When I entered the shop, there was nobody to attend. I wanted to ask them about my dog food, so luckily I saw a staff and I asked called him he was on a phone call but he could have slightly acknowledged me but no, he just passed by and I went behind him, I was happy to wait till his phone call gets over. He again crossed by me, this time he was not busy and still he ignored me and left.Very disappointed. I didnt like his approach but I liked this store, they have good quality stock and many options. Later on I saw 2 more staff one of them came and asked me if I need any help and they helped me out. Rest I am happy with the store.

Worst pet grooming experience. My dog ears were not cleaned, hair were cut too short, will not recommend it

We took our puppy for grooming, first the team had attitude because they said there is not enough time even though we had booked an appointment. Then the groomer did not listen to the instructions properly and just cut my dogs fur really short that she looks like a cat and ever since we got her back, she has been itching herself nonstop. This is unacceptable. If my dog develops any kind of skin disease or issue, I will escalate this. Not to say, they overcharged us.Update:My dog’s name is Chloe and we got her there on March 5th at 11am. She’s a 8 month Maltese. The booking was made under the name “Kanie”.

Anthony was very nice and accommodating to us even up until we get our Guinea Pigs he still open to give us advice whenever we need as it was our first time to have this pets and i am glad to get if from them and he is the best guy. Cheers mate keep it up

I’ve been going here for the last two years and i highly recommend it. They have all kinds of pets and they do grooming for pets. The staff is very kind especially one who i forgot the name of but i think he’s called alfred.

Visted the spring souk store today. During my visit i saw 2 fish i would of liked to have bought to add to my marine aquarium.After waiting 5 minutes for the relevant assistant to help he told me actually i couldnt buy the fish as they were part of the display only.How on earth is it beneficial to your business to turn away customers ready to spend money when already the market is very tough. Based on this experience i will never again visit your stores and recommend others avoid this dreadful level of service and business acumen.

Excellent customer service from the staff especially Gian helped in resolving an issue on something I ordered very efficiently, highly recommend for all your pets needs.

They have the best birds in the market with a great value of money, i bought a cockatiel from them and they tamed it for free, Vincent their birds specialist is the best.
