Without any doub the best place IN TOWN, I felt in love just when I opened the door and I saw the cutiest puppies ever. There you can find all kind of puppies. I absolutely love this place - its my go-to for cat grooming!Everyone is so friendly and professional and most of all, treat my cats very delicately. I get full grooming done for my cats every 4 months and they remember just how I like the fur cut every time :D. Its also so convenient for me because theyre in my cluster and just come to my door to pick up my cats!Im definitely grateful that they make a usually stressful situation just that much easier!

Amazing haircut all the time with Nick and Gerald. Nick always know how to treat my cat. Unlike many haircut places, he wouldn’t turn your cat upside down to cut his hair or twist him by force and that’s for me a big differentiator. Thank you for amazing job Nick🙏🏻

Nick is exceptionally good at his job! He picks up my cat, knows exactly what she needs and drops her off. He is efficient, punctual and Kind. He manages her well and makes process seamless. Highly Recommend him for all your pet grooming needs.

I am a firm believer in adopt dont shop, especially here in the UAE.However with that said, as a grooming place, they are great! Nick and the whole team (the female receptionist is lovely) are very good with handling the animals, he picks my cat up and drops her off and once they even helped with first aid when my cat had an accident, I was so grateful to the whole team. The few times I have seen them groom the pets, they have been very gentle and patient.Will definitely come back!

Amazing service from Abdul. Came to see the french bulldog twice and was allowed to play with him and spend quality time to make sure this is the right decision.Abdul answered all the questions and allowed for the puppy to be checked by a vet. There is no other place I trust my cats with, than this one! Big thumbs up to Puppies Dubai especially to Uncle Nick who grooms my furchildren with so much love and care. Also, they have a glass door, through which you can see your furchild getting groomed. Been going here for years now and I highly recommend this place.

Over the years, we have surveyed and tried to use the service of a few different groomers for our furbaby in Dubai. Nick is the best and the one we trusted the most. It is very important that the groomer can handle her without causing her any distress. Nick is the one to go to.

Nick, has been grooming my dog Bailey for 6 years now. I followed him from his previous job . Bailey is not the easiest dog to groom due to his temperament..but I 100% recommend Nick because of his patience and professionalism. I used to travel from Abu Dhabi just so Nick could Groom Bailey. The grooming service was excellent when we took our puppy there.

Sold me my (very expensive) puppy who came with parvo and gardia. She was very sick and almost died and it wasn’t a one off because other puppies sold that day came with the same symptoms (btw bought her on 23rd Jan so if you got a puppy on this day or closely after be concerned). Parvo is incredibly hard to remove from surfaces so their whole store can be considered contaminated now. My puppy is fine now but parvo is very fatal and can kill within 24 hours. Puppies dubai offered to take back the puppy for a refund and has been unresponsive and unprofessional. I of course did not want to return the puppy as she is already like family but puppies dubai obviously doesn’t understand that..I suggested they cover the vet costs instead (a fraction of her cost & she was in hospital for 4 days) and they just stopped replying. Do not buy your puppy from here at any cost. Unprofessional and most importantly- they sell sick dogs! They didn’t even warn others from the same day of the risk of parvo after coming to know.

Very bad experience.All their dogs are sick and full of diseases.I got a dog the next day the vet advised us to return it , so we did replace it with a new dog that came also with giardia and parvo virus infection... they sell the dogs and they know they are sick.My friend had a dog as well with distemper and has been struggling as well .....

We visited the store as we are looking to get a puppy. The staff are very friendly and supportive and they let us play with one of the puppies my wife was interested in in a designated area. Store is clean and they have a good variety of pet food and they also do grooming.

Incredible place. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Booked appointments for my cat for grooming and pet sitting. They are very attentive, caring and responsive. They provide all the love your pet needs and the reassurances you would want while you’re away. They went out of their way for small things. They were constantly friendly and very joyful. Would highly recommend them for pet sitting and grooming any time.

