Very unprofessional on the phone and they find it easy to lie to your face and say the order has left while Deliveroo driver is waiting right there for 30 minutes. This has happened twice now and I wouldn’t recommend this business. Food was average as well and not worth waiting 2 hours. Could’ve cooked the same food in under one hour at home. What a lousy restaurant!!

Good shisha, the Egyptian shisha guy is brilliant, and it is so close to gitex event if you are looking for a shisha break, just cross Ashaikh Zaid Road via the WTC metro station and walk to the left little bit, and enjoy your more sheep shisha and snakes.They also have a free wifi.. Yepi.

Excellent place. value for money. i have been there twice. staf is very good and Sheesha (shisha) is really awsum altgough they took more then usuall time to bring it but it was so fresh. food is also good.

Great shisha - he is so pro and friendly / aswell the food is fresh + waitresses are pro , smily , fast service . Place is confortable - great wifi and football match TV !!! What else ? The best - u feel like family in there

The salad and meal was good. There is no non smoking area which should definitely be considered. A lot of mosquitos. Price was a bit higher than similar restaurants. Waitress forgot to bring our drinks.

Very bad customer service. Not worth the money. Food is not that great at all. Its a sheesha place . Not good for proper dine in. Staffs are very rude and they lied to us regarding the rates.I dont recommend anyone

This place is an absolute gem. Friendly staff and great Shisha! Whats even better are the drinks prices. This was an unsuspecting find, but Im so glad I did find it.

First time and last time ordering from here. The omellete arrived cold and I dont think this is worth AED30. Poor value for money. Also they added an extra 30 fils onto my receipt for VAT even though my order already included VAT. They did not put milk in my tea. I dont think I will order from here again as it does not reflect good value for money. And the order was delivered late!

Annoyingly, this place only has one CD in its music collection - Celine Dions Greatest Hits - which is plays at high volume for 12-18 hours a day. I am not exaggerating. This is plain fact. Unsurprisingly, the place never has any customers and all the local residents are fed up of the noise.Celine heart may go on (and on, and on), but I dont know if this business will...It sits in the wind tunnel between two towers and is always bathed in the smell of Blue Towers garbage room. The décor is a blend of Christmas lights and black scaffolding poles and the interior is full of smoke from indoor shisha smoking.There is nothing appealing about this place.

Worst place ever,Was about to become a regular customer after 3 days in a row visiting, 2 people sitting on a table working we ordered food, drinks and after 5 hours the manager sends waiter to ask us either to order more or leave!
