Stopped by here to have some waffles and trust me it was a great experience! A bit on the pricey side but definitely worth it. The waitress who took our order was very kind and patient.

An explosion of chocolate, definitely a great treat! I can only handle a small and would suggest to only get a small hot chocolate as it is very rich. Id suggest trying the gianduja, which is the most popular hazelnut hot chocolate, however the dark chocolate is also quite a delight. Must try! Ambience is also pretty nice.. You can choose between the mall side, the inside of the restaurant and on the outside of the mall. I will be back!

Bad service my coffee didn’t arrive, their queue system is awkward, we are in 2020 they still take names and call out the names later on instead of taking their contacts and telephone call people , if they can’t control it, easy take reservations !! Better than getting 100 negative review about your service, by end of the day you are franchising such a big name! I’ll come back once I c good reviews .. btw the hot chocolate was good

Best pasta in the town!! Went first time for famous SAID hot chocolate and have been invited for lunch next day. Was the best idea, delicious hand made gnocchi and ravioli 🤤🤤🤤 Next time definitely come for breakfast!!! Thank you for great service and perfectly cooked food!

Grandma knows what I like: I had the grandma cake and has all I love : dark chocolate Cookie, dark chocolate cheese cream, peanut butter, mascarpone, dark chocolate and Sponge cake. 😍😍😍😍😍😍. And the restaurant manager Was super Nice, she explained in detail the cakes highlights.

Best = if you like the option of thick, truly dark chocolatey chocolate, not too sweet. (Warning: they do not offer the more usual hot-milk with sugar and a little choc powder version.) Said also offers variations: white chocolate, milk chocolate, hazelnut infused... and a range of very very chocolatey desserts. Happy find: a gluten-free luscious brownie cake with chocolate sauce... They are open late, which is great for after-dinner; the place was full last week at 10.30 at night, and definitely worth hanging on for a table. They sell jars and bars of intenste chocolate goodness for you to carry away, which dont appear to be available except from the shop.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chocolate tastes awful and fake while heavily overpriced. My regret is that I have wasted an hour of my life waiting in queue and I’ll never get that hour back.

The cakes are indeed very chocolaty but they are also too heavy and overwhelming for the tastebuds. AED 65 for a slice of cake and AED 30 for coffee is quite steep, even by Dubai standards.

As a hot chocolate connoisseur and having tasted the likes of Agelina, Ladurée and Café de Flore, I was thrilled to learn that Said 1923 had finally arrived in Dubai.Unfortunately, the place turned out to be a disappointment. We had ordered the Gianduja Hot Chocolate, but it tasted more like low quality dark chocolate - a far cry from the description by reviewersfrom the London Branch.Except for a really polite British lady, the service from the rest of the staff was poor.

By far, one of the worst customer service experiences. Table waiting was awful; waiters do not pay attention to the tables and are barely helpful with all aspects of taking orders.

If u r ready for a sugar rush do visit... extremely pricey..good staff nice location

Hot Chocolate to die for!!

The chocolate is to die for. Stopped there for a coffee and it didn’t disappoint. Very nice environment and the customer service was excellent. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. I would most certainly recommend and come back again. Thanks for the great experience!

The London/Soho branch is a little hidden gem so I was intrigued to visit as soon as I planned Dubai... it certainly didnt disappoint. Really cool decor as expected, quality of food and chocolate goes without saying, great atmosphere and friendly staff. We were here almost every day during our stay! :) Loved the pizza.

Visiting Dubai always such a choice of places to visit this became my go to place everyday while there. Staff were so cool welcoming me even with they always made sure I was served as quickly as possible. The coffee is such a nice roast with some cheeky treats to go with it !! Go try the place.

I had high expectations for this restaurant.I didn’t finish the food only had few bites.Order:-Slider (beef-chicken)Dry, Oily, very sweet (no one mentioned it contained very sweet bbq sauce)-Pizza margaritaExcellent dough, bad sauce bad cheese, lots of cherry tomatoes just thrown on top without proper baling or charing. Not italian at allThe manager of the restaurant didn’t charge for the food, but did charge for the soft drink 1 spriteThe seating: chairs are not comfortable at all.Staff: they are over nice in a weird way that makes you feel anxious.Also please don’t give the desserts menu for a 3yrs old child and asks them if they want chocolate or vanilla ice cream.

The cookie/patisserie options were overpriced compare to potential competitors. And also unavailable...Several patisserie items we ordered were unavailable e.g. mousse, tiramisu, profiterol.. as well as green tea!Since we were not told a list of unavailable menu items, we kept deciding on a new one, hoping it was available and let down again.Then we learned, most of patisserie items are available during the weekend when we interrupted and asked to the staff while she was telling us the story of the place.I would recommend then, having 2 different menus for week days and weekends? Or let the customers know while giving out the menus what is unavailable at the moment? Saves us time and would save the staff efforts.I have to say the staff is polite and the manager/head hostess (not sure of her role) is engaging and has good service recovery skills. The rest of the waiters could observe and improve their interpersonal skills, she is a good example. They apologized for the inconvenience and offered little complimentary treats.Available tea options were good quality, couches were comfy.. given prices of desserts though, I might not revisit.Red Velvet Cookie with 1 scoop of icecream - 59 AEDEnglish Breakfast Tea - 25 AED