Best pet shop in town specialised in puppies. They have real cute dogs there. If you are planning to buy a dog they are you guys. You need anything pet food, toys, pet homes they have a very good collection. If you want the grooming of you pet they do it real nice with a very good care. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Service is very good.

As already written by others: please consider adoption instead of buying. I was in this shop today and I am sure that they are friendly staff, good at giving advice and selling supplies, but seeing the puppies in glass boxes made me sad while knowing that there are adorable and healthy dogs (and cats) waiting in shelters.To the shop owner I would like to say: please consider working together with shelters, and try to become the best shop for pet supplies only.There is a good reason why the sale of dogs and cats in pet shops is banned in many European countries so its good to be prepared for the future because more countries are following.This comment is not meant to bring any business down.

Very bad quality of puppies, having many sickness,at beginning puppy looks ok, but after go back home puppy start having problems, all different sickness outbreak, you need spend lots of money to fix it, because they are from puppies mills, you can visit same owners shop which website is perros madrid,then you will realize how terrible it is! They are same people and have same problems. NOT recommend at all.

Superb service, nick is the best groomer for my dog!!

The first time i put my cats there for grooming one of them came home with left paw bleeding and missing skin, the groomer said that she was very aggressive. Knowing my cats and that they re afraid of their own shadow I find very hard to believe, also they were going to Pet Sky for the past 3 years and nothing happened. We just changed for the convenience of the location of this store, we tried again their services and I specifically asked to trim short and not shave, to my surprise when I arrived home the cats were the same as before, when I called the store had to deal with some rude Filipino insisting he cut their hair and in the end he was shouting they re very aggressive, so clearly he didn’t do anything. I would not recommend them as definitely they don’t have qualified staff for these kind of services, cannot even imagine the way they treated my cats!My cat has a trauma from the first time she went there you cut half of her right paw skin!!! Afterwards she went to Petsky JLT, the usual place that she was going before and everything was fine!

Bad consultation, sick puppie, dont keep their word. Puppies are from Puppie Mills in Slovakia.I bought a Puppie from here, telling the manager that I am possibly allergic and if there was a possibility to return within a day. She said yes and a day later when my allergies kicked in she tells me that the owner changed the rules the evening of me buying the puppie.Also I asked for the best organic food and they recommended some food with a 100 additives. I only found out later how bad it is when the little guy started biting his paws and I found out that this comes from anxiety caused from bad food.Also after we already paid for him the lady tells us that we have to give him medicine for 4 more days because he had diarrhea.All in all just a bad experience and Im very disappointed even though the team was nice to me.

They not giving the requested requirements as you need .Poor service** editing after shop reply**Are you serious? Your staff Edward want me to pay AED8500 for puppy without even show me photos? Be very careful buying a dog from here. We bought a Yorkshire terrier puppy from here and he has many problems. He has been sick since we got him and there is no way they wouldn’t have known this when they sold him to us. Now I am upset everyday because I love this dog but I can’t make him better.I contacted Puppies Dub to give them chance to respond before I posted this, but they chose not to reply to me.Edited to respond to their reply:Why did we not bring him back? He is our family member. We spent over 10,000dhs to fix his broken heart. Hopefully now he will live a long life. Yes we responded on 23rd November as this is when we received the diagnosis. You chose not to reply to that until 17th March.If anyone has bought a puppy that has suspected heart problems, please take them to see Dr Jose at British Vet Abu Dhabi. He saved our dogs life. Without the operation he would be dead already.

I had a really bad experience with the staff and am surprised to see good reviews of the place.Maybe the shop itself is nice but I was hardly able to conduct any discussion with them due to the bad attitude and unfriendliness.I would happily go to any other place if this is what they call customer service.

I recommend this shop because on my 4th yr here in dubai ive been around to many pet shops..I have 2 rescue dogs they are very scared and so stress everytime im bringing them for groom.i have a friend recommended me this PUPPIESDUB.I tried to bring on them and keep my eyes with them.At first they are crying but when i saw how special they treated my dogs makes my heart melted..They are like babies they cuddle while doing the nail clips.Im so happy with this service.
