from this branch. Go to any other branch to avoid such a hastle.If your willing to purchase electronics i recommend to head to any other electronics store to avoidall this headache.

This one in Global Village is a hidden gem. Not crowded. Due to low footfall the fresh vegetable and bakery section lacks sheen. But otherwise. A great option.

It is a nice big branch which is very less crowded at the moment. There is shaded parking.

I like buying from carrefour in general but there are a couple of problems here:1.The prices shown often dont match the ones on the system so you might get some shocks on the cash counter.2. They could have a lot more vegan stuff to sell (i have to buy vegan groceries for my husband elsewhere which is not very convenient)

Its located in cityland mall which is not yet officially open the doors but Carrefour opened the doors for customers ,Its as big as Maisem mall one ,Convenient for those who lives in areas around Arabian ranches Mira and Nshama 15 mins away ,It has all what u need ,The disadvantage is that u have to park out side and walk under the sun to reach the main gate as there is no underground parking ,

Convenient not the same as DFC or MOE. The store is smaller and does not store everything but stores what you need and all your essentials.

It starts slowly to become one of the better hypermarkets in the area. Slowly, because the mall just opened, and it is a rather lonely place still. But little by little, they stock the store and it starts to become a viable option. Down side... its not on the way to/from anywhere. Up side.... no one much is in here so there are no lines.

This is where my online deliveries come from. Its all good until you have an issue. I was charged for several items which werent delivered, nor was the money refunded. Customer service is non existent and the contact us immediately form is a joke. 2 weeks since the first of several conversations with the incompetent customer care agents and I still get the same response - your case has been escalated and you should expect a call any minute.... Not a single call so far. Needless to say after waiting so many days for an answer I had to make my purchases elsewhere. I guess the really frustrating bit is this is a MAF run business and in this day and age, and in dubai of all places...such poor customer service is absolutely shocking.

It is literarily the worse carrefour I have been too.Seafood section employee take forever to finish ur things even when there’s no traffic, they always forget to do half of what u asked them to do.The bakery is mainly the worst as per my taste.There’s Arabic bread brands that doesn’t exist there yet.The customer service never answer their phone.I left a water fridge there and until now I can’t reach them to ask them for update nor anyone has called me yet.There’s always barely few people on the counter to pay so the waiting is always long.Staff are friendly but it doesn’t cover all those mistakes.is truly bad and it’s not like it’s a super busy supermarket

Not too many customers makes it for a enjoyable shopping experience. However, it’s time to make sure items are prices affording to what is displayed. We have come there since opening and not once we experienced a cart without items with pricing errors, 100% more expensive than what is displayed never the other way around.So don’t trust the displayed prices, check your bill, and complain. Management won’t do anything about it until many people complain, because we have, and nothing has changed.

Great place to shop for grocery need

Great to be able to gain access to foods without the queues. However beginning to lack in offering adequate variety smaller stores actually have. Basics like chicken means youre forced to buy drier chicken sitting out. Limited vegetables or smaller produce stocks means be early or miss out.

It is convenient for us how is living near it however it has less offers than Midriff or MOE branches

Dont ever buy from Carrefour online!!! The worst online shopping ever!!! I bought magic bullet from Carrefour app last week and thenI decided that I need a bigger size so I requested a return same day... I called several times to arrange a pick up and until now Carrefour hasnt sent anyone to pick up the package. What will I do when the 7 days return period ends???!!! Apparently you are NOT qualified to offer online shopping because you dont have a dedicated department to handle exchange and returns from online shopping. This is the last time Ever to buy from your online store! What a shame!

The staff managing scan and go a literally a disgrace..They did recheck and instead of rechecking they reduced the items to half.If I didn’t notice I would go away paying half the amount.To rectify it took them half an hour.What is supposed to be a fast process turned into a disaster.
