I tried them for the first time back in January.I was in love with them almost instantly.Loved their burgers especially the super spicy one. There are hardly many items on their menu but it is so high in demand because of the quality of their food and the taste.We came here another few times and also tried their raw milk ice cream which is coated with something like frosties but it tastes so good 😍Thinking about it, I think I’ll be visiting soon again.

I tried peppers for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend trying the Sando burger (medium or spicy if you prefer a bit of heat), the coleslaw and home made pickles go well with the spicy chicken.Good spice level (and actually hot) and the various dips are great also.Friendly staff is always a bonus and the prices are reasonable at the expected Dubai level. It’s a small walk from “the rest of the mall” in the Zabeel extension but worth the stroll.

Will be coming back to try the other menu options. 4 stars because the music was way too loud.****updating this review from 4 stars down to 1 star, as I came back here and ordered the tenders -medium spicy, the experience was great again but when I got home my stomach was heavily messed up, it’s been 14 hours since and I’m still not okay. Tenders were totally indigestible, I couldn’t sleep the entire night and I have completely lost my appetite. Pity, as I really loved this place but after this I won’t be coming back.

Nothing but delicious food at Peppers. Ordered the Sando burger and tenders along with a side of shake fries. Food was bursting with flavors. There was also a wide variety of sauces provided. Prices are a bit on the higher end but would totally come back for more. Great service as staff was willing to bring our food to the nearby food court dining area. Crowded or not, you will be served by the staff and we were delighted by it

Got a Medium Spicy Sando will go one level up as there wasnt really a kick to it but the Sando itself was amazing, the chicken wasnt dry and coated with just enough pepper sauce. I had it alongside the cheese fries and a pink lemonade.Staff was very friendly and it was super busy but organised eat in really well.

Amazing food. We tried the Sando which is a burger and the Tenders. Their chicken is fresh! Cooked very well, crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Their pink lemonade is also fresh, no tastes of any preservative of any sort! If you can hold your spice well, try the HOT LEVEL, or if you dare, try the CLUCKING HOT, they have fresh milk on the menu for drinks too.A must try! Great vibe! Great service as well!

Peppers (nashville hot chicken) restaurant at Dubai Mall - Zabeel , very good spicy foods with various foods options and spices level , very welcoming staff , good service and good prices ranges, also they offer seven cold drinks free refills options.

The Sando chicken burger was good , the patty was thick and juicy, but the hotness level didmt match the expectations. I took hot in the spice range, but its wasnt spicy especially to Indian taste buds. The chicken tenders were good too but felt they were over battered. The burger and tenders coasted 45 dhs each.

I loved the food. The menu is limited, and that is something I appreciate. The chicken sandwich is delicious, the bun, the sauce, the ingredients and the chicken are all great. I also ordered cheese fries, absolutely delicious. The only downside was the loud music in the place, but we did not ask them to lower the volume, so maybe that can be solved.

There are only 3 main items on the menu: 1) A Chicken Sando, 2) Chicken Tenders, and 3) Loaded Fries.With only 3 choices to choose from, they took a major gamble to solely focus on flavor... And boy did they!The chicken patties were nice and juicy with that nice balance between spicy and sweet (just a touch).The loaded fries were actually chips with chicken bits, cheese, coleslaw, pickles, and their secret sauces.The ranch dressing on the side helps reset your palate (so ask for another one if you can).

An excellent fried chicken sando, one of the best in dubai- only relevant competitor would be Pickl. Its a heavy burger though so be warned. Loved the medium and hot flavors both. The clucking hot isn’t as spicy as you’d expect but is a lot more like a dry rub and a dry spice in general- so lacking moisture.That would be one of the only comments i have along with the fact that id prefer classic fries to the wedge like fries they offer.Would go back for Sando and rating it a 5 because it was great.

For a chicken burgers and chips it was very good, the bun was nice the chicken was tasty and crispy the sauce is balanced and the pickles was nice touch.The chips was good and well cooked, drinks are self-serving.They do the regular burger but if you like hot and spicy this is it.The place was full of local people so its trusted.The service is friendly and quick.

Wouldn’t recommend to make it extremely spicy if you are not a fun. But the food tastes great and fresh. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The sauces tasted great as well. The chicken burger is heavenly and don’t even start me on the fries. They tell a story. I loved it loads. This is my first time but definitely will be coming back for more. Hands down the best burger. The south African manager is hospitable, amazing and very considerate. She helped us get a refund on the extra charge which was made in Nov in a snap. No questions asked. Great hospitality. Pls do reward her. Shes always picking up plates, clearing up and always on her toes for the job as we noticed.Enough about that, the food was great as well and consistent as always.Try the hot not clucking and not mild. Hot is the best and the way to go.

