Beautiful view. Lively outdoor seating area and excellent service. I think their classic chicken is a must try. I also love their fries. Specially the crunch on the outside and soft on the inside. Club sandwich is good too. My favourite drink is their passion fruit mojito

Visited here for an afternoon break, Ordered cheese saj and Zatar saj plus the drinks , saj was very very dry and it was breaking inside my mouth , very difficult to chew , I complained to waiter and he explained that not much olive oil was put on the saj !!! So why do you serve it !!!Unfortunately plates were removed from my table before I had chance to take a photo !!!

Shakespeare was very spoiled, the last time I was there I ordered an onion soup, they brought it to me with hair, I replaced it for a salad with chickpea which was not fresh, hardened, and the last was coffee laté made with coconut milk, it was not coffee, but just some kind of water, and they also tried to prove something to me. The service is terrible. I do not recommend going to this restaurant.

Hookah ambience always a hit with all guests. Rose flavour was strong and loved by everyone. Lime mint gave a good variety.Beet root salad was the star attraction, chicken lettuce wraps and pizza was good to have along with the salad.Service was little lacking, guess they were not able to handle the crowd if not for that this was a perfect evening.

This Shakespeare & Co sits silently in a corner in one of the busiest mall in the world. I tried the Chicken Cobb Salad which has always been my favorite and they didnt disappoint at all. I also tried The Classic and was super happy I did. Its Grilled Chicken with Mashed Potatoes on a Mushroom based Gravy. The ambience was good and the service was decent too.Must Try : The Classic

Great ambience -both indoor and outdoor seating available. The outdoor seating does attract a few flies in the morning though-especially attracted to the complementary bread and butter+jam+honey basket! Food quantity and quality was really good. I personally enjoy really spicy food and found the food comparatively less spicy. Overall a great experience for a good weather day!

Nice place for outdoors when the weather is good. Have been to SnC couple of time. Quality of Food and ambience is good. The view of the Burj is spectacular. However, on this particular day we had some flys around (only hitch)

Location is very good!Food is very good!But the service is horrible, the restaurant was packed and there were only 3 or 4 waiters available to serve all people.This caused delay in taking orders, serving food/drink, and paying the bill.You can notice that the staff members are extremely exhausted and overwhelmed!I am a regular customer to this branch since more than 5 years, service was excellent.But I have noticed this downgrade couple of months ago, the Management must support the team by hiring more people to assist.

Great restaurant, great food, you cand smoke shisha here. I loved it. The plates were big and very tasty. The waiter forgot one plate, but it came really fast with it when we told him about the missing plate. Great place, love it!

I had quite a lovely lunch experience here. There is a wonderful breeze if you sit outside and plenty of shade. Overall, the restaurant is incredibly vegan and vegetarian friendly. I ordered the warm lentil bowl, and enjoyed it a lot but felt a little unwell afterwards. My partner ordered the shrimp guacamole rap. For him, the portions were quite small; however, this seems quite common in Dubai.The server was very helpful with our onion allergy. He was able to swap out the guacamole for avocado when the server informed us that the guacamole had onion in it.

Went to dubai mall and went to Shakespeare and co. In souk al bahar to just to grab a coffie on a friday evening. We were able to get a seat aligned with the foutain in the outdoor seating area. With the amazing weather along with the non troubling and amazingly friendly staff our visit was really enjoyable. We grabbed some cakes and hot drinks ans spent about 2hrs and every minute of it was worth it. Food was reasonably priced for its caliber and cakes and the drinks were amazing as it could be. Definitely will recommend a peeson to visit.

Best place to celebrate birthdays since their cheese cake is very tasty . We liked the baby chicken in lemon very much. Very beautiful environment for eating or enjoying our food .

Service staff all wearing masks. Tables are socially distanced from each other. Everyone working there is really very generous, which made for a delightful dining experience: you get your moneys worth, and then some. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Has a nice view of Burj Khalifa. Only a small part of the fountain is visible, and you can barely hear the music, but that didnt impact our experience at the restaurant at all. Overall, excellent and highly recommend.

The location is great and the atmosphere is beautiful, but their service was beyond horrible. They take forever to take the order and they informed us that they don’t have some items on the menu and it turned out that they have it.

Went there one late evening for a quick tea. My husband ordered for juice. Juice and tea and madeleines were pretty good. The ambience was fantastic. I thought they might not allow super causal clothing that we were in. But they did!

Worst Shakespeare Ive ever been to. Despite being a very loyal to the Shakespeare brand. I can confirm that this branch doesnt care at all about customer service from manager to waiter. Ive already informed a couple of time their management (Fadi, Gaetan, etc) but I can confirm that no improvement has been done. Service is slow and they completely ignore you request, most of the staff is set in a bad mood and you have to support their attitude while being there. To avoid at all..

Short of staff shouldn’t mean lack of service too! Staff are rude, takes forever to order! When asked where’s the other staff, we got ‘they’re dead’ respond!

Though I like almost all Shakespeares but this one is my favourite. You have most amazing view with best staff, humble & polite with hospitality at its best. The food is amazing and not to mention the sheesha, its the perfect place for all sheesha lovers. My personal experience with Mastafa(our sheesha guy) was great. He has a keen attention to detail and makes sure that youre having the best sheesha experience. A must visit place if youre in Dubai !!

Excellent. However, the design around the wall fixtures have an eerie feel to it. It could maybe be more symmetric, to diffuse the eerieness.

We had not visited this branch for a while. Like many places after the lockdown, the feel of a bit of revamp needed and the lack of staff was clear. My husband had penne arabiata, I ordered a soup and the fish tacos. Overall no complain. Just an average meal. Our shisha waiter was extremely friendly. The highlight of the evening was the excellent shisha and the stunning view of Burj Khalifa at night!

Came here last week to meet a friend and the service was quite slow. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder and was told that its unavailable. Ordered a bowl of mushroom soup instead and it was horrible. The worst I have ever had. Felt grainy and had no flavour whatsoever. The desserts were the only salvation that was worthy of a star.

BAD SERVICE!Ive been an avid fan of Shakespeare & Co but not until I visited this Souk Al Bahar branch. Very bad service. From the supervisor to the staff it seem like they do not want to accommodate you. I couldnt even remember if they ever gave a smile to think that it was not a busy day! Their treatment was very cold and felt like they do not want to serve you at all. When we were about to pay and preferred to pay separately, one of us were not able to use his esaad card for discount as the supervisor was insisting that we were seated in one table and it was impossible to make a separate bill for our friend which we find odd and doesnt make sense at all. If not because of the awesome view of Burj Khalifa, it will never be worth it! Definitely not coming back again!
