French Bakery in Dubai outlet mall, one of the finest bakery, I always like visiting them as this mall is quite near to us, its good for quick hop on hop off, sandwiches, cookies, muffins, coffee, juices, cakes almost everything is served there. Staff is quick and friendly.Overall always have a great experience visiting them.

French bakery is the best coffee shop. Staffs are very accommodating and they are well trained and friendly. Food are delicious especially the red velvet cake and macaroons, it is very tasty and classy. I can recommend this with some of my friends who loved coffee, pastry and pasta! PERFECT!!

We are usual customer of French bakery and it’s our first time to try Dubai outlet Mall, the manager and service are just perfect, amazing attitude and customer service and very nice quality. We enjoyed everything, food drinks atmosphere. Staff are super friendly special thanks to Mr. Muhammed. Absolutely we will come again.

The menu above the counter is just for decoration, dont read it. Combo meals are great value with a dessert and great sandwiches. The coffee was too hot to drink so take care when its served. Waiters need some training on dealing with kids e.g. extra plate and napkins. Less crowded than the food. Fabric seats need a deep clean. No high chairs but that could be because of COVID safety precautions.

One of the very few places where you can have the proper coffee is the French bakery Dubai outlet mall. They have the good desserts, not overly sweet. I like this bakery for its vast variety of pastries. Almost all the cakes and pastries look so tempting that its hard to choose just one flavor. Beautiful presentation and great taste! Tried mocktails for the 1st time. These were chilled and refreshing but nothing extraordinary!

Really enjoyed my time at this place and the food was incredible! I visited this outlet last Thursday, the servers were polite (Rose & Conrad) and accommodating and the supervisor, Ms. Reza, was also there to ensure that I had a great experience. I loved the Spanish Iced Latte and the newly improved English breakfast was really good too! Would definitely recommend everyone to try it!

Value was good...I think the bakery was definitely the highlight. Staff pleasant but the meal for 4 people all came at different times...also I enjoyed food more than the kids and thats just a preference thing. I would.probably eat there again

I had really pleasant experience at French Bakery . It was my first time and i was amazed by the quality of food and how friendly the staff were and especially the waitress who served me Rosaryo and she’s the BEST. I went for an Mexican avocado salad which was so delicious and then I had a coffee latte. Definitely i going to visit again.

Kudos to all the employees of this Branch. The service was absolutely fantastic- from the moment we entered and welcomed by the big lady supervisor, from the food, even-though quite expensive but it’s worth it. My kids are so messy (kids as usual) but our server Rosario & Rose are very patient with us. It’s just so sad that they are not accepting tips on cards - people now a days are using cards. They employees deserve it. A recommended place to eat when you’re in Outlet Mall!

I was in this place and I really loved the service...I was surprised finding a supervisor in Names of Moses making a fantastic 5star coffee as if is a barista showing me these people are talented in what they do...Rhea a waitress was so Welcoming and she offered us a new cake with coconut and mango flavour .everything was on point...hands up to the management of this brand....I really recomend this place...

Will go again. I only popped in to get take-away cappuccinos, but I was struck by how friendly the service was. The cappuccinos were wonderful too! And very well priced. Very bad serviceVisited the restaurant to have a coffee and cake. When I was looking in the fridge where the cakes are the staff were jumping over me to set me down, once I sat down no one approached me to take my order, I call one of the team members looks like the manager or the supervisor from the way he is dressed. He wasn’t anywhere near helpful to us. And guess what, no one still approached us to take the order for at least 12 minutes where I had to stand up and leave the place. That manager saw us leaving and he didn’t even asked why are we leaving or what happened. This place doesn’t have any sense if hospitality.

My girlfriend and I had a date lunch in French Bakery Outlet Mall. We sat inside (with the cozy couch) which was very pretty and private. Our waitress was wonderful (Rose) and the food was absolutely delicious, love their Chicken Spinach!! The coffee made by the staff named Reza is superb! This place knows how to satisfy their customers. Always with a super nice mindset. The food is affordably priced, always delicious and clean.

Overall ambience is good . When asked for a dish with chicken , they advised chicken pasta . Only problem was there was a piece ( cannot describe how small ) of chicken that seems like it fell into pasta by accident just like the one basil leaf that was present . So maybe u can call it basil pasta ???? Upon asking waiter , he acknowledged and left . At least supervisor was kind enough to offer a complimentary beverage .

I would probably say that this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers - try their Elaichi Coffee! The service was good & fast, and there are variety of lunch meals as well, the ambiance was very satisfying. If you like your coffee shops, then this is a must-visit! We will be back again!

French Bakery Outlet Mall is PWD (person with disability) friendly. The staff are very accommodating & will provide all your needs - my friend in a wheeled chair was very happy during his visit. The service was quick. Bruschetta will really drive your appetite. Their chicken spinach, although it takes time to serve (but it was informed earlier), they will provide you delicious and mouthwatering bread while waiting. Must visit. Kudos to all the employees there!

I just want to share my experince in french bakery which is located in Dubai outlet mall their menu was so good especially the bloomer sandwhich, Conrad who take our order is very accommodating and charming he really do his best to serve us although we have a lot of questions regarding the menu. We do really recommend this to our friends.

I love this bakery! This is my second day in Dubai. I was in the mood for some croissants and a good cup of coffee. The croissants are amazing and I loved the coffee as well. The place is very clean! I have never been to Dubai before, so this is my first time. The staff are very friendly, helpful and funny. They gave me tips where to go for a first time traveler to Dubai. I will definitely come back here before I leave!

One of the worst experiences in French bakery and will never go to any of their branches again . the staff so rude and not professional , they ignored us. The cakes were very old and dry and seriously not edible, stay away from this place!!!!!!
