Staff at the entrance are lost, crowding around. During weekends staffs at the entrance should be doing crowd management. Food was good but service staff should be much more precise and clear on there recommendations and suggestions. Everything else was good and keep it going Zam Zam.

Must visit place for authentic arabic cuisine. As a starter they provide soups and veggies, then comes the mandi with meat, tomato chutney, dates and chilli pickle. Its super yummy though it has less spices. After the main course, Luqaimat and gawa which is the traditional items of arabics are given. Both are delicious and super combinated. Their Kunafa is also the best. Overall zam zam mandi gives a satisfactory feel.

Amazing mandi / madbi place! Had heard a lot about the place and finally had a chance to try it out. The food was bursting with flavors and the meat was done perfectly. They also offered complimentary sweets and tea! They also have private cabins with floor seating arrangements. Definitely will be coming back to try other dishes. Place was not crowded and were following all covid protocols.

Visited Mandi at karamaI would say this was a great decision as the food and the service is simply amazing.Loved the mixed mandi.. the mixed mandi we had had generous amount of spicy prawns, Arabian style mutton and chicken 65. Each one of the portion has its own unique flavour and taste and aroma. This was recommended by a very helpful manager Mr. SAIVAN. THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT DINING EXPERIENCE.I want to also mention that I got to see the Iftaar menu which is between 12 and 14 aed . Its a perfect meal for one person both for yourself and also for you to help another. Its for takeaway only but highly recommended. I saw the quantity and it will simply great for a fasting person.Ps: soup and tea were complimentary ;)

Most preferred place in Karama for chicken Mandi. We had chicken Madfoon, it was tasty and well cooked. Came with starters- soup n salad. 🍗🥣The complimentary sweet balls and special tea in the end were also the highlights. We had kunafa for dessert which was also delicious.We went during evening time before 7pm, hence it was not much crowded.

No doubt its always my first choice whenever thinking about mandi. The test of the dishes always makes me feel like once more. Though always little late on serving after ordering, but the test never disappointed me.

I love this restaurant...I like one dish which I order all the time that is chicken mugulukal ...I love this dish so much ...other foods are also very good but this is my favorite..along with chutneys and soup I love all the item serving along with the rice .chicken fry peace is really yum 😋 I appreciate the chef who make this dish ...very good customer service as well👍

Very nice food, and complimentary tea and sweets at the end, place is nice, staff is nice, good price, the fish hamour mandi is delicious. Would be even better if they had more vegetarian options and also if they did not use plastic tray for dessert, plastic cutlery and plastic cover for the table, as plastic is so bad for the environment. Reusable dishes and cuttlery are better!

The food is ok but its not actual arabic Mandi. Their chicken mandi is actually Chicken 65 with Pulao rice. Mutton mandi is okayish, but again, with Pulao rice. Theres a wait of around 25-30 minutes on weekend evenings

Loved the food . We ordered king fish mandi and mutton mandi biryani.The biryani comes with chicken soup, spicy tomato saucy stuff, salad, Arabic tea, dates chutney, spicy chili mix and sweet balls dipped in dates syrup.The king fish fry was too good. One biryani is enough for two people but then one should not share.The ambience could have been better. The Arabic tea served at the end of food was too good.And sweet balls I couldn’t stop with one

Ac wasnt working, it was hot as hell in the cabin.Staff didnot inform about Ac before ordering.Only upon asking to on the Ac, they said not working. And there is no substitute for it as portable fan or anything such.3 staffs roamin around at the lobby upstairs, after ringing 10 times even then not coming for service.Just to get one 7up it took them 25 mins exact.And it wasnt even busy hours or too many customer to serve.Heat was unbearable to even enjoy the food! Had to parcel it.Disappointed!Informed a lady downstairs with abaya, she looked quite chill about it, other person answering me people will come in the evening to fix the ac!Like what? Problem customer faced now, you are telling me about later? So i should come later in the evening to finish my lunch?Very poor service for today!

We came on friday 25 June around 9,30am and they said they can serve the food at 10am maximum 10.30 when we return they said the food will be ready at 1pm. We tried to convince the malabari in cashier but he doesnt want to let us in. Its very unprofessional.

Zam zam mandi restaurantNext to lulu hypermarket at Al KaramaTo get a parking 🅿 here is bit tought, and worry sometimes, the parking is by RTA Dubai, and is a paid one...There is no much delay in food delivery so, u may opt to pay for an hour or so for the parking.They have dine in and take aways.They have chairs and tables as well as private cubicles arranged in two storeys.The soup they serve before the meal is soooo simple and awesomeness of it makes me want more.Their chiken, meat mandi, madhbee, madfoon and others are great and i strongly recommend it.After the meals to wind up with desserts -How about warm Luqaaimat and balck tea..?Yea thats what u get to finish ur meal.Their Kunafa is great, but me not a great fan of kunafa.They are not so pricey and is affordable.

If anyone wants to try Mandhi for the first time in Dubai.. I suggest this place.. Its in Karama near to Lulu Hyper market.. They have some delicious food that you can try and they give a drink after having food and that is like so sweet but its really tasty and they give a honey filled ball like food and thats so tasty you have to try it to understand how tasty they are.. I recommend anyone who is trying to have a different style of food to go here and taste their food..Caio!
