A very unique shop in Dubai, where you can find a huge range of pets. Parrots, rabbits, cats, puppies and many more. They sell a-lot of pets accessories, foods and almost all pets related products. The prices are relatively very high compared to carrefour, the quality of products is good. I can’t comment on the training or pets health, however apparently they looked good. Parking is really hard to find to find on the service road, however you can park in the backside street and walk to the shop.

The place is good but they need to care about the smell of the place because its too annoying and you can stay in the shop because of the smell.... I know that you will be saying its animal shop but even if its animal shop.. I visited alot of animal shops but the smell of the place and the shops are clean...the staff are very nice.

A huge variety of mammals (including rabbits, guinea pigs, sugargliders, hamsters and a cat) , birds ( including green parrots, sparrows and grey parrots that can sing the quran) , amphibians ( includkng friendly axolotls and creepy looking frogs) and fish ( including Pacos, thalathiyas and koi carp) call this store, which is basically a zoo, home!

Great selection and reasonable prices! Everything a dog lover needs from puppy to good old dog. I have had to figure out so many things for our first pet ever and Animal World has been there for everything. Could not have gotten through the puppy years without them!

They dont have everything regarding pets or not all the products

Its my first time to visit the shop and it was purely accidental. But Im glad I found this shop. Its quite a big shop and with a good variety of pet food. They have other accessories for pets too ranging from collars to toys. The staff who assisted me was also very nice. Unfortunately I forgot to note his name, he is a Pakistani staff. Loved the big fish pond with Koi karp they have besides the cash counter.

Animal world is an amazing pet store it has so many different animals and i have called many pet stores to find guinea pigs and they were the only place that sold them and they all ow us to interact with one of their dogs at any time although i would recommend you know more information about what your selling but other than that ideal pet store!

Ridiculously high priced 💵 pet shop with variety of animals and birds cringed together, making them irritated and scared.The poor parrots have become depressed and aggressive because of the constant, non-monitored interaction with customers and their children.Top floor pet food and accessory section is nice.

1) Store smells very bad2) The parrots and other birds are extremely loud scaring the dogs and especially the kittens3) The place is not well kept at all4) The animals are all EXTREMELY scared of human interaction (which shows lack of good care)5) Bought a pet from their store which ended up being extremely sick - the virus the pet had is EASILY transferable and therefore has probably infected the other animals6) we were not informed about the above at all!7) We were told the pet had had all his proper vaccinations however it DID NOT.8) No love or good care and healthy conditions, health checks provided to the pets at all.NEVER EVER going back.I hope that all the animals there get proper help and get rescued from such horrible care.They are all beautiful animals, so upsetting and heartbreaking.

Good service have lots to see

Ive seen animal shelters in better conditions. Poor living conditions for animals that they sell for thousands of dirhams. My two cats Dwight and Michael were riddled with infections and they did not offer any help with medical bills and the reason they were sick was the bad hygiene and nutrition. Never been shampooed or washed or even nails trimming For at least a year

This is a really nice pet shop . it allows people to choose the dog andplay with it so it know how the dog reacts to the person but the only thing is that they only people to play with dogs and not other animals such as parrots , rabbits and cats but still its a really nice pet shop .

Today I went into the shop- and xame out crying!this animals are kept on top of each other!Poor dogs are held in the smallest cages and the moment they seen me they were trying to attract my attention, just to be free from there !I was so irritated by this treatment, such a rich city and yet they put dogs and BIG cats like two or three together in the small cages.. they cannot move or walk more than one step up or down ...I wish this is illegal because I don’t know how long one animal can stay in such a small space without a proper walk...humans are the worst species in the world!!!🤬😡😡😡

Look, the food and supplies etc... are good, but the smell of the place is unimaginable, all of the animals are in small cages, they never walk the dogs, 3 cats in one cage!! one of the hamsters had an eye infection which was untreated, all of the gerbils and mice had mites, they were scratching each other like crazy and had red bumps all over their body, if they can afford to get the pets why cant they afford to get them treated? the staff is unimaginably careless, i was talked to one of them and they were on their phone the entire time and didnt look at me once, when i asked for help i was ignored. but one of them is good, shes a woman with dark hair, shes the only person who works there that actually cares about the customers, you cant play with the dogs anymore which is sad since theyre already in the cages 24/7, and the price of the dogs are waaaay to expensive, a dog would cost around 7500 - 8500 which is too much for a dog if you ask me, most of the animals look scared and sad. i really hope someone sues them for the lack of care for the animals. i really wanted a dog and its just way to pricey. hope someone else gives it a good home!

I couldn’t believe that this was a pet shop .. the dogs are covered in urine I took a look at their water and it was disgustingly dirty .. they refused to let us get them out and see the dogs we wanted to see after we expressed our desire to buy one .. the dogs are in horrible condition pls do something about it !!!!

As a pet shop I absolutely hate this place. Its very small. Smells really bad. Noisy. Over priced.The reason why I am even given 3 stars is1. They got really good variety of treats, toys and accessories.2. Also they got some good varieties of pet food.3.The old man who takes care of all the animals over there is really gentle with them.By the way a small note to all, DONT BUY, PLEASE ADOPT.
