The staff is way over rude, they push you to order more & more..!! That’s no way to treat your customers, if we want to sit with a sheesha, coffee and some snacks, it’s our choice, don’t shame us for not ordering main course or an expensive dish..!!

Great food. Great shisha. It’s very relaxing atmosphere will have you spending an hour or two here. I love the furnishings and the unique design. I have been to a few in Dubai and love them all.

Horrible staff…. The floor manager ‘Dharamveer’ is very rude and even racist in his behaviour.desserts were not fresh especially the cheesecake and the red fruit tart. And when we informed the manager he started arguing and misbehaving with us, to the extent that he walked away in anger.We left our food. Very rude manager.Do not visit. Not recommended!!!

Middle class coffee i try only coffee then i can not say about foods

This place has been around in Dubai a long long time. What is great is that they have kept the quality of their food high. I had the meat lasagna this time and it looked and tasted amazing. The service was also top notch.

Good cakes at reasonable price . We tried coffee cake ,it was very good.Strawberry drink was very good.must have if you thirsty.

Very comfy atmosphere in their Victorian style outlets, although with this kind of furniture cleanness has to be more accurate. For the food I was happy with my focaccia sandwich very tasty and fresh. All the pastries that we have been trying are good and full of flavor.

I dont know the name of the staff who answered my call thinking that I forgot my shopping bag in the restaurant.I was angry and he was so calm and nice . He asked my phone number and called me back for update. .I realised that I forgot my bag somewhere else. You deserve my apologies and keep up the great workThanks again.

Shakespear Dubai mall have different portions as per their manager due to no grill!Their club sandwich is smaller than an actual toast bread size, and their claim is due to the side salad portion.We have ordered another sandwich the chicken melt, and the bread size is totally different, however, the manager is insisting that there is no size difference!!As they don’t have a fryer over there, apparently they will serve you chips open from a pack instead and charge you the normal full price!!!The pictures attached shows the difference between the club sandwich and the chicken melt!!!P.s the huge sandwich is the chicken melt that is actually cheaper!

Excellent spot for breakfast but they also do alot of other food. We had breakfast on this visit which included Eggs Florentine, Zaatar Saj, Zaatar & Labneh Saj and Cheese Saj. The Eggs were delicious and the staff were helpful but could have been more attentive.

I am a sucker for their super food salad and penne al funghi with acai power smoothie...3rd time around. Thats how many times it took to diminish my cravings. It ticked all the right boxes.Next trip, something else to try....👌I would give them a 3.5 - 4 out of 5.

Shakespeare and co. is a great place and i am a regular here but my experience at Dubai Mall outlet was the opposite of nice. The supervisor was extremely rude and uncourteous. Ive never experienced such rudeness and impolite behaviour in any restaurant in Dubai ever.So dissapointed!

Dubai mall Shakespeare is a let down. Had no idea that the menu is different there, in terms of lesser variety. My usual sandwich was missing from the menu👎

Went there for a quick breakfast. Had a large yummy granola bowl. Generous helping. Bigger than I had expected. Good service. Overall a good experience.

I have ordered the Fettuccine al funghi with grilled chicken (Grilled chicken comes with an additional price). This dish is very delicious and creamy. It can serve two people. However, I was alone when I ordered this dish, so I was not able to share it. It will make you want to finish it in any way possible.The service was amazing and quick. They also allow you to rest for as long as you wish, so there is no rush if you want to remain seated. (I am not sure if the situation will be the same during crowded hours).Also, I like the Victorian-style of the restaurant that ranges from the seating to the cheque.

Really love this place. My favourite is the desert menu, which is wide and varied and all equally scrumptious and reasonably priced. I had the chocolate mousse and milena cake. The coffee was disappointing though. I had a latte.The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be going back there.

The small store in level 1 is just a coffee shop, you dont get french fries and full menu. This shop is ok, menu and table not cleaned and smelly. If u want to move away from crowd and to take rest this shop is ok.

I wish i could give 0 star to this restuarant. Their customer service people are liars. I order food from them everyother day and didnt know they were able to manupulate customers like this. Happened today that i placed my order on zomato and they accepted my order and deducted the amount from my bank but a guy from their called me and said they dont have the particular order and my refund will be processed in 48 hrs. I asked him that why he accepted my order in the first place to which he said that they cannot see the order on zomato before accepting the order which is a LIE and the zomato representative corrected him. Didnt expect this low service from them. They should be ashmed for conning people like this.

Amazingly surprising fresh and healthy menu with lots of vegan options! Good, polite service and true to form 15th style furniture and decor.

I loved the lazzania with red sauce i advise any one to try it and also the creps with strawberries was delicious

Not as it used to be the breakfast opinions are limited her compared to their other branches we ordered Mediterranean breakfast and fava beans with two drinks all were average. The total cost was 128 AED.

I was shocked, I normally visit shakespeare on other branchs everything is totally different.Taste was horrible old food they just make hot to serve you.Service at first was good and the person was polite and understood BUT when we came to the bill ms joy start to help us and she was so rudeI was really upset of this experience

Everything is nice except the staff were too fast in cleaning up your table. So weve been interrupted at least 3x in our table and were always ask are you finished with this?. Every time the staff passed by, they would look at our table and check if we have finished our cake. I hope they should train the staff more by letting their customers enjoy their table and ambiance of the place. Nevertheless, well be coming back.

Great delicious food. I have been to this place more than once and Everytime they never disappoint. Quality of food is amazing.

I am a big fan of this restaurant, I love their food, but the service was terrible at this specific branch!!! Nobody came to assist us for a long time, I had to keep calling for someone (although it was not so crowded) and nobody would even see me waving! We were sitting by the glass facing the ground floor.I hope this review is helpful and causes the staff to be more careful and attentive to every customer.

Same Shakespear with the beloved new renovated menu, but with the special taste of the Dubai mall.

Breakfast at Shakespeare and Co is a must do , especially if you have decided to spend you day shopping at the Dubai Mall. Its the perfect start to the day.Even thought most of the items in breakfast have egg in them, which leaves us with limited options, we love having their Mediterranean. Hummus with Zatar , olives and coffee.Healthy, light and delicious.

I love this network of restaurants, but the menu choice disappointed me in this branch. The choice of dishes from main course is really small, just 4 for choice. And actually the staff is not much devoted when doing their job as the staff in Abu Dhabi branches.

Decent place to have breakfast or lunch on 1st floor of Dubai Mall. Very good variety of salads and big portions of pasta dishes. Service is pleasant and willing to help but still needs improvements!

Nice place though a very small one

One of my favourite haunts for more than a dozen years, Shakespeare & Co retains its charm. In Spite of their having grown to many locations all over UAE, I think they have a unique atmosphere at every location. I still love the original one at Shk Zayed Road but this one at the Burj Khalifa area is a great one too. The seating outside in the evenings offer a great view of the LED shows at burj Khalifa, and generally pleasant ambience.

Was okay, still prefer coffee or tea in different international Caffe in Dubai. Nothing special service is okay not bad.
