A very good lounge with a very good staff I had a very good experience with breakfast then lunch. International breakfast was very good and chicken wrap also! Access is near to McCafe of McDonalds. You can enjoy meals and have some rest far from the rush and noises

Cool lounge at Dubai airport where they serve Stella Artois draught beer (on tap) ,Leffe and Budweiser.Very good food (burgers with Fries or club sandwich with Fries, springrolls, loempias and so on ).Dipak Bhujel welcomed us at the reception and served us in the lounge and made us feel right at home .

7 hour layover. Went to the Dubai Int Hotel in B terminal and it’s 200 a night not bad but since I don’t really need to sleep, maybe a dose, the woman suggested heading to B26. $55 for dinner and drinks and a lounger and shower. Great food. Super value. Hidden gem.

I’ve visited this lounge numerous times and today’s experience far exceeded my expectations! Food from the a la carte menu by chef Dilan was great and the staff on duty were very friendly and welcoming, notably Tosin. Look forward to coming back again next time I travel

This is my go to place every time I fly regardless of what gate I’m leaving from. I always check in early enough to visit. The chicken tikka wrap (served any time) is the best I’ve ever had anywhere and there’s a wide selection of drinks even sparking wine. Service is good and it has a massage chair and quiet areas to sleep.

I would rate it 6 star. So far the best lounge experience I have ever had in all the transit points in middle east. Buffet food and Bar is awesome. The buffet items are very tasty and selection is superb like slow roasted lamb, seafood rice, beef steaks etc etc. Desserts are tasty too.Very neat and clean with friendly and helping stuff. Special thanks to Receptionist Katrina who tried her best to book me a Shower slot ASAP.The offsite complementary shower facility is great too. Both lounge and shower facility is very quite and neat n clean. Must recommended. Kudos to the management. Keep up the standard

Nice lounge with complementary drinks and food. They do have dinning area, resting area and massage chairs for you leisure. Food is hit or miss given what time you are visiting. But they do offer restaurant service if you dont like there buffet. I was impressed by the service and staff are friendly. They do accept priority pass and its a better lounge at B then the other one.

Excellent Place to Rest at Reasonable CostAs we were in transit at Dubai airport for about four hours we booked the Ahlan Lounge@B. Cost £25 per person for four hours. Our flight from Colombo disembarked us at Gate C3. Next flight to Durban was from Gate C19. We had to walk for about 20 minutes each way to and from the lounge located near gate B26.When we arrived at the lounge we were cordially greeted, our boarding passes checked and requested to seat ourselves. The lounge was spacious with comfortable seating. The food and drinks were included in the cost. There was a wide variety of dishes, western, eastern and Indian as well as a choice of beverages including alcoholic drinks. Drinks were brought to our seat. Food was served in buffet style. The environs, ambience as well as cleanliness and service were excellent. It was not too crowded and was quiet and pleasant. Free WiFi with a good signal.An excellent place to rest for concourse B passengers and for concourse C passengers having a long layover at the airport.

Food was amazing and I was able to really relax! Their is a special section where there were massage chairs, and it did wonders during the hectic traveling!

Absolutely amazing lounge. During covid, a full a la carte menu is included in the entry price, with alcohol. The food is really delicious, the setting is comfortable and staff is amazing. There’s a sleeping area with day beds and showers too. Great value.

Located in good proximity to the gates and shopping . This lounge had a lot of facilities including shower, great ambience, a variety of food and drinks. Excellent service and friendly staff attending to your needs. Lots of space to sit and relax. Very clean and beautifully maintained area.

As a solo traveler on my way to Boston, the5 hour break at Ahlan Lounge was a welcome reprieve after a long flight. Initially the seating area around the buffet was a little busy with walk-in customers. But I booked the lounge via Lounge Pass so I got to chill on the comfy couches and there was nobody else in that area. The massage chairs were amazing especially after a 9.5 hr flight and the service by Sijo was great. He was friendly and checked up on me several times during my stay. I would definitely recommend Ahlan Lounge. It can be a bit tricky to find, but just ask service staff around Terminal B and theyll point you in the right direction. It is accessible via elevator and escalator. I will certainly book this lounge again on my next long-haul flight via Dubai. Thank you for providing a wonderful service to travelers.

The whole staff is great but Juvel is an awesome hostess!!! Her customer service is exemplary! I have stay here twice now during my long layovers, i prefer it to N actual hotel because of the service and food. Highly recommend!

Its a decent place and just ok not really good one. Complimentary food options are so limited. Washroom is small and very dirty. Broken door. I used the airport washrooms which are more cleaner. Staff are really polite and helpful. Shower facilities are very good though.

