An overall amazing experience, the staff were really helpful and accommodating even with the place fully booked. The food quality was fantastic, the cocktails were creative and the atmosphere was really vibrant. One of my favorite places in Dubai.

Nice outside terrace, not the best view comparing to other Dubai places, but very good service and food. Good wine recommendations, the grilled octopus is amazing and they have a very good steak. Fish tacos are amazing! Worth checking the place out.

The food never disappoints but neither does the service.Parking Entrance - The valet personnel was professional ,He guided me to the entrance...Reception - Upon arrival at the reception,i was  greeted by sherizia she guided me to my table which was pleasant.Bread was served before My lunch order. The staff were attentive and friendly.Lunch at 12:30, I was welcomed by the pretty lady with low tied hair tails and smooth skin, Alina. She was quite attentive, friendly, well spoken. What an awesome server she was!Others worth mentioning were Roman ,Mina and Eris. Alina was very attentive and ensured my food was delivered on time. They are the perfect example of what makes a place worthwhile and attracts repeat guests.Besides that;N:B please tip the waiter/waitress if she gave you a proper service...Donot just leave the table dirty..Alina,Eris,Mina,Roman. Food was superb. Maybe I’m getting old but when I need to use my torch to read the menu it’s too dark.

Exceptional service. Recommend sitting outdoors, I watched the sunset while eating. They have great cocktails, a lovely variety of oysters, great options for surf and turf, and yummy desserts. Such a relaxed atmosphere with really tasty food and friendly staff.

Great amazing ambiance. Feels like a touch of Paris outside atmosphere, especially after a few of their mean Bloody Marries. Food was spot on as well. The crunchy fish tacos were technically well crafted and flavor was a winner too. Their octopus is hands down a winner too. Soft and tentacles are crunchy as hell. Well done. Will come again and recommend you too to go for a pleasant experience!

Everything was good. The food can’t be described here, tried 4 plates and starters all testes amazing. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Made our dinner worth to remember and will definitely be there a regular visitor.

If anyone really wants an authentic fish restaurant than do not look anywhere else, the place is well established, book early to avoid disappointment, so good it gets booked up in advance, strongly recommended, you will enjoy the experience, between 6.00 and 7.00 Oyster special price , alcohol served as well

One of the best places when you would like to desperately have oysters. Here you can have real wide range of oysters imported from all around the world. Not only oysters but grills are also nice as the name of the restaurant states. Moreover, the beach view is magnificent where you can also watch Dubai Eye!

Top notch spot.First thing, the interior, decor and atmosphere are lovely. Just have a look at the pictures. We sat on the terrace and it was perfect.Arrived at 6:00pm to enjoy the oysters deal. They were fresh and tasty. The condiments were also a nice twist.It was not crowded but busy which gave a great ambiance.The main dish was the angry lobster pasta. It was great. I couldnt resist to ask for more bred and get all the sauce from the dish. For dessert, the crême brulée was perfectly made.Finally the staff was engaging, fun and attentive. Maria and a roumanian gentleman (whom I forgot the name) attended our table. I thank them.Will come back.

Beautiful terrace with nice view, food is delicious, I personally recommend octopus and tuna tar tar, lobster pasta as well. Absolutely turn off lobster roll, thats the only dish was really bad. Cocktails were also on top. I advise you to make reservation

One of the best, if not THE BEST restaurant in Dubai!This is an experience like no other! We went the first time around after reading some reviews of the restaurant and was happily attended to by Nikola, what an atmosphere he brings to the table, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he kept up with our insistent questions and had both the drinks and food menu explained to us, with great suggestions. The food is like no other Ive had before, the Chefs are top notch 👌🏼The first experience was so good that we booked a second time around and brought some friends along too. We requested Nikola again for the evening and he was on top of things once again! This time around he got me to try some amazing oysters for the first time, and made it very enjoyable with his knowledge, tips and tricks on how to eat them.I will always come back to this restaurant. Thank you Nikola for always making it a good experience.

