Tried high level restaurant after a long time, it was really a great experience here in HuqqA.There are two kinds of dining available here, one is with HuqqA and other is without. We chose without. There are plenty of variety from Chinese to Italian continental and much more.Tried, Chicken & Mutton varieties. And drinks too available in different flavours and combo.Prices are reasonably highly, but you can give a try. Located in 1st floor of Dubai Mall.Good place to click awesome pictures, the outside view give you the Burj Khalifa view and the downtown area so beautiful.Suitable for couples, friends and family as well. During weekends its better to reserve at least 30 minutes in advance.Give a try and hit like if you find my comments helpful !

Upscale shisha lounge. Great experience. However, I took 1 star off because our waiter brought things we didnt ask for. They were thoughtful, however, we were later charged for them.

Bad sheesha.. we tried 2.3 different flavours.. but still they failed to impress.. expensive and hot ambiance crowded after waiting 30 min we got very uncomfortable small table near counter with lots of staff on our heads..

A beautiful place in Dubai mall. Quite spacious so seating isn’t an issue. The service is very friendly. Food quality is high! We tried the Turkish breakfast plus some other stuff and everything tasted great. Turkish tea on demand was very good and the whole ambience was nice. Price is very ok. I’ll be coming back.

A shisha nightclub with a view. Incredibly busy every night for shisha so it made sense to eat at the restaurant and wait for a seat to the indoor shisha area. Music was very loud like a nightclub with a DJ. Food was good and the shisha was smooth. Shisha prices AED144, 184, 356 with different flavours and devices.One dessert, appetizer and drinks came to AED200. Above average prices for Turkish food with some expensive items covered in gold foil. This is a place for people who like it loud and bustling. Service was too efficient where the waiters will remove items from the table and touch your stuff/glass just to put food closer to you.Points for improvement (1) show the menu with prices outside your door - i saw twice people came and left without ordering (2) chairs make a horrible noise when moving across the floor (3) train waiters to ask if anything else is needed before pushing the bill onto the table (4) don’t make it so obvious that customers with deep pockets get more attention (5) reduce music volume so people can actually talk and listen to each other.

The food was good, the timing was not. Waited over an hour for the main course. When we asked where it was, we were met with sassiness from the waiter. When we paid, he again had an attitude which was unexpected and seemed unnecessary.

Honestly the worst turkish restaurant in dubai. taste of the food is less than average and service is embarassing. they re only trying to sell you the most expensive things and more things as possible. no one inside is wearing the mask properly and not distance at all between table outside where is always super crowded. I believe people go there just to post on instagram but no other point to go except the view, but honestly you can find mich better restaurant with the same view around. I love turkish cousine and in Dubai usually all turkish restaurant are amazing, this is the worst i tried. not reccomended at all. also really expensive for the quality of food offered.

Breakfast was amazing. They offer really good flavors in Dubai. You can watch the water show on the balcony of this restaurant. However, the price of products such as water is expensive. For example, a bottle of water is 40 dirhams. To find this restaurant, you have to go to the 7th floor with your car.

Huqqa is one of my favorite spots for breakfast and lunch. The food is always solid. Everything I’ve ordered is really good. From the sausages and eggs for breakfast, to their yummy entrees for lunch. Their menu has so many options so even if you go multiple times, you have something interesting to try.The restaurant is very bright and I like the way it feels. They could manage the AC a bit better cuz sometimes I feel like I’m in a refrigerator, but I rather be cold than hot.Their shisha is super good. Many times I come in the morning when it opens to have a coffee and enjoy a nice shisha. It’s a place also that I catch up with friends at.Thank you to the team at Huqqa for the great service!

Made a visit in this fabolous place with stunning views. The Shisha was okay, couldn’t taste the flavour.The Shisha had it’s perks and looks which fascinated me. The fruit platter was delicious, and fresh!Will definitely be making another visit here! This time a different Shisha.