Nice lounge to pass the time.Entrance is small lift or stairs next to McD and easy to miss.Good selection of food and drink and not too many people when I visited.Staff friend and attentive with orders and Mamoon was particularly good today

I visited this place while waiting for my flight..it is a nice place to relax but the food collection is somehow limited, they take your order like a restaurant for drinks and you can visit the buffet anytime you want.They have electronic massage service and free wifi.Over all 3 stars is fair.

I really enjoyed relaxing here for a few hours between flights. The service was great and the food was delicious. There was some construction sound in the area, but thats because the whole terminal is getting a renovation. It wasnt very loud, but a bit distant.

One of the best third party lounges I have visited around the world. Excellent selection of made to order food, fantastic choice of drinks both alcoholic and non-alcoholic and a vast choice of different seating options. I visit regularly and the staff always remember me and welcome me back which is a great touch.

Great tapas bar with lounge facilities. Staff especially Shakoor is very hospitable. Drinks and meals are all decent. Shower is also possible and taking nap on their lounge chairs are quite a plus for travelers like me who need to nap in between long haul flights. For the price, this lounge is really worth your money

My visit to the Ahlan lounge was excellent. They offered a buffet of very fine food, as well as a decent list of complementary drinks and free WiFi. Overall a very nice stay.

The most expensive toilet I pay for in my life: I walked into this place a few minutes before I got on the plane to see the staff are not friendly, they dont smile, they dont understand the word welcome, there is the Filipino employee is not very tactful, I even told them if my mastercard card will deduct my entry fare, no I want to get in, but they didnt care until I got a bill from the bank that they cut $50 to enter this masquerade that day.Beware this place even though Ive been to it many times over the past 10 years.

This lounge at Terminal 3 Concourse B is a Priority Pass lounge and in my opinion is better than the Marhaba Lounge, in both decor, food and Staff. The variety of buffet dishes, soup and dessert was enticing. For drinks youll have to ask a server. There were comfortable chairs that I could lie nearly flat to rest my back after sitting for 16 hours in a middle seat on Emirates.

In comparison with the Marbala lounge in the same concourse B, Ahlan Lounge is much better. There are fewer people, more food selctions and complimentary alcoholic beverage for Priority Pass holders. The decoration is a notch better.

Customer service is on point, waiters are very nice and the lounge itself is quite huge. Food selection is great but doesnt rly taste that well, complimentary drinks are brilliant with JW double black and port wine all on the list. Pretty nice to hang around between flight.

Nice lounge but had 2 big problems. It took me 30 min to find it. So i could not enjoy enough time as i was already late to flight . And bartender. The rudest and faceless ever !!!!

Excellent lounge and bar and great service by Amie close to boarding gate 29 and 30 in terminal 3. Food is very delicious and drinks served to perfection. Very ideal for relaxation too before boarding your flight. Just take the lift in front of McDonalds and go up to this sirene and amazing bar/lounge/restaurant.

The best lounge I have ever been to, hands down. I travel extensively and I have never seen such a wonderfully run place to rest, eat and grab a drink before my flight. It is impeccably run, the staff is courteous and professional, and you would never know this was all in the middle of a pandemic no less. Extra appreciation to Sunita for the most friendly service with a smile, she is one of the best. As is the entire staff! Thank you so much for making this a great experience. I look forward to returning to this lounge every time is pass through DXB.

Got inside at 9.45, the food was really poor. Hopefully I stayed here 4 hours, after 12, there was some really great food including pork chop, salmon, chicken that was really delicious. bit noisy in November 2017 because of renovations going on next door. There are some gnats flying around your food.

Great service and very attentive staff. We were met at the gate and promptly led through the transit area to the lounge. Our showers were confirmed and we had time for coffee and breakfast. The staff looked after my children and nothing was to much trouble.This was my second visit to this lounge and would recommend to others transiting Dubai International Airport.

[MAY-2019] I love checking lounges, and Ahlan Lounge is one of the best lounge in DXB Airport terminal 3. The lounge is located at B area near gate 2 and the elevator in front o Macdonald. KeyLounge members can enjoy shower at airport hotel. The staff at the reception are professional, very friendly and helpful. The lounge might not as big as Murhaba lounge but its well organized. They dont serve big selection of food but over all its very good. I have been here may times and I still would to come to this lounge again.

I love this lounge. If you have priority pass, you could enjoy the facilities free of charge for 5 hours. It opens 24/7, and have tapas buffet, beverages, free Wi-Fi, shower on demand, massage chairs, sleep loungers. There are many lounges to choose from Dubai, but IMO this one is the best.

Probably their mode of operation was adapted to the current situation without the possibility of helping oneself while in the lounge. Understandably, but it does not justify anything. The service provided instead is mediocre at best with one round of beverages offered, the service employees job appears to be done.Please do something about the washrooms, they are a disgrace to say the least. A toilet bowl full of urine, toilet paper everywhere, an unusable and blocked sink (in a way you would only do at a construction site but not in an airport lounge) is just not what one would expect from an airport lounge, usually offering a place to refresh - the only thing I would want to do in this washroom is turn around and leave.

