I used their services for mobile grooming and it was very good.They arrived exactly on time and my 2 dogs - Chloe & Rio were looking very neat and clean.I recommend them and the van was very clean.The driver even gave us a photo of them which was hilarious 😂

I visited their Dubai Mall branch. Absolutely loved the way the staff was friendly and helpful. They groomed my cat Candy with the utmost care and hygiene. They had a lot of options for toys for my cat. Apart from that the staff was guiding me on what products I can choose as I have recently gotten Candy. Will definitely come back to World of Pets

Their grooming was a horrible experience. They groomed my cat in one of their vans only to find out they hardly touched his nails. And when they came back again my cat got a rash on his ear. In this entire process the person in charge of communication through whatsapp has been ignoring me most of the time.

I took my dog for grooming and They hurt him. There were scratches all over his stomach and they didn’t even inform me. Do not take your pet there, they won’t take care of him. Worst service and the place isn’t clean and their equipments are dirty.

Excellent new grooming service where they bring the van onsite to wash your pet and collect your pet from your door. Quick and efficient and is better than trying to find parking at the mall. Friendly staff too.

Not good customer service... I booked for the groomers and when arriving to drop my dogs I was informed the groomer had gone home when I had just called to make an appointment! Due to their mix up I asked her to take the dogs for 10mins whilst I run errands in the mall. She tried to charge me for dog boarding and did not apologize for making me come all the way to the mall when the groomer was not available. Really disappointing service.Previously the groomers cut my dogs leg with a razor... I will not be going again.

Im in the shop to look at the dog accessories! Im shocked!!!! how can you keep cats and dogs in a small glass box ?! it was very warm there! they had nothing to drink !!! The fish were half dead in a tiny gold fishbowl! dreadful!!! Im out immediately there I dont spend a cent !!! terrible to see that!!!whoever buys such an animal there should be ashamed... 😔

Omg the kittens. I want them all. But cats and dogs aside. I bougut a litter tray which was defective. I ended up going back to see what they coupd do and the staff were very helpful in trying to fix it and offer alternatives

I visited the store! I am shocked! They have an in-bread rabbit that could not walk because it’s legs were deformed. All 6 puppies where unresponsive when I taped on the glass, leading to the possibly they had been drugged. The staff were in their phones and laughed when I voiced my concerns. I reported the store to the mall management and local animal cruelty. I hope this will be followed up! But I don’t have much hope for these poor helpless animals.

I have been a loyal customer of their stores since they opened a small location over 9yrs ago in jumeirah road. Their prices have not increased since then! I take my two dogs bounty and rocky grooming to the branch in dubai mall as it’s the closest to me.The staff are very welcoming and the service is excellent, thank you for this great service for all these years. I recommend people to try their services for themselves to see the experience.

Overpriced pet accessories. A retractable dog leash which retails at other pet supply stores in Dubai for approximately Dhs80 is being sold here for Dhs215. When I brought this to their attention they didn’t care. The manager told me she would call me back but of course she didn’t. They operate a no refund and no exchange policy also. I would recommend you check prices elsewhere before shopping here.

Nice items for pets but the state of the birds beyond cruel. Birds being sold sick and in poor condition .One was balding .. due to illness kept with the rest of the birds.I asked the lady the state of this bird (love bird) and she just didn’t care. Didn’t bother to interact much.I wanted to buy him to get him checked but what’s the point supporting these type of business that neglect in taking care of pets. I get it now why they don’t want ppl taking pictures ...

I have recently shopped few items for my pet dog from here and I am surprised to see the price difference of each item here. It’s overly priced compared to what you get from the best of Pet-shops in Dubai. One item that you get for 100 AED outside was charged to me 200AED, so you can imagine why I am frustrated. When I asked them why, the reply was given saying this is our store price and we can’t do much about it. I strongly encourage one to check the prices available outside before you go to this shop and buy anything. This is robbing people in the day light who are unaware of any cost. I am just one of the ignorant buyer in this shop who became a victim.

All I can say this place is one of the best place for your babies for grooming. The warm welcome u get when u come in and recognise u by using the name of your pet. The shampoo and conditioner used is one of best quality from US and takes special care in getting pets groomed by cutting nails,cleaning ears,trimming hair etc. The pets usually is very comfortable also while they sit for grooming. They treat each pet as if its their family member. Its easy to reach and has plenty of parking space (very convenient). They do offer service like pick and drop which is amazing 👏. They do have a lot of products for different pet grooming .Highly recommended. They are very busy during weekend so do book early and dont miss your slot 😉

Good pet store

Very bad experience !!!! As we came all the way from sharjah and had to return back without taking there service that we lost our patience all the miscommunication was from there staff - and i wonder why they dnt let us see our pet take shower or make video whats there to hide in a pet shop they couldnt allow us for for 3mins also !! ill be happy to go another pet shop where i can see my pets groomed and make there video for my Youtube channel as well !

