Great place for day to day shopping for families. This place have everything a person need for the family running starting from vegetables, fruits, milk, juice, meat, fish, rice, dal, chocolate, spices, bathroom fittings, beauty products, clothing, shoes, and all kind of household items.The great thing is the price is competitive-with other malls. The items are properly arranged and easily reachable. They provide free delivery also. Time to time offers also attract consumers.They maintain clean and hygienic by cleaning the store time to time, safety dividers are there during checkout. The staffs are polite and helpful. Even they have trolley boys who can drop the goods near the car.

Its good for daily needs. You can get all your groceries at one place. Two major draw back which they should look at - first its very crowded specially the vegetable and meat section, it must be organised to make it easy accessible to everyone. Second it smells very bad one with sensitive nose may start vomiting, it must be cleaned. Except above two points all fine, they have the electronics and apparel section on the first floor, dont miss that if you are in.

AL MADINA is a group having many shops/outlets in UAE. Many customer are happy from their services.Its cheap, services are good,Low income people like to shop.So i suggest number one for me.

I was there often nice market they are cheaper.

This is really big and has all the items adequately made available for all the household needs. Reasonable pricing considering there is huge customer base from nearby accommodations since it’s located in Al Qouz area. Always busy with customers and never seen it empty during my visits to the mall or the hyper market.

I am a customer of Madina - Al Qouz Mall since last 6 months. Monthly I used to buy items for 600-800 Aed.I use whatsapp order and they will deliver at home. All these are done with good service. Sometimes they deliver late without notifying.We had some clashes for the delivery timings and regarding some offers which were not added on the bills, etc. Sometimes the fresh leaves they sent were not at all fresh too.But last week I experienced very bad scene. The fish they sent were ROTTEN.Completely their mistake. Cant accept.But I asked for refund and compensation and they did.

Poor customer service and when I asked them about home delivery they told me that they will bring my things when they get a free time...Social distance is not practiced very well and the staffs are always rude. Please note that before going there

Market Good because of staff talking style

Very bad service, we order cake and we ask we need cake at 4:00 pm we are waiting more than a hour but still they are saying required 10 minutes, since hours waiting here and they just asking 10 minutes... Really really very very bad service.I request everyone be careful.Management team I request you please do the investigation and update the customer.