Had a good breakfast there on a Friday... why only 3 stars.... they had a very good extensive breakfast menu which is great... but maybe to extensive, the food was good portions but lacked a little love in the taste... very average. Also the coffee was 40aed which is insane.

Huqqa is one of the best dining experiences around the fountain, an awesome restaurant with great prices! The view alone is worth enough as you can see the city skyline and the fountain show. Food, service, and shisha were all exceptional. I would highly recommend to travelers and locals alike!

Went there few days ago..Honestly speaking food is good, so are drinks and desserts..Shisha is good..However its definitely over priced!!!I was quite surprised to know that people smoke inside although its a closed venue..! 😕I dont mind being in a smoking zone, however since its a closed venue the atmosphere was over loaded!!I felt dizzy and had bad headache after dinner..This is the only reason I wouldnt go back..I think for the price we pay we can definitely have a better experience..Not to mention that some of the staff werent friendly nor professionally enough.. 🙃🙂

I’ve been here twice, both times for dessert/coffee. We sat inside as outside was really warm. The music was too loud to talk (we were 4 in the table). Can’t comment on food quality but I can tell you the following: be prepared to pay really high and unreasonable prices, 70-80aed for a simple baklava is just insane. Won’t be coming back. Their staff was friendly and helpful, no issues there.

My experience at huqqa was amazing. I had to wait for 40 minutes to enter the restaurant but when I did, the food, drinks and shisha were all fabulous. The service was very professional, the setting was perfect as we sat right in front of the fountain and enjoyed the show. The dessert was very creative and tasty and so were the signature drinks. The prices were less than I expected for the location and quality of food. I would definitely recommend to everyone who wants to enjoy the view of the fountain in a luxurious yet inexpensive way.

Seriously if I could give 0 stars i would the service the food the people working there. They are very rude told us to come after 1 hour and a half to be seated and then asked us to wait extra 30 minutes.. no space between people sitting hello there is covid 19 in the air , literally there was a lady sitting side by side next to my sister on the sofa. No any measurements taken for covid 19 . The blonde lady outdoor is very rude she doesn’t even look at you while your talking to her. The staff dont even listen to you well while ordering i asked for well done steak and my steak was red .. shisha got burned and the guy is very late for changing the charcoal, the food is tasteless… all in all never again i will never visit again

Today we had breakfast at Huqqa, place ,view and services are on point. As far as food was concerned taste is not that crazy. it’s as normal or average that you can have anywhere at any Turkish restaurant. They have extensive breakfast menu but not that woow one ☝️ Also there is a big question about Hygiene standards . They are not maintaining hygiene standards at all .We ordered breakfast and foundout that salad and fruit which they served us was not properly washed / clean. As when u take a bit you can actully taste the mud and sand . We informed to the manager but he was not surprised at all just simply with smile he accepted the fact 😂😂. Unchi dukan gunda pakwan 🤣🤣🤣well they give us some discount as we per our request⭐️ .You can have better view anywhere else at good or decent restaurant in mall with proper hygiene. Rest it’s your call . Good luck

Its a nice place, if your looking to eat at Dubai Mall & have a view of the fountains from a higher distance. This place is great! They serve Turkish cuisine and I have to say the food is really GOOD! Staff are slow, could be coz they are short staffed... dont know! But it took awhile for us to order, get our bill and get tea in the end. But all in all, I would go back!

The place is nice but waiting list in the evening is a big problem. This all get fixed once you get inside and enjoy the food, cool drinks and very good shisha.

Can be compared with McDonald’sThis restaurant can be compared with Burger King or McDonald’s as they do not accept any reservations or if you want to get priority from waiting list you have to pay 400 aed.I have a special occasion coming with my husband and i couldn’t book a table so I can’t be sure that on the moment I come there will be available spots. That’s weird, first come first serve is a fast food ideology,Mr Ryan picked up the phone and I wasn’t able even to talk to the manager or supervisor because there is no such option!

