We ordered 90 pieces of assorted cupcakes for the first time and everyone in our company is in awe! the presentation is perfect, the taste is rich, flavorful and soft! its just amazing! And of course I want to mention how attentive and nice the people working there. Specially to the Filipino guy who assisted my order, I forgot to take his name, but he is super! so as the delivery guy who made sure the cupcakes are in good shape. Thank you guys! we will order again for sure!!

Brownie point cakes are having very delicious cakes and you must visit them atleast once and i’m sure you will be going again.The veriety and quality of the cakes are just amazing and out of the box. They have many outlets in Dubai and they deliver on zomato as well.You must try the belgian nougat, roasted almond chocolate, strawberry and mango hamdan.Their milk cakes are also amazing.

I recently ordered a cake from Brownie point for an employees wedding anniversary. I decided at 6.30 pm in the evening to place the order for a 1kg Black forest cake to be delivered at 8 pm the same evening at the residence of my company employee. Brownie point accepted my order and delivered the cake very promptly.I must say not only is their service level superb but the feedback on the taste of the cake was even better. The person who was celebrating mentioned that they have tasted many black forest cakes in their lives but this one from Brownie point was something special and really good.Thank you, Brownie point and keep up the good work.

Bought Lotus cheesecake, Red velvet and chocolate cake slices. When we walked into the shop it did not smell like a bakery but an off-putting chemical smell. When we had the cake it also had chemical taste except the chocolate one. The cheesecake base ones were a big disappointment and unfortunately we live far and could not go back to return it. I did call the shop to inform them of the same and the store manager, Jerome, said we can get replacements for it. But personally I would not buy from them again.

It was my first visit . I honestly couldn’t stand the rotten stale smell of the store. The staff is friendly and courteous. Tried two kinds of cake and they were ok. The cappuccino wasn’t good. The prices are reasonable.

I have recently had 2 bad experiences with brownie point (on may 13 and may 19)with two different staff. The staff is really negligent and unapologetic. I have no issues with quality of cakes being served, they do a great job when it comes to that, but my last experience with the staff made me walk out of the store empty handed and I highly doubt if I would ever consider them again for any of my next cravings/occasions.

I really like the brownies here. Can be a bit pricey in some cakes.Parking can be a major hassle so try as using the metro red line. If not park your car in burjuman mall and walk to this place.

Everything is fine expect not giving a carry bag!!!Whats the point? You can give a plastic spoon,box, candles but not a plastic bag?Atleast a paper bag? SMH!!

This was the 1st time ever we had choco lava cake from Brownie Point. The very first bite of that choco lava cake made me vomit out everything. That cake smelled like some sanitizers or some cleaning liquid. We called the store up immediately to inform them and requested them to pick that cake from home and check that themselves. One of the staff came to our home and tasted and just left saying it was good. We requested him to take that cake back to store. The staff were soo careless and unapologetic about it that they never called me up. I literally had to vomit and felt uncomfortable after that. But the staff dont care about it. Such a careless, unapologetic staff, i never came across in Dubai. Am never gonna have anything from them ever ever ever in my life. Really bad experience.

Disappointing cake - Never Again! We got the pineapple cake and I have never seen anyone put such little effort in the decoration and quality of a cake before. The cake was more icing/cream than cake and the Happy Anniversary was just scribbled on (see my pictures). No finesse and not worth the Dhs 95 price tag.

Best place to have biryani in UAE, 5 starts. 1 biryani is enough for 2 people. Mutton is very soft. Tastes yummy 🤤

Ordered a brownie, a cheesecake and a full black forest cake. Very disappointed in the taste and size of cheesecake. Doesn’t taste like a cheesecake at all. And the black forest cake was so ordinary. I recommend Spinneys Black forest. Yummy and awesome cherries and moist.

Had ordered online Swiss truffle cake from Brownie Point. Julie was very supportive and ready to respond til order confirmation. Delivery was exactly on scheduled time. Taste was perfect with lots of chocochips & very fresh n moist. Delivered with utter care. Thanks to Julie & delivery guy. Looking forward for more services.😌

Lovely bakery chain with yummy pastries and delicious cakes. Very helpful staff helped me to draw out my custom made cake. We have been ordering from the Karama/MoE branch forever and the cakes have always been fresh and light and wonderful.

Let me start by saying this that me and my family LOVE brownie point cakes and always order from them for all our special occasions. However, today was an absolute unpleasant experience!! The two black forest pastries we picked up from the shop today evening tasted really bad - there was a lingering taste and smell of paint in their cake/frosting. Not sure if the current renovations at the shop is to be blamed for this but yall need to find a way to ensure this doesnt happen to other customers in the future.

Their Death by Chocolate cake is one to die for.

I ordered the sugar-free Chocolate walnut cake... Im not a cake lover, but, this cake was something! Truly sugar-free (why I say truly because I know how confectioners label things as sugar-free but theyre still 50% sugar) and still no compromise on taste or feel..... Yummy!I love nuts in choclates/cakes/brownies and this was an absolute crunch delight!!!Delivered before the time promised!I hadnt ordered any fancy shape but yet what I got was very elegant and a treat to the eyes as well!!! Highly recommend trying it at least once!

Completely dissatisfied .... Messed up my sons bday celebration.. placed an order for customised cake which was not delivered and when called found that the the person who took the order entered a wrong delivery date..... To the solution the team then just made a cake and gave which was not up to the standards at all... and was falling all apart....A complete mess up...... Not expected from a well known name as Brownie point.