Stopped here during my 6hr layover. Dont know why the reviews of this place are so high. Its an open air lounge, the bathroom was horrible. One of its two sink was broken and under repair, and by the looks of things, it was broken for a long period of time. The bathroom jst had one stall. Dont know why.Ambience was jst average. Open air lounge that had nothing special abt the decorations.Continental food was sub par. The Indian dishes were OK to be fair.

Very average experience. But it is better than sitting with the crowd at terminal 3.

I did not expect such a comfort and spacious lounge at the first place. In between flights, I dont need full buffet, soup, salad and a few selection of warm food would do, simply tasty. Banana cake with tea is a sweet touch.There are plenty of chairs in different corners. I enjoyed my stay very much.Staff are attentive and polite, good service...

The lounge is accessible to Loungekey members. Not at all crowded, infact we were the only ones in the lounge. Quick table service with a nice short menu. Everything was delicious and well presented.

Generally a good lounge that beats waiting in the main concourse. Seating are clean and enough staff during the quiet time I visited.Front desk staff could be more upbeat, but more helpful and welcoming, they appear pretty much disinterested in the guests.Chairs and seating is clean and comfortable... Options of sofas and recliners are good. There is an electric massage chair also.Covid cleanliness wasnt exceptional... But merely basic with a hand sanitizer at reception.The mens toilets were a disgrace.Food was excellent and made fresh from the limited menu... You could tell the chef went to every effort to make the meal enjoyable. Waiters and restaurant staff were also very friendly and first class unlike the females at the front reception.More frustrating is there is only 1 screen for flight information and its in a very obscure place so you have to get up repeatedly to check.Alot of room for improvement and left feeling underwhelmed.

Limited indian food but hospitality is nice..

A very nice place but shame about the service and the differential treatment. Went to the lounge mid day and it was almost empty. We sat and kept waiting for the waiter to come ask us for coffee but he kept looking at us and ignoring us but kept attending to everyone else around us. We were on table 19 at 10:00 am and i finally had to go to a different area and ask someone for coffee. Until were here for the entire 45 mins the waiter did not attend to us even once. It was almost 20 mins after we were done and he didnt even come to clear our table. Recommend to go to the Marhaba lounge where there is self service atleast.

Great place to pass time when having long layovers.

This lounge was very clean and comfortable. Our visit (Aug 2020) was pleasant and enjoyable. Shanelle & Michelle we quite attentive and got us everything we needed. Since Buffett’s are no longer really allowed, they had a menu of food and drink they would prepare and deliver to you quickly. Will come again.

Food is good. The plates in the lounge arent cleared very often and there are usually long lines for entry. The free drinks with priority pass are awesome. The place is a little hard to find because there is very little signage, best to just ask someone!

A quaint place amidst the bustle of the airport. Sleeping sofas and lounge chairs are offered alongwith a restroom. Their aint any showers though. Good variety of food on offer, a buffet with some dishes made to order. Complimentary drinks are great too. Good space to relax and recuperate on a long haul journey between connection flights.

Excellent cost benefit, the staff was friendly and helpful. The shower is located outside, you have to walk some 5 minutes to arrive at the place, the box and the towel were very clean.

The lounge is located on the upper floor with glass walls so you can still people watch like a cafe. The area was clean with a friendly staff. Was able to have a gin and tonic before my flight with fairly quick service. The hot food selection on the buffet was limited but they change it out throughout the day for different time appropriate options.

Great little buffet, plenty of comfortable chairs tucked away for a bit of quiet, free massage chairs, a selection of drinks, and lovely, courteous staff.I understand they offer showers too, but youll need to walk 10 minutes to the hotel for them. And I dont know if this applies to everyone, but my Priority Pass card got me 5 hours there instead of the usual 2.

Excellent service at Ahlan Lounge. The food is brilliant and the drinks are too. Also... the service you get is so good and fast. I had a nice relaxing time while waiting for my next flight and even had a shower which was brilliant.

Great lounge with wonderful staff service, especially Katrina who was serving me with the Beverage. The shower was refreshing and the food was good. Overall, not a bad lounge for to refreshed up before transition to your next flight in Dubai.

I would recommend this lounge. Good food, good beverage selection and not very crowded. They have an arrangement with the nearby Dubai Hotels for shower amenities. It is a 5 - 10 minute walk but the showers there were clean so I didnt mind the walk. Overall a really good lounge if you are unable to access the Emirates Business and First Class Lounges.

I loved the lounge as its all the way at end of the terminal and upstairs inside the restaurant so not many folks know about it. Its quiet and limited but good selection of alcohol. Didnt get chance to try out the food this time but will try next time.