STAY AWAY! Where do I start with this place. So me and my wife went there for a night of sheesha and food. To begin with we tried ordering food and whatever we tried to order the waiter constantly tried to sell us the most expensive version of it and wouldnt give up making ordering very awkward, he was constantly trying to upsale on whatever we were ordering, we had to be firm and say we wanted what we ordered. The food wasnt great specially giving the price of it, you just pay for the view. Then we thought wed get some sheesha, which ever one we tried to order from the mid to lower price spectrum seemed to all be unavailable and only the most expensive one was left to order apparently, when we decided not to go ahead with the sheesha the waiter realised his upselling had annoyed us he seemed to find the sheesha we wanted after realising we werent falling for the expensive one. Ridiculous service and wont be ever going again

Huqqa is a very stylish and well located restaurant, situated in Dubai Mall with a terrace overlooking the fountains. There is a Turkish menu and also a more generic menu with alternative options that you need to specifically request if Turkish food isnt your favourite. This place does not sell alcohol but they do have a wide range of unusual & interesting drinks which are presented very nicely. The food is high quality and there are some quite unique dishes served alongside the traditional favourites. The service is excellent. Its not cheap but taking into account the amazing views (directly overlooking the fountain shows) I think its reasonable value for money. Oh, and please note that you cant make a reservation so turn up with plenty time to spare if you want to make sure you get a table!

Rather expensive but considering location - I get it...Food was tasty - nothing special but it was nice. Shisha had lovely flavour - a little confusing about price dependant on how it was “served” (I don’t care which shisha it’s served in/as... as long as it tastes good!)Staff were polite. Views were fab!Just the high prices put me off returning unfortunately.

Decent venue with decent food, quite fancy and pricey considering our portions were little. Food tasted good, however, I didnt feel it was authentic Turkish cuisine. For example the shish tavuk tasted more like chicken tikka with less flavour, nothing like shish tavuk! Excellent customer service at the non-smoking dining area but the staff at the entrance of the other side were extremely rude and inattentive. They werent bothered to the slightest to direct lost customers!

2 stars because the shisha was excellent. Apart from that: we had asked to be seated elsewhere, our waiter said he’s not able to move us but will call a hostess over to assist us. No one ended up coming, and our waiter did not follow up with us about the matter. Then our food comes, and it was not what I ordered. I told the waiter just that, as well as asked again if we’re able to move to one of the vacant spots by the window. Again he said he will call someone over to assist us, and that he will talk to the kitchen about my food. My food got cold waiting, he comes back 10 minutes later with a basket of bread, and disregards the facts I’ve asked twice to be moved. I was very hungry so I ate what was presented to me, paid my bill and left. Very disappointed with the service for an upscale place as Huqqa.

Food is nice, shisha is good.But:Dont call in advance and book because its first come first served.First come, first served policy is spoiled by the surprise of you queueing on a little staging area outside the shop until they arrange for your table for 45 to 60 minutes.Seems like you either come early for a quick entrance or wish that the guys at the door stay professional without a queueing system.They changed the chef and are training the new ones. Food quality is the same but quantity of ingredients changed! Photos are one month apart.Talked to the head waiter, appeased me, took the plate and came back with it and didnt change a thing.

Everything was good. Food was nice, the services inside the restaurant was good. Only comment about the lady and the guy outside the restaurant taking people in were a little unwelcoming. They barely greeted us. Poor eye contact and body language. If Im asked to wait an hour to get a table , I would appreciate that being told nicer.

Nice food, nice view, nice location. Staff is a little over reactive. We ordered a Shisha which we couldnt finish as we had to leave the table after two hours. A little sad for a Restaurant with higher prices. No problem for a fast food restaurant, but not for a 80$ dish...

Teh ambiance, the food (they actually have an international menu as well just ask), the staff and ya the Huqqa are all exceptional and worth the prices.