I ordered a cake with them recently but they did not deliver on the expected time this ruined a huge party ,and i had to personaly follow up with the driver who told me he is just hired as Brownie point does not have drivers at the moment. Imagine guests leaving without eating the cake 😔😔,felt so embarrassed.

Found this amazing cake and dessert shop while walking through the road. As the name says, the place is filled with brownies. The display cakes immediately attracts you to buy. We bought Mango Cheesecake and Lotus Cheesecake. To be honest, I really loved both of them. The Mango Cheesecake came with real pieces of mangoes on the top. Lotus Cheesecake as always is my favourite and it was topped with Lotus biscuits. I definitely recommend this place for cakes and desserts.

I ordered a sugarfree fruit cake online for my friends birthday and I get a call the next day saying Sorry we do not have sugarfree in this flavor, I can give you sugarfree chocolate truffle cake instead. I dont like chocolate flavor so I asked them to give me a refund and they refused! They plan on giving me credit to use for a month at their store but whats the point?! So there is no cake for my friendss birthday and AED 100 down the drain! If you do not have sugar free option in a particular flavor of cake then dont falsely post as though you do on your website!

Ordered these gourmet brownie pack of 4 which had an amazing package. Everything looked fresh and gave a great aroma. I ordered the Ferrero Rocher Brownie, KitKat Brownie, Reeses Peanut Butter Brownie and Red Velvet Oreo Brownie all were quite fudge and delicious. My favorite out of all was the Ferrero Rocher one.

I brought the cake from store. Seems like the most popular cake was Ferrero cake. It tasted stale and horrible. When I contacted them to return the cake they said it’s was up to their standards and the chef has tasted the cake and he likes it.If this is the standards they follow then Their cakes are too expensive for the low standards they have

Very disappointed with minimum order requirements for specific locations. I wanted a half kg cake but I have to order 1 kg cake, since they do not deliver 1/2 kg cake for Business Bay area! Hope they change this requirement!!

I am a true brownie lover. And, I have been having brownies for the past few years from different parts of the world. I went to this place and ordered the classic brownie and I was utterly disappointed. The reason being their brownie tasted something like any Tom, Dick and Harry could conjure out of a pre-mix from a supermarket. The taste was bland and nothing special at all. In, fact I could make a better brownie at home.Advice to the management:-The last brownie I had was in India at a place called Genache Factory, Bangalore. They had a special there called as Sea Salt Caramel Brownie. It blew my taste buds away and the pricing was similar. Please put some effort in creating a difference in the brownies rather than the intention to sell.

Would have given negative if that was possible. One of the worst cakes that I have had in my life and unfortunately that was made by Brownie Point. You needed steak knife to cut the cake as the base was solid and impossible to chew.Now a place to go for your kids birthday cake then for your Brownie Point is not the place.When you speak to these guys the reply you get is that cake is like that only..

Their pastries are really good if youre looking to satisfy your sweet tooth on a gloomy evening (they serve eggless as well) - Dutch truffle being one of the best! I used to order customized birthday cakes from here, as they would take last-minute orders (which is best for people like me), and their cakes would be pretty decent most of the time. Until they started messing up with the customization, and not re-creating what I had originally asked them to! It happened with me twice consecutively, and hence Ive stopped ordering from them now! They charge the same for a intricate design or a relatively simple one, as long as the number of kilos is the same, which I feel is a bit unreasonable and definitely not worth the money.

Unfortunately 1 star is still a lot for these unprofessional bakers.WORST CAKE SHOP. the owner is very rude and their cakes are also hopeless.They are sweet talkers till u place the order but they show their color later. We told them several times that our daughter is allergic with milk, soya and corn. Still last day they told that they were incapable of making cake without soya as they didnt have right ingridreints. We had to deliver them vegan butter from our home as we had no option last minute.The next day they delivered cake with price which was not agreed upon. When my husband called the owner, he started arguing and shouting at him. We paid with a 5 dhs tip for the owner Raj, as he is worth that only.To add on, the cake is also hopeless. Wish we returned the cake back.We regret having ordered with Brownie point.Our usual cake supplier: Ariana is way better and extremely professional.

I ordered a tiramisu cake after seeing the review is like 4.2 and got real bad food poisoning after a piece, throw away almost the whole cake, horrible experience!

After reading few reviews We went there to get a cake for our little one’s birthday. I found that to be one of the worst cake I ever had in UAE. Tasteless and Undoubtedly they have used cheap ingredients. A simple cake/pastry brought at any supermarket would taste much much better. Also got few cupcakes and to my bad I found that also of cheap quality, not even worth of half amount. While ordering we requested the person to top the frosting of strawberry (showed him also one displayed cupcake) , he said it will be ready in 5 minutes Same as the displayed one. When he returned with cupcakes we were surprised to see a different frosting (dark thick pink color instead light pink ) when questioned that it’s not the same we ordered, he tried to fool saying this will also become same like displayed once it dries. We requested to take out the displayed one to compare with the one he prepared, he refused and said , he will check again inside. He is back in a jiff and said “If you want to change the top frosting now, it might not taste good.” We didn’t want to argue, just left with the same cupcakes. Extremely disappointed. Literally they Spoiled my daughters birthday cake and cupcakes.
