The best bakery I know. But only in Dubai. In France Paul is not so good. I dont know, why there is a difference. You have to go to Paul in the UAE! It is great.
Nice place in a nice area but it lacks the variety of products the othe Paul shops have
Unfortunately they don’t use the glass set, just plastic, which bothers me a lot. They said that the reason for us that there is no sink, however actually there is sink…I guess for that price they should introduce back the crockery.Till that day I will prefer Bateel
Amazing food, friendly staff, good service, right location, reasonably priced, good portions. Great for families and couples and friends, welcoming.
PAUL’s success story dates back to its start as a humble bakery in northern France over 125 years ago. Enormous respect for tradition and use of the finest quality ingredients have made Paul what it is today – a very successful international brand, part of France’s culinary and cultural heritage, catering to the French way of life in its selection of bread, viennoiseries, pâtisseries, sandwiches, soups and salads, plus a selection of signature French dishes. The value of quality fresh produce is at the heart of its success.
Good coffee but very slow service. Waitress didnt serve anyone further than 6from the door. Had to get my own menu and then basically serve ourselves. This is very poor from a brand like Paul, obviously heading down the Jamie Oliver route for poor service award.
Menu is small compare to the Dubai mall branch, and without pictures of dishes which is disadvantage. They don’t have own washroom, so in order to wash your hands before or after food u have to walk little bit far and use common JBR facilities . And salads are standard, prepared in advance , not bad but not good as well. One time visit only
The worldwide well known Paul.I always go visit Paul on my holidays - wherever he is :))Dubai and London are on top list!!
Delicious food ,friendly service, authentic franchute baguette!
This place is well located but has a limited menu - if you’re used to the full range of Paul meals, you may need to adjust your expectations. Nice sandwiches and salads though...
Visited it every third day for my standard breakfast of coffee and a baguette. Good quality backed by nice friendly people....
Nice spot to have decent food and a very good coffee
Good coffee and croissant. Though they removed this combination as a breakfast option. Not sure why..
Food is very bad. Frozen quiche coming from France.....Deserts are much better.Very disappointing
Very good i love the tiramisu
Lovely place in JBR to sit and enjoy the amazing winter weather in Dubai, the cakes and pastries are quite nice too, however you have to improve on your service. There is only one waiter available sometimes esp in the evening to serve all the customers, in my opinion thats not enough. And please fix the step inside the cafe near the door which is a hazard , i tripped on it the other day and nearly fell into the glass door. Im surprised you have not paid attention to this as someone can get badly hurt.
Love there Almonds croissant
Good service good taste to your expectation in line with other Paul venues all over the world
The food was just ok. But the dessert was amazing
The Head waiter name TARA A. in the JBR branch is the worst waiter I have ever encountered in Dubai. He makes sure when he goes out to drop something to one table to not make any eye contact with the rest of the customers who are trying to get his attention. He runs for it and keep his eyes at floor level literally! It took us more than 10 min to place our order (13 tables outside-5 occupied) and 10 more trying to get his attention to get our bill. In the end we had to pay at the counter as he simply will NOT look at the customers, even when he hears you calling him. Awful experience, do not recommend at all, go to Starbucks next to it or Bateel, or McDonalds anywhere you will get better service then here.
Good food and very nice service thanks Arlyn it was wonderful 💜
Had best ever scrambled eggs here, there MOE branch is very nice with very courteous staff especially Erwin
Great breakfast for reasonable price, nice outdoor seats. Service is slow and forget frequently the order details.Update: service has been improving. As a regular customer, I see now staff remembers my previous orders and suggests it automatically.
Will always be Paul with the best coffee and goodies
Salmon is sold out at 12:00 Saturday, we were waiting 15 minutes our table to be cleaned up, menu we got 5 minutes later, lost 30 minutes for breakfast, cut menu (no breakfasts at all)
Wow...just wow antiques they have to decorate ur apartment....just amazing and they way Romanian host dealt us ...so much impressive ...
Beautiful place and great team, i like going there and enjoy my breakfast
Nice terrasse on the walk and good breakfast combo, the hot chocolate is delicious.
Store opens @8AM. We were there @8:10. The waitress said we had to wait for 15 minutes for her to complete setting the tables before which she will not take the order !!!Absolutely do not appreciate it.Food is good, multiple times they would not warm the croissants optimally. Therefore it does not survive the coffee as a great accompaniment.
Lovely croissants and pastries. Nice coffee options.
My favorite place
Always top
They served the best food in Dubai. Great staff as well.
Coffee is very good especially espresso& flateWhite
One of my favourite places for a cappuccino, regardless of the shop their quality of coffee is always great
Paul café is the best choice for a light meal or coffee. Their cakes, desserts and pastries are simply the best and can not be beaten
Paul in Dubai is the best, especially one at MOE! Thank god it started to work again. Food is always great, staff well trained and polite. Great service and experience.
Always out of stock of something. Not due to Paul being a victim of its own success but rather a result of an aversion to unsold items greater than the goal of making customers happy to wide selection. Disappointing.Definitely not the experience that one expects when visiting a Paul in Paris. Too bad because the food is good.
Its ok. Bit jaded. Staff super nice and food the same as last 10years
Very good place
Its not my first time trying Paul, definitely wont be the last time. I loved the service in this branch, very friendly staff a d as always, delicious food and coffee.
Small but super cute, very nice and friendly staff. Delicious and fresh food!
Paul is very tasty, staff friendly and professional. I love their menu
Amazing pastry and great food
Always my preference for quick late breakfast break.

Yummy treats!
Service is descusting, Lasy staff, breakfast is so sad ) I will never go there anymore.
French toast means Paul😁
I have tried to come here a couple times and have never had a good experience. Terrible service. Dont bother coming here when there are plenty other restaurants around.
Good food
Not bad.
Standard
How difficult is it to add hours?
Staff are so rude
Nothing available whenever you go
Always good
Lovely cafe)
I like Paul, we often go to the different Paul cafes in Dubai, but in Jbr unfortunately the dishes are plastic, it bothers us a lot, and since it is a place with often a lot of wind, the dishes fly everywhere , It would be nice if Paul Jbr used the normal dishes as in other catering outlets.
Nice place
A Paris cafe at JBR in Dubai, very good !!
Delicious coffee, large portions, quick service
There is no kitchen in this branch only sweets and croissants