My favorite restaurant in JBR. The happy hour cocktails and oysters were so good we came back twice during our week long stay in Dubai. I highly recommend the gin cocktails, oysters and tuna tartare. Also the location, friendly staff and beautiful decor and ocean views make it a MUST try!

It would have been a great place for lunch, had it not been for the management allowing 3 very young children to scream, play on the ground in the restaurant close to other clients running a risk to the staff and to the kids and not ask the parents to keep their kids under control... shame on the parents who were oblivious to all the dinners around them and didnt care about the noise or disturbance to us all... it could have been a really nice lunch but who wants to go to a child screaming, restaurant where management dont care..

These are basic things that if you have on menu make sure they are in stock.Ordered a vodka martini which turned into a big confusion when it didn’t need to. In the past we’ve had quite arrogant waiters which has really detracted from an amazing experience, whether it’s dinner or brunch. Lately not had that though and the mighty Osman, who served us the last two times has been brilliant! Maine Oyster Bar and Grill is now the best restaurant in Dubai IMO.

Service is Fantastic! Drinks are very very good! Atmosphere and place wonderful! Food needs major improvement. Poutine was ok. Parmesan veal was not good at all, sprouts were very bitter.

Great place with the atmosphere of a proper establishment. Impeccable service, great choice of drinks (cocktails, wines) and food where no dietary restrictions feel like restrictions.Oh - and even when half of the oysters in the menu are not available, its still a great selection representing several geographical regions of the world.

Very cool venue. The food was good as was the brunch service. There was a full range available and something for everyone. The whole package represented good value and I will definitely be going back.

Do not get discouraged by the strange entrance location in the back of the building. Really nice external seating at the terrace. The lunch deal. Other a la carte items, and cocktails, may be expensive, but for 105 dirhams you can get an (albeit small) appetizer, main, dessert, and glass of red or white wine (or coffee). Had a steak frites - great fries, and tasty steak. Portions might be small, but you can keep asking for their fresh onsite baked bread which has rosemary in it - really good, almost steals the show!Server was extra friendly and funny, and it can get busy, so go when they just open.

If you are a fan of Oysters then this is the place to be in! Serves delicious oysters and great drinks.I personally loved the ambiance and the over all decor.The place can be a bit crowded on weekends so plan accordingly. Rest everything was on point in my opinion.

My favorite spot in Dubai. The menu is vast and everything I have tried has been exceptional: specifically the oysters (they have many types), octopus, and Brussels sprouts. Their cocktails are great as well. Decor and outdoor seating are the cherry on top. 5/5 easily. Great stuff!

Just want to give high score here! As we really enjoyed our last dinner at this wonderful place. Stuff was super friendly and helpful (over the phone as well). I have noticed this, as previously around a year ago we were very disappointed with attitude of admin (lady was rude even with our VIP guests), after that time we didnt visit place for pretty long time.Now, everything was great - venue, atmosphere, oysters, service...Just pit, that they dont provide discounts like others, but this the concept, place is full despite this.Tips: terrace is amazing, book your table there;they have offer for oysters every day before 8 pm :)

The entrance to this place was hard to find. There is outside seating but you cannot access it from the beach or towers. It is between the towers and you have to go through the parking garage. The food is good but really expensive. The service is also great.

We arranged a memorial brunch for a dear friends husband. Our party was 24. The manager, Roman did everything to accommodate our needs. The team members were all amazing, especially Nell and Osman. Drinks were constantly refilled, the food was superb and the ambience was fantastic. We all had a fabulous time due to the attentiveness of the staff. We will be back again soon. We highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. Thank you for making our day extra special.

Food is good, nice atmoshere. Only point is that they asked us to move from our table for another group. Wasnt mention at reservation nor confirmation that we would have only 2 hours. They solved it great by moving us to a nice outside table and gave us a cocktail on the house.