Horrible customer service. Rude staff and manager. Very unhelpful and not. Knowledgeable about dogs at all.UPDATE: also lying in their comments! Leashes was still in package and I was still in the mall. No foul language was used. Avoid at all costs if just for how rudely they reply to comments 😅.I suggest Pet Corner as an alternative across the road which I discovered too late . And no of course i dont work there.

Yesterday, I went to this cozy shop for a quick stop for my pooch essentials. They offer a variety of toys and treats for your pets. Its very welcoming and I enjoyed visiting the store coz of different pets around. Also, I bought one superman costume. Twas awesome! 👍👍👍

VERY CLEANMy cat gets her nails clipped monthly here, definitely recommended. Prices are higher than other places but I recommend them form cleanliness.

My 2 cats go for nail clipping every month and they are so calm around the groomers there, no clue how! I couldn’t recommend them more as u need to try them for yourselves to understand. Well done to them. Although price is quite high but recommend them.

Ive been looking for pet shops this past weeks for a grooming session for my furbaby and I discover this shop in The Dubai Mall near Cinema Parking. It was awesome to see the shop, I like the Pink theme.They have complete products inside, for different kinds of pets. I like also their Christmas Collection inside. Its so cool to dress up my baby for this coming Holiday Season.I do also recommend their quality grooming service. 3 Thumbs up for them on their extra care.

We stop by to this shop, it was nice and cozy for a petshop.They also have different stuffs for your dogs. They also have for adoption pets inside and they are really cute.And also, they provide grooming service which is a 5-star for me and my mom. I like how they provide care to our fur baby shihtzu. Its a well recommended shop.

Took my Cat for the Grooming yesterday in the WOP-Dubai Mall. It was a wonderful Experience. I tried several Pet grooming shops in Dubai but World of pet Suited me the most. The Grooming caretaker did very well job in grooming my Cat. I recommend for Cats and Dogs. Best Service at affordable rates.

The saddest thing I have seen in my life. Three poor sad dogs in the tinest boxes with a box of water facing away from the window. Absolutely heartbroken. Their tails were pretty much cut off. This place should be shut down.

Take my cats to them every month for a wash, they do a reasonable job. I would advise people to try them before reading any of these reviews as each pet may react differently when they go grooming.

This place is a great store, I bought my daschunds puppy from them last year and have been happy with the puppy so far.They have many things for small dogs but unfortunately my puppy is very fussy and I really can’t buy him much with toys and food.The grooming they do for dogs is good and the staff are better than other competitors that I have visited prior.

Their products are cheaper and the staff were were very friendly.

My daughter purchased a Havanese puppy from them last week. The dog is superb! She is very playful and full of life which was quite surprising since we didnt expect it from this breed. The shop staff are very helpful since this was our first pet and guided us with the feeding and all the products we needed to help the pet settle in easily. Happy with the store, will visit soon.

Visited this weekend with the kids, the interior is like a pink wonderland. Very clean and the dogs were extremely clean. There was no smell at all. Nice place to take ur kids to look around.

The shop itself is nice and has everything that you’d need.I just can not give any stars because I’m utterly shocked that it is still legal for animals to be kept in plastic boxes on display all day. How do animal lovers support that?Please do not sell animals in your shop!!!! Thank you!

Brought my German shepherd cross milly for grooming today. Ive tried many different grooming places in Dubai and they cant do the hair cut as i need anywhere but this place did a great job. The groomer was patient and had good knowledge on calming my pet.Recommended them for big dogs.

I had a wonderful experience today getting my kitten groomed from the branch in Dubai mall. As it was his first ever grooming session so I was a bit nervous. I happened to read the reviews after I had made the appointment but I was glad I trusted myself to experience it first and then form my own judgement. I am very happy with the services and my kitten is absolutely calm and impeccably clean. They kept my cat for half an hour extra without charging me anything and have even given me a voucher of 25% for the next grooming session.I would suggest trying it out and making up your own mind about it as that is what I did and I am extremely pleased with my decision.

Bought my daschunds pup from them 2weeks ago. The puppy is doing very well and we are happy with the purchase. It is really helping my son who has autism with day to day life. I had many questions at time of purchase and they were very helpful. The manager was very knowledgeable and guided us very well.

The store is very small, they do have a good line of dog treats. The Christmas collection was very good this year and the prices of the treats were very cheap.I do my pets shopping here often and they do deliver when I can’t visit.