I regret to say, Not recommended.Terrible food, service and seating.The chicken is tasteless at best, the spice was barely present at first taste, then checking out to leave your teeth sink into oil dripping bland chicken. The coating powder sticks to the back of your throat. The fries is that of fast food, not worth the money or the calories.Overpriced. 45 for an unremarkable burger with a single piece of chicken is not a deal in my book.The service is non existing, you have to wait in line to order at the counter, then have a seat. No photos! When I asked for photos of the meal, he said check our Instagram page!?No tissues or sanitizer to be found on table, and no one was there to take our request.The seating is just average: all metal chairs and tables in the walkway, with overly loud music blasting from the restaurant hall, no style or sense of place.The pink lemonade was great, however.

A slightly innovative variation of burgers , fries and drinks joint from Nashville, Us of A, in the new section of Dubai Mall- Zabeel. Just before the Food court section.It has bright interiors looking like a warehouse and manned with extremely zolly and sprightly staffs who can bring a smile to your face immediately.The kitchen can be partially seen from a glass window outisde. Where they are soaking them on hot oil and marinating.You have to order in the counter in a queue and the menu is given on the wall. It may require some explaining to do at the begining.It seems you can have 3 main types of orders with each at 45 dhs. Sando-which is a sandwich, or tenders-boneless breasts, or loaded fries. You can select the level of hotness next, then add some sides, extras and drinks. These extra side items are quite inmovative, but remember that you have to pay extra for each ones.We chose the tenders which look extremely crispy and literally huge and that absolutely makes up for the cost upfront. 4 pieces of jumbo tenders are very difficult to finish up and for me, I have passed those golden days long back. Ultimately I had to pack the 3 remaining tenders. They are fried with thick batter upto a large extent and the coating becomes dark red and very oily. It may feel uncomfortable unless you are used to it.We were given black gloves to negotiate them.Fries were decent. Drinks was from a fountain of lemonades and refillable. I had the peach ice tea. At 16 dhs..Once again I was blown away by the excellent service.I intend to visit them for the sando on another day

The food is nice. The staff taking orders was not professional. She changed our seating based on her opinion to allow other guest to take the seat although we reached first. If there is no reservation, first come first serve is the way. Hope they educate the staff.

To be honest, I don’t have any idea why the it’s crowded. I didn’t like it because it’s very oily. The sauce is not tasty. How ever the style of the restaurant is ok.

Went to Peppers few days ago and had an amazing experience! The ambiance was nice and the service even better. A very friendly young lady - Albana suggested to try the loaded fries and and Sando. We followed her recommendations and absolutely loved it! Thanks to Albana for making our afternoon great - she is a gem!

This is the third time I come here. The first time was great and everything was fine. The second time, the food was good but I had mild diarrhea after I left. The third time (yesterday) is the last time I’ll be going to Peppers. I literally had the worst diarrhea of my life and was in the toilet for atleast 1.5 hours. Never again. The service is good though and I appreciate the staff. However, I’m not sure if that’s the sauce or chicken that caused the diarrhea. I would highly suggest the peppers team to check up on this matter.

Honestly, I didnt quite get the hype. Sure, it tastes good, but I suppose my expectations were set too high by the incredible number of people willing to wait that long in line.Apparently the restaurant is restricted to having a certain number of tables inside the place, so they only have 1 cashier, which as you can imagine ends up being not fast enough to serve the large number of customers without them becoming frustrated (and tired), but thats because theyll allow customers seated to eat and leave by the time you got to the cashier to make an order.The taste was good but far from mind-blowing as other reviews I saw had me believe.I wouldve given a better rating if they included fries or something alongside the sando itself.Perhaps Ill get tenders if I go again because it does say they come with fries.Expect to wait in line for a LONG time. That plus the price made it seem not worth it for me.Oh, and for a place that says its from nashville, was kind of weird they didnt play any country songs on their extremely loud speakers? A bit expensive imo but can’t argue that they have a tasty product. I ordered the chicken burger, mild spicy and it tasted great.The serving included plastic gloves and 3 sauces where I think one was their special sauce. It will be explained by the server when it gets delivered.Overall, food and vibe is good. If it was a bit cheaper, it would’ve gotten a 5 star.
