Shakespeare has always been a favourite of mine in Dubai but some branches are better than others IMO. Ibn Battuta branch is a favourite along with Barsha Mall. The menu is extensive and tantalizing presentation is too notch and the ambience and decor relaxing.

It’s one of my favorite Shakespeare outlet because it’s so easily accessible. I like the chill vibe of this place . The Shisha and food is always great . This place is also perfect to spend your ‘Me time ‘. My all times fav the yummy cheese 🧀 cake 🍰

The restaurant is available in many locations and some of the branches offer shisha. Their shisha is not the best, their food is very good and their cakes are good. I recommend the place and its nice for a morning breakfast as they have a good breakfast menu.

The customer service from Mr.Shakeel and Mr.Robert is absolutly amazing. Qudos to their passion.

Quite, calm place with friendly staff. The meals variety is ok. Located in Ibn Batuta Mall. The most i like their salads and sweets. Tried almost all of them. Hot dishes are ok.

Entering Shakespeare & Co. is like stepping foot into a different era. The decor is Elizabethan and whimsical, a delight to experience. The staff are polite and helpful and entirely modern in their service. The pastries are decadent and the food is fairly good. Id recommend you stop by for some coffee and biscuits or a pastry. The pricing is slightly on the higher side, but worth it Id say!

Shakespeare and Co can be found in the China Court at Ibn Battuta Mall and its a perfect venue for Friday morning breakfast as you can see! 👌🏻😋 We enjoyed caramel macchiato and very berry smoothie, the American breakfast and breakfast burrito with fresh orange juice and a pot of tea. 💕💕 Shakespeare have their very own style of interior decor and have made their concept relaxing, the service is prompt and efficient and the food arrives within about 10 minutes, hot and with generous portions. No complaints whatsoever we love this place and will be back again soon! Well done Shakespeare! ☝️☝️

Shakespeare is the top of my list for breakfast, light snacks, coffee and tea time. Great ambiance, polite and friendly staffs. Just top of the line.

I would like to salute them for this amazing business strategy for saying You cannot share shisha with your wife/partner/family. 🤣🤣🤣I have been to many shisha places, but never have I ever heard something as ridiculous as this.

Horrible service recently and poor hygiene in dining area, I have been coming to this branch for 10 years and it reached a point I am no longer returning. Currently no acknowledgement of the guest, I have left without placing an order and will be spending my money somewhere else with better service. Larger statue gentleman with glasses seems to be particularly bad waiter and is not destined for customer services.I would give it one star but given my better experiences many years ago I rated it as is.

I have been buying from Shakespeare ever since I tried 1 of their products. I have even got 50% on my purchases especially during birthdays. The customer service is so accomodating too. Love it!

Worst customer service! Second time we came for breakfast in this branch and we felt unsatisfied with the service.First(few weeks ago), it took us time to wait for almost 30 mins and in the end, we just decided to leave as the crews seem busy with their personal agenda.Second(today), almost the same experience but since we love the food here, we gave it a second chance. This time, we felt unwelcomed, no smiling crews, and very unhelpful crew. Customer service feeling - ZERO!Please re-look into your team and maybe they’re forgetting that it’s a service line and us customers supposed to feel that we wanted to come back again. It made our two mornings unforgettable, because it was not a really good start for our first meal.

Nice place to have quality food selectively covers Italian, English and Middle Eastern dishes. Down side... its overly priced, lack variety of snacks and appetisers and main course portions are just too large unless you have not eaten anything for over a week than I suppose one can finish his or her disk otherwise doggy bag is must 😂

I just left batuta branch and he said its close for 1 hour however the is ppl inside when we asked he said because i cant handle the place alone is that can be in such shop

Food quality and taste are amazing. Loyalty program is very rewarding. Staffs are very nice and friendly. But cleanness at shisha section is questionable.

Of all the Shakespeare and Co cafes in Dubai, this one is my favorite. Its one of their larger cafes. The decor is adorable, the service is great, and the food is delicious and well priced. I love dropping by here for breakfast on a weekend morning.

Ive been visiting Shakespeare for the last five years taking my breakfast and they always serve the welcome bread and butterBut today i asked them they told me its not allowed and its depending on the stuff who wants to serve the welcome bread or no and they dont want to serve or i should pay for itThey were not polite anyway and i was shocked by there attitude

Great Food. As always Shakespeare doesnt disappoint. Easy dinner with family. Lasagne was good. We ordered one spinach and one beef. Both were finished in no time. Spaghetti Carbonara was a little soggy but overall everything else was perfect. Im a regular visitor and the quality of food has sustained for years. Bravo!

I like it because its one of few hi-end coffee shops where you can enjoy seesha / smoking alongwith coffee. Only smokers know well having both coffee and cigeratte togatger is taste apart.

It was fantastic, celebrated my 40th birthday here with my employer. It was an unforgettable birthday ever in my life. I am so blessed to have them and it was a great choice to celebrate my 40th bday here. The food is always good, it delicious and the service all good. The cake is so yummy, I will always remember this place in my life forever. Celebrated with my friends in my very special day. Shakespeare and Co is one of the best restaurants so far I dine in. I think everyone loves this place. I loved the decorations also in the restaurant its unique. 🥰🥰🥰 5 statr for this and will definitely come back over and over again. Happy 40th birthday to me😍😍 Life begins at 40 so here I am, so blessed.

Most of the times Shakespeares is amazing. Souq al bahar for example is an excellent place to be. Ibn Battuta branch is nice and clean, but the coffee I had was the worst sewer remnants I was ever served. At first I was given a wrong order in a take away cup and then i realized that they simply poured some of this coffee with some ice creating a disastrous mix that no sensible man can drink. Every sip was a bad wake up. Life is too short to have terrible expensive coffee. Never again.

A usual favourite for my sisters and I. The Lamb chops are a particular favourite along with other dishes. However, we visited last weekend and the food was mediocre and inexcusably served cold!! The Lamb chops were sent back to be heated but came back the same. The Truffle Burgers looked fabulous but were a bit tasteless and cold. Not what you expect when you pay their prices. The redeeming factor was their service which is always superb. The older more experienced waiters are experienced staff that know their dishes really well and are well trained in customer service. One of their more junior staff handled us badly but i did get a call back from the manager who patiently listened, apologised and did invited us back. I genuinely want this place to maintain their prior standards of food quality and service as it has been a favourite of mine since they came to Dubai many many moons ago!

The food is very good and unique and everything set in a Victorian ambience...though a bit on the expensive side. The lamb shank and molten lava cake dessert are not be missed! Very good to celebrate quiet occasions.

The food is very tasty. The staff are nice. Yet this branch; the indoors are is small and the outdoors area can not be used most months of the year due to either sand or humidity. I suggest a transparent cover for the outdoors area.

Good menu selection and good service, but the tables and chairs are very close to each other and its very hard to have a nice level of comfort.

Best place to have afternoon tea in British food tradition and have a chit chat with friends. You will find different tea, cake & sweets varieties here.

Excellent ambience and sitting area. The truffle burger was a huge let down. The cappuccino was just OK too. The millefeuille and the chocolate fondant with ice cream were excellent and much recommended.
