The spring roll looked n tasted like it was straight out of a frozen pack. It was basically a deep fried chicken sausage. French fries that came along with the spring rolls were cold, soggy and soaked with oil.The egg fried rice was definately the worst ive ever had in my life.The beef n brocolli sauce was decent, but the beef wasnt cooked all the way through. It was extremely chewy.

This combo was big enough for 2 persons. It was fresh as well as well presented 💯Spinach Manakesh was something unique in their menu its similar to pizza but topped with dough topped with cheese and spinach Its a popular levantine food 🤩

Good eatery for Sea Food lovers! I had the signature sea food soup, prawns fry, breads, lobster rice! Over all the food was good but found the seasoning less though! 🤷

This place is better and bigger than their previous one but the food and service are the same. Ordered the sotanghon guisado (average), asado siopao (too sweet) and chicken spring rolls (more Indian taste than Chinese). I would back but would not go out of my way to do so.

Must try - fried hammour fish. Its a local favourite. Price affordable. This restaurant has outlets across UAE. They serve local, Philippines and western dishes. Its the only restaurant that offers hot towel to freshen up before ordering. Excellent portion. If you dont want fries in your order you can replace with bread of rice. Love the exotic Malaysian ketchup, cant get it elsewhere.

The menu favors heavily towards Asian seafood and chicken dishes (mostly Filipino, Chinese and Indian). I had a combo plate and a fresh spring roll. The combo plate of two dishes (fried calamari and chicken) was so-so but filling enough. However, I particularly liked the fresh spring roll, a Filipino dish which is made of lightly stir fried vegetables in a crepe-like wrap. The vegetables were crisp and seasoned lightly.

Had coffee and seafood.The staff are really nice and efficient, liked that i could have my meal packed without paying extra for it.

Really bad experience , I ordered lamp chop , it came burned and full of fats , the price in the menu was 40 , Ipaid 56 when I asked them they said VAT !!!! Waiters are good ,too much flies all over and it came on my plates over all experience is BAD ..

Never apply in golden fork. here very very worsts company the managerial level are not human at all they dont respect people they pend salaries that never expect to get. also the labor turn over there very high like they buy slaves not human whoever think, its highly not recommended and this company actually cheating with everywhere and very dirty place for customer no food safety at all.

This place used to be our favorite dining spot in Barsha. We visited last night and the restaurant is so dirty. The container of condiments are so gross and look how they serve your food.Most of the servers are busy chatting with colleagues or you have to stand or shout just to ask assistance or have an additional order.

Ordered from the goldenfork.ae website and they directed my order to this branch. Waited over an hour and a half for my meal. The fries were not there. I called them and told them the fries were missing. After waiting on the line, he told me that “they said they put the fries”. After being accused of lying, he continues to say “what do you want me to do.” I told him to send the missing fries and he says there is “no delivery boy” and that next time I order, he’ll put “extra” fries. Ever since this branch was bought by a new owner, their quality and service has dropped. Such a shame since this is my favourite restaurant since I was a child.

I ordered Teppanyaki chicken.... instead of chicken I received all mushrooms and the noodles was squished and the spring roll was very very oily and when I called the manager her seemed that he didn’t care... the portion was very very small and it didn’t even taste good.... I paid money to receive a meal with chicken and noodles not mushrooms with squished noodles.... I give this place 0/5 rating because I don’t receive what I ordered AT ALL.. I recommend no one to eat from there

Love the Marsellie seafood soup. Creamy soup with squid, fish, crab, and shrimp, served with two slices of toast.Service is poor, gotta reach waiters by yourself, they rarely come to you.

Its awful food, I ordered a fresh fish, the Filipina woman waiter recommended Fillet-fish, it was plastic taste 😣.I didnt comment it because Im guest with people.. I dont know how I ate it 😒, next time I will never eat in this restaurant.

Im very disappointed with this branch. the customer service is not acceptable. The time was (8:30pm july 23, 2020)We came all the way from arabian ranches 1 to eat dinner especially halo halo.At First they served the wrong order.We accepted that because we knew that they having a busy time and they are under staff.We ordered halo halo and we told them to serve that after the main course.we finished the food, we asked the waitress for the halo halo and she said to wait for few minutes.So after 10mins we followed it up again and according to her they are preparing it. We waited until 30mins and one waiter came and said this kind of word:Sir! Halo halo?!not available sir!he left and go to another table with out saying any explanation, he didnt even apologize.We asked the waitress to call the manager and the manager did not come to us even if he is just near to our table. I went to him instead, he didnt do anything. He just let us go without solving our issue.Not recommended to anyone.

Not as same old tasty

Last year relying on the reviews in google maps we used to dine in this restaurant every day during our vacation and the food quality was really good. Fish was fresh and tasty and other staff as well. And this year we wanted to dine exactly in Golden Fork and were expecting the same quality and taste and were disappointed. Out of 3 meals ordered from menu 2 were not eatable at all, grilled fish was with an awful smell. Assorted meat was also not good. Only French fries were more or less good. 2 points only for complimentary soup. Will not come back here any more. That’s a pity, that good places get worse after a while.

Food is great for such low prices. Staff are accommodating. Each meal come with a free soup starter and hot towels provided before and after meal. Excellent touch.

Food is okay, the yellow (seafood) soup is good, seafood grilled plate is also okay. But staff is terribly impolite, they throw plates with anger faces, when we started making an order the waitress just left silently. Horrible waiters. If you hate your job so much than dont work there.

The two stars are solely for the table service, which is good and the people are nice and accommodating. The chinese food I tried was disgusting, barely edible. Other things (grilled meats and fish) are passable. Not another visit for me.

I love their Tom Yung soup but the rest needs some work

Bad customer service. Salmon are not good. Rice are not good too (especially the garlic rice), Shrimps are not fresh. Only the Behon are good. Tortang talong which is very basic in the Philippine Cuisine are not cook the way it should be.

Nice choice of food and not very expensive but the service level is less than good. The location is perfect few steps away from Sharaf DG metro station. Its little bit difficult if youre driving mostly traffic in the area and hard to find parking.

My favorite childhood restaurant , but experience I had yesterday was a disaster , dirt on the floor next to your legs , table cover with a huge holes , dirty windows . waiter and duty manager was not willing to resolve the problem ,instead were unprofessionally rude, it was between 3 pm - 3:30 pm on August 18 . I wonder if the place this dirty , so I bet the food is exact on the same condition.Had to leave angry and hungry. Please try to avoid this place

This restaurant was convenient at most. Horrible customer service from the moment you walk through the door.. Most tables were dirty have us searching for a clean table.. We ordered bevarages that didnt come until at least 10mins after we requested them.. My wives food came out 20 mins before my food.. By the time my food came my wife was already finished with her food.. The food was just ok, but nothing to brag to your friends about.. Only thing tht is good about this place is the price of the food on the menu..
