I wanted to order a cake for my sister who lives in Karama and my friend suggested Brownie Point. I live in Englandd would like to convey my thanks to Julie Divina for coordinating with me on whatsapp and delivering the choclate walnut cake on time and most importantly make it happen. I ordered cake from here and asked for a delivery. The cake was supposed to be delivered between 3pm to 6pm and when i called them around 6.40pm to enquire. They said the delivery cannot be done and you need to collect from tge shop. It is such an embarrassment for me infront of my guest. No matter how good your products are but if you cannot give a decent customer service it means nothing!

Love the cakes.Love the brownies.The quality is very nice.Ambience is average.Staff at Barsha is nice.However at other locations the staff is not all well trained.Prices I believe have recently been hiked.All in all, good cakes.My favorites are Chocolate Mousse Cake (which needs to be pre ordered), Dutch Truffle (available off the shelf at all times).

Bought 2 brownies. One is big, other is small(half size), same prices. Cannot go back to change as it is far. Never going again.

Great selection of cakes and for value! Their zebra torte cake is the perfect balance of vanilla and chocolate, a real party pleaser! They do all their cakes eggless without compromising the flavour which is an added advantage!

Right place for the deserts.

Visited to explore since we were having a dinner nearby and thought ‘lets check this place out for dessert’. Though, being a busy night, most of the items were already out of stock, we did end up grabbing some decent brownies. My word ... simply amazing. Decently priced - with good customer service. A definite need for a revisit

I ordered a custom cake - gluten free filling. The desing was nice but the care was horrible; taste and texture. None of the invitees liked the cake so none actually got to eat more than a bite.I am extremely disappointed with the quality given that this shop is not cheap!Totally not recommended at least for gluten free cakes.

Saw this place on the internet and went in to order a birthday cake for my 6 year old. Theyd never made a Star Wars cake but the result two days later was perfect. Lovely outside and Swiss chocolate perfection inside. Service was top notch and cake ready on time before store opened. Will use again if I need cake.

Bought the Dutch Truffle cake. Excellent taste. Cake sponge moisture was just right and chocolate had a rich flavour. Parking is difficult at this Barsha branch.

Small yet good confectionery... they have a wide range of cakes, pastries and sweet desserts!The cakes are delicious, freshly made and the place looks clean and hygienic. Most clientele of Brownie points is Indians, since the original franchise seems to be from Mumbai, INDIA.They have a couple of branches in Dubai.

The Walnut brownie here is best brownie i had till date and the nutella cheese cake was also good. The cakes are well priced.