This is my go to place for a reason when I want the best seafood and service. They always make you feel so special and welcome as soon as you enter their front door. It only goes on from there. The seafood platter, roasted Brussel sprouts, crab salad and their pizzas are nothing short of superb. Their key lime pie is also to die for. Roman and Sergio and the rest of the wait staff are beyond compare

We had the perfect lunch at The Maine. The service was excellent and the food delicious. Only downside was the deserts who were not up to the same standard as the main courses. Despite that, I highly highly recommend this place, tremendous experience.

Personally one of my favourite restaurants in Dubai, the food and drink selection is amazing but the best bit about this place is the staff, each time I’ve been they’ve remembered my partner and I and definitely make each visit memorable. I recommend ordering the side of Brussel sprouts they’re unreal

Great place and ambience. But our waiter was constantly only focused on up selling us everything on the menu, rather then focusing on better service. And very rude during billing, unfortunately great places with unpleasant experiences. Luckily enough choices in Dubai.

This place has very american style service, everything is top notch. we tried the fish, kids pizza, oysters and some sides. everything was excellent. will come back again for sure, and book a table with a booth.

The Maine Oyster bar and grill has been my families go to restaurant and bar now for the past 2 years and we recently visited for my father and mother’s duo birthday celebration, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and incredible aroma of their delicious food. The restaurant was filling up quickly as usual but we had a table booked.We ordered the mushroom truffle pizza to share which has to be one of my favourite pizzas I’ve ever tasted to date its punchy flavour and its thin and crispy base just cannot be beaten in my view. For my main meal I ordered the 48hr short rib which is cooked to perfection so they reach fall-off-the-bone deliciousness. This dish is served with mashed potatoes and heavenly sauce that could easily be consumed by the gallon; alongside this I had the charred brussel sprouts which I cannot even start to express the deep love I have for this crispy, juicy mouth-watering side dish.For dessert I chose an English classic, Sticky toffee pudding which was very nice and rich in flavor which was washed down with an ice-cold expresso martini made from one of the best cocktail barman in the UAEThe waiter service is sublime and we really couldn’t ask for a better waiter or barman, we were tendered above and beyond our expectations which in turn made us book another reservation before we even ordered our desert, the manager Roman made sure we was happy with our visit and personally see to us having a drink at all times.It may not be the easiest place to find but trust me its worth the search and I can guarantee you it will be one of if not THE best food you will have in Dubai accompanied by great music, cocktails and atmosphere.

Went for ladies night - disagree with the bad wine comment below, I tried the red and white and was pleasantly surprised, both were really great! Yes the bar is extremely busy, but the staff were awesome at making sure every one was looked after, I didn’t have to wait for more than a few minutes. FYI even if you have a table and are ordering food, if you want the ladies night wine you have to get up and go to the bar to order it yourself. Some of the food items were already “sold out” by the time we got a table around 10pm, but we ordered fish tacos and mushroom truffle pizza - both delicious. I agree that it is rather over-priced and busy, but I think if you went for ladies night you’ll save money on drinks and have a great time - atmosphere was awesome. Make reservations in advance, though!

Our time at the MAINE was very much enjoyable; my friends and I had a positive experience while dining at this venue. Our waiter Geoffrey made the dinning experience all the more memorable with his excellent choice of food & wine proposed and impeccable service throughout the evening. We hope to return to MAINE soon!!

My wife and I stopped by for a quick drink and an appetizer and we ended up trying two of each type of oyster they have, beef carpaccio, ceviche, the chargrilled octopus and the crab and avocado salad. The portions are a perfect size for having multiple dishes and all the food was fresh. The octopus stood out for me, cooked just right and the taste was superb. The ceviche was the next best plate for me, it was a yellow tail hamachi from Japan and tasted so tender and fresh with the just the right acidic balance.We went at around 3pm on Sunday, so it was fairly empty, but it had a nice ambience and view. The waitress was super friendly and explained many of the dishes. The price is a bit on the high side, but we found out they do have specials on different nights that make this a great place to enjoy.

Interiors are somehow cold and impersonal. Food is ok but insanely priced. Oysters are sold like gold with a markup of 400%. Wine list is good but again, insane prices. If you want to overpay simple seafood and drink ordinary wine, this is the place.
